'BUDDEUMI and BUDDEUMI's treatment; is a new remedy of the synchronous combination of cupping boil and moxibustion for the exclusion of human body's waste product. 'BUDDEUMI and BUDDEUMI's' treatment' wishes the reachfor improving the effect of cupping boil and moxibustion by the synchronous combination. As the negative pressure of cupping and the hot cure of moxa are made up of BUDDEUMI structural character. The effects of BUDDEMI's treatment are observed on the strengthening of skin breation and the detoxification of blood waste material. Therefor 'BUDDEUMI and BUDDEMI's treatment' is expected for the healthy article of Senior-Friendly.
식사에 따른 맥상파 변화 연구 : h1, t, 脈에너지, RAI를 중심으로

Objectives : The study on the affected factor of the pulse wave is important in the pulse wave part. The purpose of this study is to secure the objective data of pulse-wave parameter on the food intakes affected the radial pulse-wave. Methods : The study was carried out healthy adult men. We researched the blood circulation index and the changes of the pulse factor according to 'before meal', 'right after meal', '30 minute after meal', '1 hour after meal' and '2 hours after meal'. We analyzed the changes according the time schedule. And analyzed the difference between 'before meal' and 'after meal'on the pulse-wave parameter. Results : The results were as follows. 1. HR, ECO and ECI were showed the highest increase 'after meal' and the significant decrease in '2 hours after meal' with 'before meal' degree. 2. In the pulse energy, 'left hand average pulse energy' was showed the highest increase 'after meal', and 'right hand average pulse energy' and 'right Quan(關)' were showed the highest increase in '30 minute after meal'. 3. h1 of '6 part of left and right hand'(Chon-Quan-Chuk, 寸關尺) was showed the significant difference statistically in 'left Chuk' and 'right Quan'. 4. T was showed the highest 'before meal' and the lowest after meal in '6 part of left and right' (Chon-Quan-Chuk, 寸關尺). 5. RAI was showed the highest 'before meal' in '6 part of left and right'(Chon-Quan-Chuk 寸關尺). Conclusions : From the about results, the food intakes was considered important factor of pulse formation. On the factor affected the pulse, we considered that continuous study needs for the future.

Objectives : In the study on the waveform analysis of radial artery pulse diagnosis, we need to establish fundamentals of contemporary pulse diagnosis research. To achieve certain experimental basis on traditional pulse diagnosis, we have to research the differences of pulse waveform according to pressure (in 5 level) and position (Chon, Gwan, Cheok in radial artery). As a first step, in present thesis, we tried to find the differences of pulse waveform according to pressure. Methods and Results : In this research, we analyzed seven parameters of the waveform at five levels of pressure. The parameters are E(so called `energy`, a representative of pulse strength), h1(height of percussion wave) and h2(height of subincisura). The results were as follows. 1. When we analyzed the change of the waveform according to pressure in the left Gwan, E, hl, h2 and A differed between 1st and 2nd grade, between 1st and 3rd grade, between 1st and 4th grade, between 1st and 5th grade, between 2nd and 3rd grade, between 2nd and 5th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade and between 4th and 5th grade in 95% confidence interval. 2. And t2, t4 differed between 1st and 2nd grade, between 1st and 5th grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 2nd and 5th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade and between 4th and 5th grade in 95% confidence interval. 3. W differed between 1st and 3rd grade, between 1st and 4th grade, between 2nd and 3rd grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 2nd and 5th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade, and between 4th and 5th grade in 95% confidence interval. 4. And h2/h1 differed between 1st and 4th grade, between 1st and 5th grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 2nd and 5th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade & between 3rd and 5th grade in 95% confidence interval. 5. There were differences between 1st and 2nd grade & between 2nd and 5th grade in the case of t4/t2 in 95% confidence interval. And there were differences between 1st and 5th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade & between 4th and 5th grade in the case of W/A in 95% confidence interval. And were differences between 1st and 2nd grade, between 2nd and 3rd grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade & between 4th and 5th grade in the case of A/E in 95% confidence interval. Conclusions : As mentioned above, we conclude that the waveform analysis according to five grade pressure in the left Gwan shows the difference of waveform in each grade pressure.
측정가압에 의한 좌관(左關) 부위(部位) 맥파요인 변화에 대한 실험 연구

Objectives: In the study on the waveform analysis of radial artery pulse diagnosis, we need to establish fundaments of contemporary pulse diagnosis research, and to find the change of pulse waveform parameter with applied variation pf pressure. Methods: As we will to do experimental research on the difference of pulse waveform on the radial artery with applied variations of pressure(5 stage-pressure) and measuring position(left KWAN). In this research, we analyzed the change of the waveform according to five stage pressure. Results: The results were as follows; When we analyzed the change of the waveform according to pressure in the left KWAN, E, hl, h2 and A were the difference between 8ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. And t2, t4 were the difference between 8ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. W was the difference between 8ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. And h2/h1 was the difference between 6ths pressure grades in 95% trust section. There is the difference between 1st and 2nd grade & between 2nd and 5th grade in the case of t4/t2 in 95% trust section. And there is the difference between 1st and 5th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade & between 4th and 5th grade in the case of W/A in 95% trust section. And there is the difference between 1st and 2nd grade, between 2nd and 3rd grade, between 2nd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 4th grade, between 3rd and 5th grade & between 4th and 5th grade in the case of A/E in 95% trust section. Conclusions: We found the statistically resonable differences between each pulse depending on the applied pressure. And Analysing the radial pulse(left KWAN) at 5 applied pressure levels may be useful to study on the pulse waveform diagnosis.
