취장 및 간장에 미치는 식이성(食餌性) Ethionine 과 Methionine 의 독성에 관한 연구

It has been demonstrated repeatedly that the administration of ethionine, a methionine analogue, will produce destruction of pancreatic tissue and liver cells. Destruction of acinar cells of pancreas by the administration of excess methionine similar to that seen after feeding diets supplemented with ethionine was also reported, but the liver was not involved by this amino acid. In an attempt to reproduce the results of these investigators the tissue damages were found to be slight and seen only irregulary in rats receiving ethionine on a complete diet and the result of tissue damages by excess methionine were also controversial. The present studies describe the toxicity of dietary supplemented ethionine and methionine to liver and pancreas in rats fed a low protein diet. Hundred five albino rats weighing around 120 gm were divided into three groups as follows; 1) Control group: A low protein diet containing 8% casein was fed throughout the experimental period. 2) Methionine group: A low protein diet (7% casein) supplemented with 1% methionine was used. 3) Ethionine group: A similar diet as methionine group except the supplementation of 1% ethionine instead of methionine was used. Five animals per wee from each group were killed for 6 weeks. The liver and pancreas were fixed in 10% formalin and histologic sections were prepared and stained with hematoxylin eosin. Serum amylase was expressed as much of glucose liberated from a starch substrate. The glucose was determined by the method of Nelson (1944). Serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT) were determined by the technique described in Sigma Bulletin.

With the recent establishment of a ubiquitous environment and the paradigm shift to a smart society, the use of mobile devices, such as smart phones and tablet PCs, has become widespread. Thus, the trend is gradually shifting from using Web-based Instant Messenger to using Mobile-based Instant Messenger. Mobile Instant Messenger refers to a service that allows instant messaging as well as data sending and receiving between individuals with exclusive application programs(mobile Apps), which can be used in portable devices-such as smart phones-with wireless Internet access. Korea`s portal sites, telecommunication companies, and even big companies have all rushed into the MIM market to join the competition. The reason so many companies are showing interest in the MIM business is because it is rising as a core platform to substitute portal sites in the mobile society, and MIM is perceived as the best means to attract and secure users. The intention to reuse or use continually was considered an important factor in maintaining a dominant position amidst such fierce competition, and consequently, most research thus far has reflected such thought. However, the frequent or long-term use of a system alone cannot indicate the definite success of the system, nor guarantee its dominant position in the market. On the contrary, MIM dependence, which goes beyond simple repetitive use and indicates a state where users actually or emotionally depend on a specific system, can better explain the user action. However, not much research has been conducted on dependence. The research results showed that lively message, concise message, message responsiveness, and social belonging significantly affected perceived usefulness. Message responsiveness, Link, and social belonging significantly affected flow. Flow significantly affected MIM dependence, and perceived usefulness did not affect MIM dependence. This study has proven that lively message, concise message, message responsiveness, Link, social belonging and perceived usefulness are important antecedents and mediating factors of MIM dependence. Moreover, this study is significant in that it explains the overall process of MIM dependence, and expands on the variety and scope of research that can be applied to MIM-related studies.
모바일 애플리케이션 서비스 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 사용자 가치에 관한 연구

As a technology of the intimate sphere, the mobile application services are becoming people’s commodities in everyday life. Since the opening of the Apple Inc"s App Store on 2008, Apple has proven that mobile applications can not only be immensely saleable, but that the best can become folk phenomenon. The study explores the salient factors in the decision to adopt mobile application service. Ten factors were extracted from four dimensions of perceived user value: functional, utilitarian, social, and hedonic value. To test the hypotheses, we conducted multi-regression analysis using data collected from 318 users who have experience of mobile application services. As the result of the analysis, six hypotheses out of ten hypotheses were supported. In particular, Intention to use of mobile application service was found to be affected by economic value and hedonic value. The findings have significant implications for determinant indicators of intention to use in mobile application service.

The purpose of this study is to identify how various methods to discourage illegal reproduction have effects on awareness and behaviors of people in reality. To do this, the paper demonstrates the relationship between awareness of copyright and the intent to pay, regarding legal sanctions, technical strengthen, social education and price and quality of content as main elements, based on review of previous studies and literature. According to the findings, awareness of copyright has been improved when technical devices and social education is strengthened. Second, it is confirmed that content quality has positive effects on copyright awareness and willingness to pay. However, there is no evidence indicating effects of content price. Third, copyright awareness is a determinant for willingness to pay. Therefore, copyright awareness shall be enhanced before charging on digital contents. Fourth, regulating effects of descriptive norms in the relationship between social education and copyright awareness and copyright awareness and willingness to pay are demonstrated. It is important to notice that this study identifies effectiveness of efforts and countermeasures of several areas relating to prevention of illegal reproduction and provides direct discussions and new implications through descriptive norms and the concept of willingness to pay.
기대일치성이 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 전반적 만족과 지속사용 의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between expectancy confirmation and continuance intention in internet shopping mall. For this objective, we combine information satisfaction and usefulness of decision making with Expectancy Confirmation Model. Data were collected through a survey of respondents who have the experience of purchase in internet shopping mall, and analyzed by using structural equations model. The results show that expectancy confirmation influences information satisfaction and usefulness of decision making, whereas has not an effect on overall satisfaction. Namely the relation of expectancy confirmation and overall satisfaction is mediated by information satisfaction and usefulness of decision making. Finally, intention of contingence usage was found to be formed through overall satisfaction.
