Damum(痰飮) is a kind of pathologic secretion products that excessive water is accumulated in a part of body. Damhun(痰暈) is the vertigo induved by Damum(痰飮). We experienced two clinical cases treated vertigo by orietal medicine(herbal medication, acupuncture). 33-years old male and 63-years old female patients had Damhun(痰暈), vertigo by Damum(痰飮). We administered Banhabaechulcheoma-tang(Pansiabaichutienma-tang) and Yeonggyechulgam-tang(Lingguishugna-tang) to each Patient, and two Patients improved vertigo and referred symptoms. In other words, this study is that We did not limited peripheral vertigo to vestibular system, made a diagnosis of Damum(痰飮) and treated vertigo by orietal medicine(herbal medication, acupuncture) referred to many medical practitioner of many generations. We suggest that digestive sypmtom(related to Damum(痰飮), abdominal examination and stool frequency are closely associated with vertigo and could be estimated prognosis of vertigo.

Acquired hypohidrosis is a rare condition of unknown pathogenesis, while idiopathic cholinergic urticaria is relatively common. We report the case of a 18-year-old male with idiopathic cholinergic urticaria and acquired hypohidrosis. He presented with an intermittent pruritic eruption precipitated by mild activity, such as mild exercise or laughing, for last 4 years. He was diagnosed with cholinergic urticaria associated acquired hypohidrosis, successfully treated by herbal medicine applied Gejimahwanggakban-tang(桂枝麻黃各半湯).
의도적인 공백 추가를 통한 음성 번역 정확도 향상 기법

Real-time voice translation systems receive a speaker s voice and translate their speech into another language. However, the meaning of a whole Korean sentence can be unintentionally changed because Korean words and syllables can be merged or divided by spaces. Therefore, the spaces between the speaker s sentences are occasionally not identified by the speech recognition system, so the translated sentences are sometimes incorrect. This paper presents a methodology to enhance the accuracy of voice translation by adding intentional spaces. An Android application was implemented using Google speech recognizer for Android and Google translator for the Web. The Google speech recognizer app for Android receives the speaker s voice sentences in Korean and shows the text results. Next, the proposed Android application adds spaces when the speaker speaks the dedicated word for the space. Finally, the modified Korean sentences are translated into English by Google translator for the Web. Using this method can enhance interpretation accuracy for translation systems.
임의의 참조 데이터를 활용하여 음성 번역 시스템의 정확도 개선 연구

In the fourth industrial revolution, speech recognizers are widely used to operate machines, such as artificial intelligence secretaries, phones, and factory machines. Hence, the accuracy of speech recognition is crucial. In previous studies, methods for improving the accuracy of speech recognition have been proposed. These methods may have led to improved accuracy of speech recognition and speech translation. However, it is still not entirely accurate to use speech translation to interpret sentences in another language because both results from the speech recognizers and translators have problems of misunderstanding the language. In this study, a method for improving the accuracy of speech translation from Korean to English using intentional reference data was developed. Korean sentences, which are usually used in software engineering classes, were used to evaluate the proposed method. From the results, the translated sentences were more fluently understandable than those that were not modified using the intentional reference data. It is expected that the proposed method will be useful for human communication, particularly in professional settings, such as conferences, meetings, or major classes in colleges.
도심에서의 드론 Last-mile 배송 기술의 정밀 측위 기법

미국을 비롯한 전 세계 국가는 드론을 이용한 물류 서비스의 상용화를 위해 활발한 연구를 진행하고 있다. 국내에서도 물류 배송 기업을 비롯하여 이동통신사에서도 드론 물류 배송 서비스의 연구, 개발을 진행 중이다. 그러나 우리나라와 미국은 last-mile 물류 배송 환경이 다르다. 우리나라는 인구의 77% 이상이 아파트 등의 공동주택에 살고 있으며 인구 밀도가 전 세계 4위에 달하는 나라이다. 이에 따라 드론 물류 배송에 있어 우리나라 환경에 맞는 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 도시 지역에서의 근거리 무선통신과 기압계를 활용한 드론 물류 배송의 정밀 위치 판단의 방법을 제안한다. 실험 결과 제안하는 방법을 통해 2.5m 이내의 창문도 탐지할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방법을 통해 도심에서의 드론 물류 배송 기술의 향상에 도움이 되길 기대한다. Countries around the world, including the U.S. are actively researching to commercialize the logistics services using drones. In Korea, telecommunications companies as well as logistics companies are researching and developing the logistics services using drones. However, there’s an environmental difference for last-mile delivery between the U.S. and Korea. In Korea, more than 77% of the population lives in apartments and the population density is the 4th highest in the world. Accordingly, in terms of the logistics services using drones, it is necessary to research it with the Korean suitable environment. In this paper, a precision positioning method of drone last-mile delivery in urban areas using short-range wireless communication and barometer is proposed. The experiment results show that the proposed method can detect a window within 2.5 meters. It is expected that the proposed method will help improve the logistics services using drones in urban areas.
