문화와 예술이 건강하고 행복한 노년을 영위하기 위한 중요한 요인이라는 논의가 확대되면서 문화예술기관의 사회적 참여 요구가 증가하고 있다. 미술관 역시 공공의 목적을 위해 운영되는 문화예술기관이자 사회교육기관으로서 고령화 사회의 문제들에 대해 적극적으로 대응해왔다. 국내 미술관 시니어 프로그램이 자리 잡기 시작한 것은 2000년대부터로 비교적 최근의 일이다. 프로그램의 의의와 필요성에 대해서는 공감대가 형성되어 있지만, 그 성과를 측정하기 위한 방법에 대해서는 연구와 논의가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문은 그에 대한 답을 얻기 위해 2013년에 발표된 Museum Wellbeing Measure Toolkit을 사용하여 시니어 프로그램의 복지효과를 분석하였으며, 서비스 품질 연구 모형을 활용하여 프로그램 구성요소와 복지효과, 만족도, 재참여의사 상의 상관관계를 분석했다. 또한 다중회귀분석을 통해 프로그램 구성요소의 세부항목들과 복지효과 사이의 관계를 분석하여, 향후 프로그램의 기획과 운영을 위한 실질적인 가이드를 제공하고자 했다. 시니어 프로그램의 효과를 측정하고 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 분석하는 것은 미술관의 공익과 사회적 역할을 입증하는 자료가 되는 동시에, 운영되고 있는 프로그램의 질적 제고에 기여하고 프로그램의 평가와 개선을 위한 방법론을 제시할 수 있는 연구가 되기를 기대한다. As ageing society rapidly unfolds, it is becoming an even more important issue to secure wellbeing and happiness of senior citizens and the society as a whole. Growing talks on how culture and art positively affect the elderly led to more demands from the public on culture and art institutions to increase their social participations. Art museums too, as an art and cultural institution and a social education entity, are requested to play a bigger role in the effort to tackle the concerns derived from the ageing society. Korean art museums came up with senior programs since 2000, which makes it a relatively recent phenomenon. The consensus on the importance and needs of such programs has been around for a while in our society. However, effect measurement of these programs needs further research and discussion. This thesis examined the effect of senior programs using the Museum Wellbeing Measures Toolkit published in 2013. With the service quality research model, correlations were analyzed among program components, wellbeing effect, participant satisfaction and their willingness to re-enroll in order to produce a practical guidance on how to plan and operate the programs. To measure effect of senior programs and to analyze influencing factors would provide us with important data to prove the social responsibility and benefit art museums offer in our society. At the same time, such researches would contribute to enhancing the quality of current programs run by museums and give methodological suggestions on how to assess and improve senior programs.

코로나 팬데믹 이후, 전염병의 창궐 속에서 개인의 건강과 안녕을 위한 수단으로 '언택트 경제' 비대면 경제활동이 주요 이슈가 되면서, 쿠팡, 마켓컬리 같은 온라인 마켓이 생필품을 구매하기 위한 주요 수단으로 부상했다. 이처럼 코로나가 야기한 집합과 국가간 이동제한은 사회 전반적인 활동에 지대한 영향을 미쳤으며 사람들의 행동 방식과 소비습관, 나아가서는 라이프 스타일에까지 큰 변화를 불러왔다. 미술시장 역시 많은 변화를 맞이했다. 집합의 제한, 국가간 이동의 제한 상황 발생은 미술시장 규모에 일차적으로 타격을 입혔으며 나아가 작품이 거래되는 방식, 거래되는 작품의 특성, 작품을 구매하는 사람에게 까지 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 코로나가 미술시장에 미친 영향을 온라인 미술시장 중심으로 살펴보고, 앞으로 야기할 변화와 대응방식을 모색해보고자 한다. After the coronavirus pandemic, quarantine or social distancing was required for public health and almost all international exchanges were restricted. Those changes affected huge peoples lifestyle including a way of behaving, purchase and even old habits seemed unable to change. The art market also faced many changes. Art fairs are the primary sectors in the art market but restrictions on gathering and exchanges between countries have primarily affected the size and the type of event. Online platforms are rising, art fairs opened online viewing rooms on the internet instead of booths in the convention center. Even galleries opened their own viewing rooms or renewed online pages to promote artworks and communicate with customers. In this paper, we will examine the effects of Corona on the art market and will seek a way to react to those changes and challenges.

Recently, the method of contacting and purchasing NFT art has been popularly evolving, and various prospects and predictions for NFT art have emerged. The discussion of NFT art is mainly a hot topic in terms of market size, profit, and sustainability. As the transition to digital accelerated after COVID-19, almost all genres of culture and arts faced a forced transition with the topic of combining digital and technology, but in terms of profitability, it was generally difficult to guarantee positive continuity. On the other hand, the combination of art and blockchain, and the new distribution method called NFT, attracted a lot of attention by causing fundamental changes that lead to technological transformation, continuity through profit creation, and even genre expansion of visual art. The discourse on NFT and the art market is a recent phenomenon and is being discussed focusing on statistics and numerical reports through data from newspapers and art-related research institutes rather than academic analysis or research. However, discussions related to NFT art should be considered in various aspects, such as the incorporation of technology and art, changes in distribution methods, and changes in creative methods according to media changes, not just short stories of phenomena such as high prices and winning bids. In this paper, we would like to examine the impact of changes in creators and distribution methods.

국내 문화와 예술 지원정책에서 융합이 중요한 안건으로 상정되고, 기술이 문화산업에 있어서 중요한 경쟁적 요소가 될 수 있다는 것에 주목한 것은 1990년대 중반 이후부터였다. 현 정부는 문화기술 정책을 문화정부의 핵심영역으로 설정하고 연계를 확장해 나갈 수 있는 지원 사업을 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 문화와 예술 분야의 융복합은 개념의 등장 이래 지속적으로 화제가 되었고 다양한 정책적 지원이 확장되었지만 여전히 산적한 문제와 해결해야 하는 논의들을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 문화예술 융복합 지원정책의 현황을 정리하고, 경향 및 사례들을 살펴본 후 향후 정책 및 지원 사업의 개발을 위한 제언에 대해 논의하고자 한다. It was after mid 1990s that convergence of art and technology had become a critical issue and governments set new support system for its enrichment. Since then, the government continues to expand support programs to extend integration of art, culture and other genre including technology because nexus, convergence has regarded important competitive factors in cultural policy. The concept of convergence and complexation in culture and art has been a very attracting issue since it appeared and accordingly various policies are supported. However, there are still numerous issues and problems to be solved along with discussion. This paper summarizes government policies to support convergence and complexation of culture and art in Korea and overseas and looks into their trends and cases and then suggests development of future policies and supporting businesses.
