      • Alkylhalide가 Mouse의 LDH isozyme 분포에 미치는 영향 : Cellulose Acetate Electrophoresis Method

        The effect of Carbontetrachloride administration on Lactatedehydrogenase isozyme patterns were analyzed by cellulose acetate electrophoresis for the brain, heart, kidney, lung, liver and mouse muscle. Each other tissue was found to have a characteristic distribution of these isozymes. At normal condition, aerobic tissue such as brain, heart, kidney, and lung were found to have all five isozymes from LDH_1 to LDH_5, while anaerobic tissues such as liver and muscle were found to have superiorly LDH_5 The toxicity of Carbontetrachloride administration was most prominence in the liver, and lung toxicity was occured also.

        한의학(韓醫學)의 좌우리론(左右理論)에 관(關)한 고찰(考察)

        We could summerize the concept of the right and left mentioned in Nai-Gyung and some literature of oriental medicine as follow At first the right and left is a directional right and left which implys left-liver-right-lung(左肝右肺), left-yang-right-eum(左陽右陰), secondly it is also the road of eumyang which implys man-left-woman-right (男左女右), left-blood-right-ki(左血右氣), left-sinsu-right-myungmon(左腎水右命門), and left-right of pulse. left-liver-right-lung(左肝右肺), left-yang-right-eum(左陽右陰) and man-left-woman-right(男左女右) are expressions of the movement of yang which is a core of chang, at the same time, left-blood-right-ki(左血右氣), left-sinsu-right-myungmon(左腎水右命門), and left-right of pulse are expressions of the eum in response to the movement of yang. (go up and down of water and fire) Finally, both a directional right and left and a road of eumyang mean a road of going up and down of eumyang so, this is very important index in circulation and keeping ballance of eumyang (ki-Hyul: 氣血) in the human body therefore, we can treat a disease with acupuncture in the use of this charater, for example when a disease occurs in the left side, we can treat it with acupuncture in the right side, the same applys to right.

        방사선 측정 및 해석 연구 : Assessment of Defected Feul by Analysis of Reactor Coolant Activities 원자로 냉각수중의 방사능해석에 의한 결합핵연료봉의 평가

        중성자와 우라늄의 핵반응에 의해 생성된 핵분열생성물의 물리적 특성을 이용하여 원자로 내의 핵연료 상태를 해석하는 모델을 개선하였다. 이 모델에서는 고체 핵연료 내에서 특정핵종의 핵분열 생성물의 생성과 이것이 원자로 냉각재까지 방출되는 과정을 계산하고 추적하며 방사능농도와 결합핵연료봉의 수를 관계짓는 방정식의 계수들을 결정한다. 핵분열생성물의 거동은 이탈(knock out)과 이동(migration) 두 부분으로 나누어 해석하였으며 트램프 우라늄의 영향을 분리할 수 있도록 하였다. 실측자료로는 가압 경수형 원자로인 고리 원자력발전소 1호기의 1차 냉각제를 분석해서 얻은 I-131과 I-133의 방사능 강도를 이용하였다. 이 실험자료와 위 방정식에서 구한 방사능 강도로부터 구한 결함 핵연료의 수는 제3주기에서 9.34±1.13개 제6주기에서 0.294±0.092개로 나타났다. An improved method of assessing fuel status by analysis of the fission product in the reactor coolant system is proposed. The release mechanism of specific fission products is established for determination of the coefficients in the equations which relate the radioactivities with the amount of defected fuel. Knock-out and migration models are employed in the formulation of the release mechanism. The influence of the tramp uranium is quantified. Sample calculations were made for KNU 1 reactor system using the I-131 and I-133 concentrations in the primary coolant. The estimated number of defected fuel pins in the third and sixth cycles appeared to be 9.34±1.13 and 0.294±0.092, respectively.

      • 濟州地域 市販市乳의 成分에 關한 硏究

        濟州地域에서 販賣되고 있는 國內産 市乳 7個製品을 1986年 3月부터 1987年 2月까지의 매월 2회씩 총 138점에 대하여 組成分을 分析한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 市乳의 乳脂肪, 乳蛋白質,乳糖,總固形分 및 無脂固形分의 含量은 各各 3.71%, 3.11%, 4.59%, 12.17% 및 8.48%였다. 2. 各 組成分 含量은 季節에 따라 變化하여 대체로 봄과 겨울철이 여름과 가울철에서 보다 높았다. 3. 各 組成分 含量間에는 高度의 正의 相關이 있었다. 4. 各 製品間의 組成分 分析結果는 乳脂肪 含量은 B제품이 3.86%로서 가장 높았고, E제품이 3.55%로써 가장 낮았으며 乳蛋白質은 B제품 및 D제품이 3.17%로 가장 높았고, F제품이 3.02%로 가장 낮았으며 乳糖과 總固形分 및 無脂固形分은 各各 4.57%, 12.44%,8.65%로써 D제품 市乳가 가장 높았고, E제품은 4.34%, 11.83%, 8.28%로써 가장 낮은 수준을 보여 주었다. This study was carried out to find the chemical properties of the market milk produced in Korea. Market milk from 7 dairy companies was analyzed for their gross composition, twice a month from Mar. in 1986 to Feb. in 1987. MULTI-SPEC. M was used to determine fat, protein, lactose, solids-not-fat and total solids in samples collected from retail stories in Che-ju area. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. The average contents of fat ,protein, lactose, total solids and solids-not-fat were 3.71, 3.11, 4.59, 12.17% and 8.48%. 2. Average compositions of market milks have shown large a variation with the seasons and was generally higher in spring and winter. 3. There were highly positive correlations among the components. 4. B prouct gave the highest fat content, 3.86% but E product gave the lowest, 3.55% and D product gave the highest protein content, 3.17% but F product gave the lowset, 3.02% and D product gave the highest value of lactose, total solids and solids-not-fat contents (4.57, 12.44 and 8.65) but D product gave the lower 4.34, 11.83 and 8.28%, respectively.

      • 실험계획법을 이용한 대형 사출물의 사출성형 해석과 검증에 관한 연구

        The large injection molded parts technology such as instrument panel, front and rear bumper are presented for a precision molding. Some lead time and cost are required to product these part from design to mass product. Recently, CAE is widely used in product design, mold design and analysis of molding conditions to reduce time and cost. The optimal molding conditions can be obtained by DOE(Design of Experiment). The optimal design applications with CAE and DOE have been used in small molded parts. However, application to the large molded body is not reported. In this paper, optimization of injection molding process is studied for quality control in mass production of automobile bumper. Mold temperature difference is chosen through robust design of injection molding process, the molding process being optimized in term of shrinkage and deflection. The optimal conditions through DOE are validated by using injection molding analysis

      • Alkyl β-D-Glucopyranoside의 합성과 성질

        n-decyl, 1-methylnonyl and 1-ethyloctyl a-D-glucopyranosides were synthesized in a three-step procedure from the D-glucose and tested for their physical and function properties. Values are given for surface tensions critical micelle concentration and Ross Miles foam tests. Results show that the critical micelle concentration was more increased when the hydrophilic glucopyranosyl group was bonded near the center of the alkyl chain. The same was noted for foam production and stability.
