        中国动画电影产业的经营方案研究

        Although China s animation industry has been developing for a long time, it has been developing slowly. With their own continuous efforts to slowly find the direction. In recent years, China s animation industry has developed rapidly, and more and more excellent original domestic animation films have appeared. Behind the success of these animated films is not only the improvement of the quality of animation itself, but also the success of cross-border integration of the animation market. Judging from several successful low-budget animations and successful animated films in recent years, the success of animation requires not only high-quality animation production, but also the basic factors of the market. The development of Chinese animation in recent years is due to those successful animation works. However, in view of China s huge market, the market demand and commercial value of the animation industry are relatively large, so the number of excellent animations is far from enough, and the market needs more excellent animation works. From the animation development process to find experience and improve the animation industry development methods. This paper mainly analyzes the development process of China s animation film industry market, seeks experience from the relatively successful animation and puts forward feasible plans.

        Functional analysis of the HD-Zip I gene ZmHDZ1 in ABA-mediated salt tolerance in rice

        The homeodomain-leucine zipper I (HD-Zip I) transcription factors play crucial roles in the regulation of abiotic stress responses, whereas, up to now, most of them are still functionally unknown. In present study, we identified a maize HD-Zip I gene, designing as ZmHDZ1, and investigated its potential roles in salt stress response. The qRT-PCR results showed that expression of ZmHDZ1 was induced by ABA and salt stress. Transactivation assay and transient expression analyses indicated that ZmHDZ1 protein was located in the nucleus in tobacco leaf cells and had the transactivation activity in yeast. Over-expression of ZmHDZ1 in rice reduced tolerance to salt stress, thus, led to greater accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) as well as higher level of relative electrolyte leakage (REL) compared to WT plants. In addition, the transgenic seedlings also increased sensitivity to exogenous ABA. Furthermore, the expression levels of four salt responsive genes were different between transgenic and WT rice under normal or NaCl treatment. These results suggested that ZmHDZ1 function as a negative regulator in response to salt stress through the ABAmediated signal transduction pathways.

        Delay-dependent Exponential Stability of Linear Stochastic Neutral Systems with General Delays Described by Stieltjes Integrals

        In this paper, mean square exponential stability (MSES) and almost sure exponential stability (ASES) for linear stochastic neutral systems (LSNSs) with general delays described by Stieltjes integrals are investigated. The use of the Stieltjes integrals allows the delays in the system under study to be either discrete, distributed, or a mixture of the two. Sufficient conditions for the linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) in the unified form are obtained by applying stochastic version descriptor system approach and Lyapunov-Krasovskii (L-K) functional based approach. Firstly, the condition based on the form of spectral radius is proposed to ensure the stability of the corresponding difference operator described by Stieltjes integrals. Secondly, differently from the existing delay-dependent stability conditions of LSNSs, the proposed condition depends only on the delays of drift part and independent of the delays of diffusion part. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed approach finally.

        Korean case marker “e” is in the middle of core case marker and marginal case marker, it also has omission phenomenon. We know that in the grammar book, “e” has a variety of meaning, here we think the basic meaning of “e” is to indicate “position”, and the corresponding word in Chinese is a preposition “zai” which is also has omission phenomenon. This article aims to study and compare the similarities and differences between the “e” and “zai” by using the Cognitive Construal Theory and the Principle of Economy and Iconicity.

        Feasibility study of buckling-restrained braces with PM-35 steel core

        The energy dissipation characteristics of core materials greatly influence the working performance of bucklingrestrained braces (BRBs), so it is a vital work to develop more excellent energy dissipation core materials. In this research, a series of experimental studies are conducted, including the mechanical properties of PM-35 steels and the working performance of PM-35 BRB specimens, which serve to investigate the feasibility of PM-35 steel as core materials of BRBs. In addition, the analysis of variance (ANOVA) has been conducted to study the sensitivity factors of energy dissipation of PM-35 BRB specimens, especially the pre-force applied on the BRB specimens. According to the results of this research, it can be concluded that the energy absorption efficiency of PM-35 BRBs specimens is much higher than that of BRB specimens with ordinary core materials; the internal pores greatly weaken the yield strength of PM-35 steel and obviously improve the plastic deformation capacity, which makes that PM-35 core materials are able to absorb energy in a lower stress level; pre-force applied on core materials is the key factor governing the energy absorption, and can significantly improve the working performance of BRB specimens with PM-35 core materials.

        Identification of novel Est-ssr markers by transcriptome sequencing in ridgetail white prawn Exopalaemon carinicauda

        The ridgetail white prawn Exopalaemon carinicauda is one of the major commercial mariculture species in eastern China. However, only limited molecular markers are currently available due to the lack of genome information, which hinders its genetic and breeding studies. In this study, we identified new simple sequence repeats from transcriptome sequences by Illumina Hiseq 2500 platform. A total of 14273 SSR loci were identified from 130,082 assembled transcripts, with 6590 pairs of PCR primers designed. A total of 12,155 sequences containing SSR were predicted; and 2764 (22.74%) transcripts had significant matches to the NCBI non redundant protein (Nr) database. 11,563 transcripts were assigned into gene ontology (GO) categories. A set of 200 primers selected randomly were synthesized, of which 152 (76.0%) were successfully amplified. Further test with 60 pairs of polymorphic SSR primers to evaluate the genetic diversity of 30 wild populations and 43 loci were polymorphic, which had a polymorphic information content between 0.204 and 0.911. The results enriched genomic resources of E. carinicauda and provided powerful information for future conservation and breeding researches.

        “-더니” is a grammatical form that is difficult to interpret due to its many uses and complex features. So far, there have been many studies on -더니, but there is still room for discussion. In this paper, we will continue to examine the semantic features of “-더니”. If we consider the semantic features of each usage from the standpoint of relative univocity, we can extract the common elements of “variability” from the five usages of “-더니”, and if we consider the common elements of “coherence, causality, contrast, substantiation, and complementarity”, we can find the common elements of “variability” in the five usages of “-더니”, The semantic system of -더니 can be better explained if the term “variability” is added before “coherence, causality, comparison, contrast, empirical evidence, and complementary”. This study will deepen our understanding of the innate character of “-더니”.

        Synthesis of Ni/Fe Nanoparticles Utilizing PVP–SDS Bound Micelles as a Template to Remove PCB77

        In the present study, Ni/Fe nanoparticles were synthesized using bound micelles as a template and 3, 3', 4, 4'-tetrachlorobiphenyl (PCB77) as the target contaminant. The dual bound micelles, which are composed of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), were found to be superior to single-component templates for the dispersion of metallic ions and thus directed the synthesis of Ni/Fe nanoparticles with improved properties. After characterization of the different nanoparticles, it was found that the sustained effectiveness of PVP–SDS bound micelles afforded specialized structures with two gradations of Ni/Fe nanoparticles, correlating to more active sites and higher activity. The improved activity of the Ni/Fe nanoparticles was finally exhibited by the higher ratio (99.3% in 72 h) and efficiency (kobs of 0.0674 h-1) of PCB77 removal. Herein, the utilization of PVP–SDS bound micelles is proposed as a template for the improvement of iron-based nanoparticles and correlated research.

        Rapid recycling of waste salt core materials in foundry industry using fractional crystallization

        The water-soluble composite salt core materials have attracted increasing interest in the manufacture ofhollow castings with complex structures due to their high strength and excellent water solubility, whilethe treatment of waste brine generated from the salt core represents a major pain point for its large-scaleapplication. To change the above situation, the recycling technology of the waste brine from compositesalt core materials was developed using cooling crystallization combined with solvent-driven crystallization. The influences of dissolution temperature and solvent content on the recovery rate of the compositesalt core materials, including inorganic salt and fortifier, were investigated. In addition, the mechanicalproperties and microstructures of the composite salt core with multiple cycles were compared and analyzed. The results show that the fortifier material of corundum powder exhibits excellent chemical andthermal stability with a 100% recovery rate, and the recovery rate of inorganic salt material can reach79.31% with a 40 C dissolution temperature and a 1.0 mass ratio of methanol to brine. The microstructures,phase compositions and mechanical properties of the multi-recycled composite salt core have notchanged, demonstrating that the recycling of the water-soluble composite salt core is feasible, and favoringthe green development of the foundry industry.
