        1996년 12월 13일 영월 지진의 진도 및 에너지감쇠에 관한 연구

        1996년 12월 13일 강원도 영월에서 발생한 지진에 대한 설문 조사를 남한 전지역에 걸친 262개 지역에서 실시하고 진도 평가를 실시하였으며 남한 지역에서의 지진 에너지 감쇠특성을 분석하였다. 진도평가 결과 이번 지진은 남한지역에서 진도II~진도VIII 사이의 분포를 보이나 남한 일대의 전반적인 진도분포를 잘 보여주고 있다. 진도 VI이상의 지역에서는 벽에 금이 가는 등 상당한 지진피해가 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 등진도도에서 나타난 가장 현저한 특징은 이 지진의 규모가 기상청에서 4.5로 보고된 점을 감안할 때 감진 지역이 제주도를 제외한 남한 전지역을 포함하여 타 지진의 경우보다 두드러지게 넓다는 점이다. 이러한 사실은 이 지진도 규모가 실제 보다 낮게 평가되었거나 진원의 심도가 보다 깊다는 것으로 해석된다. 이 지진이 기상청 발표과 같이 진원심도가 10km 이하인 천발지진이라고 가정할 때 등진도도에서 진도 IV에서 VII사이의 등진도 등고선에 의해 둘러싸인 감진 지역의 면적으로부터 규모를 산정한 결과 규고가 평균 5.4로 나타났다. 따라서 앞으로 원거리 지진기록을 이용한 보다 정밀한 규모 및 진원 깊이의 산정이 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. An intensity survey on the 13 December 1996 Yeogweol earthquake has mode for 262 locations throughout southern part of Korean peninsula, then we investigated attenuation properties in the south Korean region as well as intensities distribution. In this study, intensities are estimated to be from II to possibly VIII. The iso-seismal intensity map we obtained shows general pattern of intensity distribution in the south korean region quite clearly despite the inherent uncertainties included in the process of intensity estimation. In case of intensity larger than VI, considerable damages such as fracturing walls are frequently reported. One of the significant feature of this intensity map is, considering its magnitude 4.5 reported by KMA, the felt area is unusually large covering most of the Korean Peninsular except Cheju island. This result indicates either the magnitude is under estimated or the focal depth is much deeper than expected. Assuming indicates either the magnitude is under estimated or the focal depth is much deeper than expected. Assuming shallow earthquake whose focal depth is by iso-seismal contour lines for intensity IV to VII, respectively. To resolve this ambiguity, more reliable estimation of focal depth and magnitude by using telesesmic instrumental records should be made in the future.

      • 트롤船 主機關 馬力數와 漁具種模와의 關械에 대하여 : 北洋 트롤船을 中心으로

        This study is concerned with the optimum design of R.C rectangular beams with reliability constraints. Formulations of the optimum design for R.C structures with reilability constraints based on the the working stress design method turn out to be the nonlinear programming problems which have to deal with the steel area and effective height of R.C structures as design variables. Reliability index is used for taking account of reliability constraints. The construction cost which considers the costs of steel, concrete and forming is considered as an objective function. Optimization of R.C structures with reliability constraints is achived by transforming these nonlinear programming problems with constraints into SUMT, and the optimum solution is obtained by solving SUMT utilizing the Modified Newton-Raphson method. The algorithm adopted in this study is tested for the two rectangular beams, one is simply reinforced and the other doubly, and compared with the numerical results of other algorithm to examine its convergence, applicability and stability. The results of this study are discussed about the applicability, stability, economy of the optimum design of R.C beams with reliability constraints and the validity and convergence of the alogrithm used here through the numerical analyses.

      • 母船式 다랑어 연승어업의 漁況에 관한 硏究-II : 印度洋 中部海域의 다랑어 體重組成에 對하여

        Basing on the data operated by Dong Won NO 311 tuna fishing fleet in the Middle part of Indian Ocean during 9 Months from July 1974 to March 1975, the following characters are shown in regard to the weight composition. (1) The bigeye tuna, proceed to go southward in the easterly and westerly fishing ground, this group of heavy weight was dominant. The yellow fin tuna, proceed to go high latitude in the easterly, this group of heavy weight was dominant, but in the westerly fishing ground the weight difference by latitude was not distinct. (2) The mean weight of bigeye tuna was heavier in the westerly than the easterly fishing ground, but the yellow fin tuna was quite opposite. (3) The mean weight of bigeye tuna became lighter in accordance with month progress, but the yellow fin tuna was quite opposite.

      • 母船式 다랑어 延繩漁業의 漁況에 關한 硏究 (Ⅲ) : 印度洋 中部海域의 西部漁場에서의 釣獲率에 對하여

        The samples of tunas treated in this report were obtained from 311 Dong Won tuna fishing- fleet in the western fishing ground of the middle parts of Indian Ocean during 12 Months (in Feb.- Aug. 1978, and in Dec. 1978-Apr. 1978) The results analyzed the hooked -rate in this area were summarized as follows ; 1. Latitudinal changes of the hooked- rate (1) The booked- rate of yellowfin tuna was higher in the sea area between 5˚-10˚S, and it was gradually decreased by going to north- wards. (2) On the contrary, the bigeye tuna and marlins were higher in the area between 5˚-10˚N and it was gradually decreased by going to south- wards 2. Monthly changes of the hooked- rate (1) Yellowfin tuna was excellent in the winter season between Dec.-Jan. and was lower in the summer between 6-8 months. (2) Bigeye tuna was higher in the winter between dec. 1978-Feb. 1979 and was lower except for above months. (3) As to marlins, there was not distinct features

      • 트로올船의 主機關 馬力數와 漁貝規模와의 關係에 對하여-Ⅱ : 北洋 트로올鮮의 10복魚貝를 中沈으로

        I have inspected the relations between the maximum continuous shaft horse power of the main engine and the 10 seamed trawl net plan of 12 Korean trawers which are operating the fishing work in the Northern Pacific Ocean. The trawlers are installed the main engine with the capacity of 2,000 p.s-6,000 p.s. The findings are as follows. 1. Relations between P(p.s) and the length of head rope of trawl net H(m) are approximately expressed in the following formula (Fig. 2) H=0.0079 P +27.8. 2. The length of ground rope of a trawl net is about 1.42 times of head rope's. 3. Relations between P(p.s) and the trawl net ab □ (㎡) are approximately formulated as follows (Fig. 2). ab□= 0.222P - 9.35 The above abbreviations stand for ; a: the maximum breadth of a body net without shortening (m) (shown by dotted lines in the Fig. 1). b: the maximum length of a trawl net without shortening (m). □: the average value of a ratio; d-diameter of net twine, ℓ - length of each mesh bar at side pannel 1 - 8 sections (Fig. 1). 4. Relations between P(p.s) and the weight of ground rope in the water WG, and between P(p.s) and the total broyance of trawl net are approximately formulated as follows (Fig. 3). WG = 1.93P0.78 B = 0.73 P0.94 5. The proportions of net parts which are in use at the Northern Pacific Ocean are approximately as follows (Fig.4). The proportions among the length of wing net, square net, upper body net, lower body net, cod head net and codend net are 1 : 0.45 : 1.64 : 0.50 : 0.21 : 1.14 and among the breadth of baiting, belly, side panned, baiting delta and belly delta are 1 : 1 : 2.21 : 0.67 : 0.61. 6. The hanging ratios on the length of trawl net are approximately as follows (Fig. 4), The hanging ratios of the wing net, square net, upper body net, cod head net and cod end net are 85.3%, 86.1%, 90.6%,95.6%, 96.8%, and 96.9%.
