The drybulk shipping market has high freight rate volatility in the chartering market and variousand complex factors affecting the market. In the unstable economic situation caused by theCOVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the BDI plunged due to a decrease in trade volume, but turned fromthe end of 2020 and maintained a booming period until the end of 2022. The main reason for themarket change is the decrease in the available fleet that can actually be operated for cargo transportdue to port congestion by the COVID-19 pandemic, regardless of the fleet and trade volumevolatility that have affected the drybulk shipping market in the past. A decrease in the actual usablefleet due to vessel waiting at port by congestion led to freight increase, and the freight increasein charting market led to an increase in second-hand ship and new-building ship price inlong-term equilibrium relationship. In the past, the drybulk shipping market was determined by the volatility of fleet and tradevolume. but, in the future, available fleet volume volatility by pandemics, environmental regulationsand climate will be the important factors affecting BDI. To response to the IMO carbon emission reduction in 2023, it is expected that ship speed willbe slowed down and more ships are expected to be needed to transport the same trade volume. This slowdown is expected to have an impact on drybulk shipping market, such as a increase infreight and second-hand ship and new-building ship price due to a decrease in available fleetvolume.

As the mineral oil, the liquid dielectrics, which is used in the various kind of electric machine is the mater of majority ingredient, property and structure of the molecule and the relation of electric characteristic are complex. According though the phenomenon of the electricity conduction may appear due to the various reasons the electrici-conduction in the DC electric field seems to be due to ion. Therefore in order to investigate the various effects on the conduction of ion. the ion conducivity, the mobility, and the diffusion coefficient of the mineral oil were to be measured like the measurment of the viscosity coefficient representing the characteristic of liquid molecule and that of the density. The result was that the larger the quantities molecule of molecule became the smaller became the mobility and the conductivity and the diffusion, but the larger became the viscosity coefficient and activate energy: and the relative dielectric constant was coherent. Then it was also investigated that the higher the temperature rose, the lower the conductivity and mobility became, but the higher the viscosity coefficient became.

Twenty-nine dogs with chronic keratoconjunctivitis sicca (KCS) were treated by topical administration of a petrolatum based 2% cyclosporine ointment twice daily. Causes and durations of KCS varied. Tear production increased in 25 of 32 eyes and clinical improvement in corneal health was noticed in 35 of 47 eyes. No serious adverse reactions were observed and only mild irritation was noticed by the owners immediately after the application of the ointment in some cases.

In this paper the effect of correction coffieient on discharge in air of sphare-panel electrode gap is experiment study. As a result of the experiment, a usful experimental formula on the increment of spark voltage by the electrode radius, compared with the spark voltage of the needle to disc electrode having same gap distance, is obtained by the least sqare method. by the experiental formula, the maximum value of the increment can be obtained and it is revealed that is function of Φ and ?? where Φ is radius of the sphere eledrode and ids gap distance.

The diffusion neural network model which forms a Gaussian distribution is derived from the diffusion equation. And it is shown that a difference of two Gaussians(DOG) may have the same shape as the Laplacian of a Gaussian(LOG)with a proper variance. A diffusion neura1 network model executing the DOG convolution by diffusing an extemal stimulus can be used for the detection of intensity changes in an input image. In this paper, the change of intensity corresponding to an arbitary spatial. frequency in the image is detected by a diffusion neural network with damaged synapse weights and The result is compared with the result by the diffusion neural network with normal synapse weigths.
