        한국산 고구마의 화학적 조성에 관한 연구

        For the studies an the Chemical compositions of Sweet potatoes grown in Korean soil, Suwon No. 118 and Suwon No. 147 were applied as the samples during growing period, and 15 varieties of sweet potatoes as the samples for comparisons among them. As the results ef the studies followings were obtained. Changes of the chemical compositions of root tuber during growing period. 1. Total weights of root tubers and mean weight per root tuber were increased gradually as grew with the values of Suwon No. 147 is higher than that of Suwon No. 118 except the weight of Suwon No. 147 on September 9. 2. The moisture content of the roots were fairy uniform. 3. While the starch contents and crude starch yield in the root tuber were gradually increased with almost parallel as grew except the values of Suwon No. 147 on September 7. were markedly higher. 4. The total weight of the Sweet potatoos per Dan-Bo (about 0.25 acre) showed increased values with Suwon No. 147 is higher than Suwon No. 118 except the unexpected lower weight of Suwon No. 147 on September 9. and the crude starch yield of Suwon No. 147 per Dan-Bo also showed higher values than that of Suwon No. 118 with almost parallel increase of them as they grew. 5. Reducing sugar contents of them showed gradual decreases at earlier stages then increases at latter stages as grew, and total sugar and sucrose of them also showed gradual increases except extremly higher contents of Suwon No. 147 and lover values of Suwon No. 118 on September 9. 6. Total protein and soluble protein contents of them showed that initial and last stages of the growth are in higher values but middle stages are fairy low values with a little changes of difference between total protein, and soluble protein. The comparisons among those varieties. 7. The moisture contents of root tuber varies from 63% to 72% among them. 8. The starch contents of Suwon No. 118 (23.9%) is highest value among them, Ko-Ke No. 14 and Won-Ki successively lower and Dae-Nong No. 45 is the lowest one. Crude starch yield (%) of Ko-Ke No. 14 and Won-Ki successively lower and Dae-Nong No. 45 is the lowest one. Crude starch yield (%) of Ko-Ke No. 147 is highest value, Suwon No. 118. Won-Ki are successively lower and Do-Ip is the lowest one. 9. Won-Ki is highest value in reducing sugar content, and Do-Ip No. 2 is lowest one in it. The sucrose content of Chil-Bok is highest and Won-Ki is lowest among them. Soluble total sugar content of Yu-Sim is in highest and Chun-Mi is in lowest value. 10. Total protein content showed that Suwon No. 147 is in highest value and Yu-Sim is in lowest one. On the other hand, soluble protein contents showed that Chil-Bok is in highest value and Yu-Sim is in lowest one.

        연변지역어의 인칭접미사 연구

        주지하다시피 파생어형성에서는 접미사에 의한 파생이 가장 생산적이면서도 가장 다양한파생의 양상을 보여주고 있으며 그 중에서도 가장 많은 부분을 차지하는 것이 명사파생접미사이다. 연변지역어의 경우도 이와 마찬가지이다. 본고는 연변지역어의 고유어 인칭접미사 ‘-재:’, ‘-꾼’, ‘-개’, ‘-애:’, ‘-보’, ‘-이’, ‘-배:’, ‘-대기’, ‘-꾸레기’, ‘-뚜걸이’, ‘-바리’, ‘-채:’, ‘-디:’, ‘-돌이’, ‘-내미’, ‘-내기’, ‘-치’, ‘-네’, ‘-부치’를의미기능에 따라 직업ㆍ신분 표현, 속성 표현, 지역 표현, 집단ㆍ무리 표현, 친족 표현 등 5개부류로 나누어 그 목록을 제시하고 이들에 의해 파생되는 인칭명사의 형태와 구조를 공시적관점에서 파악하여 그 분포와 기능을 살펴보았다. 연변지역어의 인칭접미사는 현대한국어 인칭접미사와 마찬가지로 ‘비칭’중심으로 이루어졌으며 특히 속성 표현 인칭접미사가 많은 비중을 차지한다. 이는 사회방언학적 측면에서도흥미 있는 연구 자료가 된다. As everyone knows, derivations by the suffix are the most productive andvarious in the formation of derivatives, and what accounts for the largest partof them is the noun derivational suffix. The case of the Yanbian regional dialectis the same as this. This paper classified native tongue personal suffixes of the Yanbian regionaldialect ㅡ ‘-jae:’, ‘-kkun’, ‘-gae’, ‘-ae:’, ‘-bo’, ‘-i’, ‘-bae:’, ‘-daegi’, ‘-kkuregi’,‘-ttugeoli’, ‘-bari’, ‘-chae:’, ‘-di:’, ‘-doli’, ‘-naemi’, ‘-naegi’, ‘-chi’, ‘-ne’, and‘-buchi’ ㅡ into 5 categories ㅡ expression of occupation/position, expression ofproperties, expression of region, expression of group/crowd and expression ofrelative ㅡ according to the semantic function, to present the lists, toinvestigate forms and structures of personal nouns derived by these from thesynchronic perspective, and to study their distribution and function. Personal suffixes of the Yanbian regional dialect are formed focused on ‘thehumble name’ like the contemporary Korean personal suffixes, and the personalsuffixes expressing properties are especially dominant. This will be aninteresting research material in the terms of the social dialectology.

        Paper electrophoretic separation of soybean protein using phosphate buffer(pH. 7.6, I. 0.18) was carried out and revealed five components. The ratio of each component extracted with the phosphate buffer was estimated as follows. 도표 Also, each component of phosphate buffer extract was identified as: 도표 The quantitative determination of the components was performed with twenty-five varieties of Korean soybean and turned out to indicate marked difference between the varieties in the ratio of the components.

        작물의 유황영양에 관한 연구(Ⅰ) : 포장재배수도의 유황영양실태 The nutritional status of sulfur in the field - grown rice plants

        The nutritional status of sulfur in rice plants grown on various field conditions different in soil fertility, fertilizers used and weather was investigated as follows. 1. The critical percentage of sulfur in rice shoot grown in a sulfur deficient field appears to be over 0.2 around 30 days after transplanting. 2. The mean sulfur contents at harvesting stage were 0.22% and 0.43% in the ear and straw, respectively and increased more in the straw by the application of ammonium sulfate. 3. The ratio of sulfur contents in the straw and ear (straw/ear) showed the increasing tendency from north to south only in the fertilized fields. But it was not as such in the percent translocation, the mean values of which were 26% and 29% in the fertilized and non-fertilized, respectively. 4. The sulfur uptake amounted to 6㎏ and 10㎏ per acre in the non-fertilized and fertilized, respectively. 5. The sulfur content was decreased in the order of leaf blade+leaf sheath, stem and ear, and was higher in the low productive field than that of high productive field.

        1. Through out the entire stage of growth, the amount of nutrients, number of tillers and of spikes increased in the Simagcalin treated plot as compared with the control. The treated plot showed healthul growth at the later growing stage. On the other hand. management of irrigation water resulted in raised the grain straw ratio and retarded the culm height about 10%. 2. Application of Simagcalin greatly increased the content of phosphorus and magnesium at the harvesting time. The culm and sheath analyses are recommendable for the determination of magnesium deficiency. 3. The controled irrigation would effect root activity as the main factor, and Simagcalin might act as a secondary factor. 4. While the application of phosphorus may not affect the yield components, The basic elements in Simagcalin may enhance the uptake ov nutrients under heavy application of nitrogn.

        논문(論文) : 해섭(蟹攝) 1,2등(等) 글자의 현대 한국 한자음(漢字音) 형성 배경 탐석

        Chinese characters assimilated into Koreans have been built on the pronunciation environment of the Korean to the needs of contemporary language preferences. They have been passed through hosts of selection process and then have been formed into the sounds of Modern Sino Korean characters. In this paper, we see the characters of XIE SHE YI DENG & ER DENG(蟹攝 1等·2等)’s vowels, and analyse the formation background of Vowels sounds in Modern SinoKorean character in phonetical points, and also examine the three reasons of the formation background as follows. Those are transformation of pronunciation in China, polyphone in Chinese, and characteristic transformation of pronunciation in Korea. First we analyse six different types in the reason of pronunciation transformation in China. First, Characters of HA·JIA· JIE·TAI·GUAI(哈·佳·皆·泰·쾌韻) in KAI KOU YI DENG & ER DENG (開口1·2等)’s combined pronunciation “ㅐ”; Second, Characters of JIA· TAI(佳·泰) in KAIKOU(開口)’s divided pronunciation ‘ㅖ’ in MING and Qing dynasty. Third, Characters of JIA·JIE·TAI·GUAI(佳·皆·泰·쾌韻) in HE KOU YI DENG & ER DENG(合口 1·2等)’s combined pronunciation “ㅙ”; Fourth, Characters of JIA(佳) in HE KOU(合口)’s ivided pronunciation “ㅘ”; Fifth, Characters of JIE·TAI(皆·泰) in HE KOU(合口)’s reflected pronuncitaion “ㅚ”; Sixth, Characters JIA(佳) and JIE(街) of JIA(佳) in KAI KOU ER DENG(開口二等) with JIAN(見)’s pronunciation “ㅏ”. In the acceptance process of polyphone in Chinese, it had been selected only a few of pronunciations in Korea. In the transformation process of characteristics pronunciation in Korea, we especially analyse the three different types, considering easy of pronunciation of Korean people and language environment of Modern SinoKorean characters situation. First, vowel “ㆎ” changed into “ㅐ”; Second, KAI KOU HUA (開口化) in HE KOU YI DENG(合口1等) of TAI YUN(泰韻) with consonants DUAN·TOU·DING(端透定); Third, Characters in KAI KOU (開口) changed into HE KOU(合口).

        Candida 속 Lipase 의 활성에 영향을 미치는 제인자(諸因子)에 관한 연구

        An enzyme preparation from a newly isolated Candida that showed a high lipase activity was subjected to examination of its reaction rate under various conditions. The original and a diluted enzyme solutions showed the zero order curve starting at the point of 50 minutes in time. When PVA was used as an emulsifyer more activity was observed than the case of gum arabic. The optimal temperature and pH were 37∼40℃ and 7.0, respectively. Oleic acid as a fatty acid conferred on the enzyme an inhibitory action while calcium ion a positive one. Sodium cholate yielded an increase in reaction rate at the first stage.

        김치 통조림 제조에 관한 연구

        In order to determine proper conditions for the manufacture of canned Kimchi, a heat resistant lactic acid bacteria, the most acid producable strain, was isolated and identified as Lactabacillus plantarum. D-value for the isolate was calculated at 3 from a thermal death curve made at 60℃. The effects of acidity of Kimchi and the amount in a can, and he ratios of solid-liquid, were investigated. The most suitable time for sterilization with a type of can was determined as 25.2 minutes at 85℃. However in the period of heat treatment the quality was badly affected and this fact made desirable introducing of a adequate preservative additives into the manufacture of canned Kimchi.

        ≪역어유해(譯語類解)≫의 속음(俗音)·혹음(或音) 고찰(考察)

        The Nogeoldae, the Baktongsa and the Yeogeoyuhae are three books that were written at the end of the seventeenth century. These books have been widely used to study Chinese. The “the vulgar sound” and “the rest pronunciation” discussed in the explanatory part of the Yeogeoyuhae recorded a variety of Chinese pronunciations used at that time. In the history of the Chinese language, phonetic changes have provided important references. According to the analysis discussed this paper, “the vulgar sound” and “the rest pronunciation” in the Yeogeoyuhae have been included in the modern pronunciations (i.e., the vernacular pronunciation and the classical pronunciation), the pronunciations used in the Yuan Ming and Qing dynasties, the pronunciation preceding the Yuan dynasty, and the dialects. In addition, the etymology was different from that contained in the Guangyun. The Yeogeoyuhae’s right pronunciations recorded the usual pronunciations, but there were also many folk pronunciations. Among these pronunciations, some had already been adopted as the modern pronunciations, some had disappeared except as part of the folk pronunciations, and some of them came from the dialects.
