This paper reviews development trends of ferroelectric memories. Materials requirements, integration issues, device structures are reviewed for 1T-1C and 1Tr type FRAM. Other types of FRAM such as DSRAM and SFRAM are also described. Limitations in FRAM development are discussed for the viewpoint of memory concept and material properties. Finally, novel FRAM structures and operational concepts are proposed in order to avoid such limitations.

In simple expression of the physical strength required for playing tennis, it can be concentrated into five elements such as muscular strength, ability, flexibility, endurability and body control ability. In order to attain full efficiency of physical strength for playing tennis, the characteristics of tennis it self shall not be disregarded. Accordingly, the author aimed at development of foundation of the physical strength for tennis by studying the following subject: 1.Characteristics of Tennis a) Technical characteristics b) Physical characteristics c) Mental characteristics 2.Scientific Principles for Physical Training a) Weight training for strengthening muscle b) Circuit training for strengthening stamina c) Interval training for economic energy d) Repetition training for speed 3.Relationship between Tennis Skill and Physical Strength 4.Foundation of Physical Strength for Tennis a) Training Method for Strengthening Arm Muscle b) Training Method for Strengthening Leg Muscle c) Training Method for Strengthening Endurability of whole Body Muscle 5.Other Problems pertinent to Tennis and Basic Physical Strength a) Reduction Theory of Flexibility b) Reduction Theory of Speed c) Reduction Theory of Body Control Ability In conclusion, as it has been widely known that win or defeat in modern sports strictly depends on physical strength, the scientific and rational physical strength training method shall be developed for the purpose of promotion of physical strength, the author believe.
