The present study focused on the vegetation structure and dynamics of Betula davurica forest were to provide the information for management, distribution and utilization of B. davurica forest in Mt. Chiri national park, southern Korea. The layer structure of B. davurica forest were consist of tree layer(18 species), middle layer(29 species), shrub layer(43 species) and herb layer(68 species). According to the importance value of stratification of layers, In tree layer, B. davurica dominant the highest value of 123.97%, Alnus hirsuta 49.04., Castanea crenata 25.58%, Quercus serrata 25.02%, Stewartia koreana 14.49%, in middle layer were B. davurica 70.81%, Q. serrata 37.74%, Fraxinus rhynchophylla 25.35% Lindera erythrocarpa 24.52% , S. koreana 18.86%, shrub layer were Sasa borealis 28.28%, L. erythrocarpa 24.94% . Rhus trichocarpa, 20.42%, Stephanandra incisa 19.90% and herb layer Schazandra chinensis 18.51%, Aster scaber 12.26%. Disporum smilacinum 10.63% etc, respectively. Results of chi-square test statistics based on presence-absence parameters, the positively associated species pair were Quercus variablis - Q. acutissima, Stewartia koreana - Symplocos paniculata, Acer pseudo-sieboldianum - Quercus mongolica. And covariation was calculated baste on quantitative measure of density. The results showed that the association and covariation values among species not agreed with each other. The frequency distribution of DBH Betula davurica species showed reverse J-shaped, therefore it`s seems to retrain as a dominant species. When predicting succession in Betula davurica forest, it is seedling and saplings were not richness, succession was governed by competition of hardwood species of subtree and tree layer.

This study was focused on fragmentation of habitat by the human activities which is road construct, forest road, cities, industry, rail road, a power cable tower, and forest fire etc. in the Gyeongsangnam-do Province. Forests provide the basic habitat for wildlife, which may be specific forest type such as a broad leaf or mixed forest. Fragmentation of forest stands is creating concern among persons involved with wildlife. Agricultural and urban developments have sometimes disruped contiguous stands of forest into isolated patch. The road and developments in the forest area adjacent to the habitat have broken up into a few patches. Ecobridge project connect the fragmentation of habitat and allow wildlife to access food, water and move among habitat patches in disturbed area. In the Gyeongsangnam-do Province be having to 76 path road in which 6 highway route, 22 national road and 48 province road, respectively. On fragmentation of habitat by the road, highway, nat'l and province road were disrupted in 36, 62 and 57 sites , respectively. Among them 16, 29 and 30 sites were necessitates a eocbridge construction highway, nat'l and province road, respectively The goal of the Eco-bridge project is to maintain a nearly contiguous green network for wildlife. Some developments in the habitats are divided because of existing roadways, dam, cities, farm land, recreation and leisure town, etc. and environmental issues which are interposed between the habitats.
표적 마케팅을 위한 CBR 시스템의 유사 임계치 및 커버리지의 동시 최적화 모형

사례기반추론(CBR)은 많은 장점으로 인해, 생산, 재무, 마케팅 등의 분야의 다양한 경영의사결정문제 해결에 적용되어 왔다. 그러나, 효과적인 CBR 시스템을 설계, 구축하기 위해서는 연구자가 직관적으로 설정해야 할 많은 변수들이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 CBR의 여러 설계요소들 중, '결합할 유사사례의 선택' 과 관련해, CBR이 보다 개선된 형태로 경영문제 해결에 응용될 수 있는 모형을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구의 제안모형은 결합할 유사사례를 선택하는 기준으로 특정 사례수(k-NN)나 유사도의 상대적 비율을 사용하는 기존의 CBR과 달리 0에서 1사이의 값을 갖는 절대적 유사 임계치를 적용하고 있다. 다만, 절대적 유사 임계치를 사용할 때, 그 값이 작아질 경우 예측결과의 생성이 과도하게 이루어지지 않을 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위해, 커버리지를 모형에 함께 반영하여 사용자가 원하는 수준의 커버리지는 유지한 상태에서 가장 효과적인 유사 사례를 찾아, 추론을 수행할 수 있도록 설계하였다. 제안모형을 검증하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 이 모형을 실제 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 고객 발굴 사례에 적용해 보았다. 이를 통해, 제안모형의 적용가능성을 확인하고, 향후 추가연구가 요구되는 개선방향을 고찰해 보았다.

Human beings are at the centre of concerns for sustainable development. They are entitled to a healthy and productive life in harmony with nature. The right to development must be fulfilled so as to equitably meet developmental and environmental needs of present and future generations. In order to achieve sustainable development, environmental protection shall constitute an integral part of the development process and cannot be considered in isolation from it. To achieve sustainable development and a higher of life for all people, states should reduce and eliminate unsustainable patterns of production and consumption and promote appropriate demographic policies. Environmental issues are best handled with the participation of all concerned citizens, at the relevant level. At the national level, each individual shall have appropriate access to information concerning the environment that is held by public authorities, and the opportunity to participate in their communities, and the opportunity to participate in decision-making processes. States should cooperate promote a supportive and open international economic system that would lead to economic growth and sustainable development in all countries, to better address the problems of environmental degradation. Trade policy measures for environmental purposes should not constitute a means of arbitrary or unjustifiable discrimination or a disguised restriction on international trade.
Customer Relationship Management in Telecom Market using an Optimized Case-based Reasoning

Most previous studies on improving the effectiveness of CBR have focused on the similarity function aspect or optimization of case features and their weights. However, according to some of the prior research, finding the optimal k parameter for the k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) is also crucial for improving the performance of the CBR system. Nonetheless, there have been few attempts to optimize the number of neighbors, especially using artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. In this study, we introduce a genetic algorithm (GA) to optimize the number of neighbors that combine, as well as the weight of each feature. The new model is applied to the real-world case of a major telecommunication company in Korea in order to build the prediction model for the customer profitability level. Experimental results show that our GA-optimized CBR approach outperforms other AI techniques for this mulriclass classification problem.
