황련해독탕(黃連解毒湯)이 척수 압박손상 흰쥐의 운동기능 장애에 미치는 영향

Objectives :This study was performed to evaluate the effects of Hwangryunhaedok-tang(Huanglianjiedu-tang; HHT) water extract on locomotor dysfunction induced by spinal cord injury(SCI) in rats. Methods :SCI was induced by mechanical contusion following laminectomy of 10th thoracic vertebra in Sprague-Dawley rats. HHT was orally given once a day for 14 days after SCI. Neurological behavior was examined with the Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan locomotor rating scale. Tissue damage and nerve fiber degeneration were examined with cresyl violet and luxol fast blue staining. Using immunohistochemistry, cellular damage to neurons and nerve fibers were examined against Bax and MAP-2. As inflammatory response markers, iNOS and COX-2 expressions were also examined. Results :1. HHT ameliorated the locomotor dysfunction of the SCI-induced rats. 2. HHT attenuated the reduction of motor neurons in the ventral horn of the SCI-induced rat spinal cord. 3. HHT significantly reduced the number of Bax positive cells in the peri-lesion of the SCI-induced rat spinal cord. 4. HHT attenuated the reduction of MAP-2 positive cells in the peri-lesion of the SCI-induced rat spinal cord. 3. HHT significantly reduced the number of iNOS and COX-2 positive cells in the peri-lesion of the SCI-induced rat spinal cord. Conclusions :These results suggest that HHT improves the locomotor dysfunction of SCI by protecting motor neurons from cell death through anti-inflammatory effect.

기존의 재난 안전 문자는 기지국으로부터 일정 거리에 있는 기기에 안전 문자를 전송하는 것으로, 문자를 수신받은 사용자가 위치한 지역과 다른 지역의 방역정책을 수신받는 경우가 있어 지자체별로 방역정책이 상이한 현 상황에서 상당히 불편하게 작용하였다. 본 논문에서는 QR 코드 인식을 통한 위치 기반의 코로나 19 방역제도 알림 시스템을 구현하였으며 보다 즉각적이고 정확한 방역 알림을 받아 지자체 경계지역에서 상이한 방역제도로 인한 시민들의 혼란을 줄일 것으로 기대된다. Existing disaster safety texts are sending safety texts to devices within a certain distance from the base station, and quarantine policies in different regions are sometimes received, making it quite inconvenient for each local government to have different quarantine policies. In this thesis, a location-based COVID-19 quarantine system notification system was implemented through QR code recognition, and it is expected to reduce confusion among citizens due to different quarantine systems in the border area of local governments by receiving more immediate and accurate quarantine notifications.

Objectives: In this case report, we will show the effectiveness of herbal medicine with neurofeedback treatment on social phobia. Methods: First, we diagnosed the patient by interview and questionnaire as having social phobia and suffering from anxiety, shaking and palpitation in public places and fear to meet new people. Beside, we examined the pattern of brainwaves by QEEG-8 system. Second, we treated the patient by herbal medicine with neurofeedback treatment for 4 months. Then we conducted new assessments by SCL-90-R, BDI, BAI and QEEG-8 system. Results: The patient``s psychological and physiological symptoms were significantly improved. Conclusions: Herbal medicine with neurofeedback can be effective in the treatment of social phobia. Especially, it can be helpful to improve the patient``s sensitivity to its physiological symptoms.
