The art and work of the art is resulted from the spirit. Therefore which work of the art has the spirit of the age. If the work of art have the spirit of a certain times, an artist is a deliver and creator of spirit of the times. A photographer is also needed to recognize clearly the concept of spirit of the times as he presents through his works various aspects of the times in detail. This thesis is especially focused on the France Revolution and declaration of human rights analyzing about the situation of the times before and after photography invention. Here, equality and freedom which is the concept of France Revolution is defined to the spirit of the times in photograph. We have to create new spirit of the times which is leaded to twenty one century with being based on these equality and freedom.

Background: The goal of this study was to investigate the incidence and type of seizurerelated injuries (SRIs) in patients presenting with seizures to the emergency department (ED) and to determine the risk factors of SRIs. Methods: In this retrospective cross-sectional study, we surveyed all seizure patients aged 18 years and older who visited the ED of Yeungnam University Hospital between October 2017 and September 2019. We excluded patients who developed seizures secondary to cardiac arrest or acute head trauma. Results: A total of 165 patients were enrolled and SRIs occurred in 33 patients (20.0%). The most common SRI was head injury (35.3%), followed by soft tissue injury (29.4%) and orolingual injury (17.6%). Most injuries were single, minor injury and required little or no treatment. Death occurred in one patient (3.0%) with SRIs due to intracranial hemorrhage. On univariate analysis, young age (p<0.001), history of alcohol use disorder (p=0.005), hypertension (p=0.022) and stroke (p=0.032), falling during seizure (p<0.001), seizure cluster (p=0.001), convulsive status epilepticus (p=0.034), generalized tonic-clonic seizure (p=0.010), initial blood ammonia level (p=0.007), and alcohol-related seizure (p=0.032) predicted the occurrence of SRIs. All patients with SRIs were independent in daily activities. On multiple logistic regression analysis, five variables remained significant: young age (p=0.037), history of alcohol use disorder (p=0.040), falling during seizure (p<0.001), seizure cluster (p=0.013), and convulsive status epilepticus (p=0.032). Conclusions: Young age, history of alcohol use disorder, falling during seizure, seizure cluster, and convulsive status epilepticus predicted SRIs in people presenting with seizure.

This paper aims at chiefly the image morals on the basis of photo image for our ethical image language activity which make our society suitable for man and happier, making a great contribution towards our peaceable world. For in our century of revolutions of science and technology, sore of photo artists and photo journalists have eventually evoked an atmosphere of distrust and suspicion against the abso-lution not only in the specific area of photo journalism but also in general in the modern world. From this point of view this paper can be found to stress on the need of the virtues of our photo artists and photo journalists such as truth, justice, freedom, humanism, and responsibility on the basis of Golden Rule "Love your neighbor as youself." According to the Christian morals, not only photo artists but also photo journalists should bear a higher sense of responsibility for the restoration of morality in languages such as edification, exhortation, encouragement, exactness, effectiveness, and elegancy especially in information sciences. For in our century the concept of information theory can be seen to have been so widly and profoundly spread among the various areas and fields of natural and social sciences. Therefore, our concern and education towards the right use of the concept of information is greatly needed on the basis of the morals of the image language.

역사와 사진 : 기록 개념에 관한 새로운 의미 New Meaning on the Concept of Documentation

Photography is a media which can re-product the reality with the most correctness. At this context, the concept of recording is an original characteristic of photography. So photographer is an important body who record, testify and present society. The media which play the most important role in history documentation is letter. We know letter material contains vast historical information and history documentation with letter is the most common way. But image also can convey very important things and these are quite different form letter material. Sometimes a photograph can tell many stories which cannot be acquired from letter material. To convey these historical image in the right way, we should know how to handle and analyze images in historical context. Documentary photography is not only aesthetic object but also elementary historical material and it can supplement and expand history in the result. Future will be controlled by telecommunication including Internet. We expect that photography will play an important role in clarification of cultural, social history in the diversified future society.

We report a patient who was diagnosed as subacute combined degeneration (SCD) with elevated homocysteine and methylmalonic acid levels in the situation of a spurious elevation of the vitamin B12 concentration. A false-positive elevation of the vitamin B12 level could lead to a delayed diagnosis and cause irreversible changes in the nervous systems. We therefore suggest that the homocysteine and methylmalonic acid levels should be checked in patients with a normal or elevated vitamin B12 level for whom there is a high clinical suspicion for vitamin B12 deficiency, as a further evaluation for SCD.

Postmodermism has no special place of Origin. The meaning and function of postmodernism is to operate or places of closure, of the limits of modernist productions and practices, of the margins of what proclaims itself to be new and a break with tradition, and of the multiple edges of these claims to self-consciousness and autoreflection. Postmodernism is not as such a new style of creating artworks, of synthesizing novel self-expressions, and of justifying theoretically in aesthetic practices, postmodernism does not open up a new field of artistic, philosophical, cultural, or even institutional activities. Postmodernism signals the end of what has become commonplace and ordinary in the modenist outlook. The essays come at these mulritplicites in order to articulate their diversity and to give a sense of the postmodernist frame.
