This study aims to make clear what the image of God in Paradise lost is and inquire into the meaning of God in milton. In this poem we come across the word God many times, but I was obliged to pursue the meaning of it in the christian Doctorine. While continuing the study of the meaning of it, I could find Milton's convictions of God not only in daily life, but also in religious and political aspects. To Milton, God is real being who controls hisconducts and thoughts which was motif of his writing Pararadise Lost. As you know, Milton is an ardent Puritanist who desired social order, stability, righteousness, and man's reason than any other one. But he could not acomplish his wishes during his life, and then he began to write Paradise Lost as a responsibilty to his future generation. In particular he wrote this poem in the state of blindness by the help of his three daughters. In Paradise Lost he Proclaimed man's return to God for the establishment of happy life of individual and Nation. And through this poem Milton revealed "To follow God is Best way of Man."
무름병균 Erwinia chrysanthemi PY35 의 CMCase isozymes 분리

Soft-rot bacterial pathogen, Erwinia sp., was isolated from Chinese cabbage tissue showing soft-rot symptom. This bacterial strain caused soft-rot to Chinese cabbage and potato, and identified as Erwinia chrysanthemi PY35(Ech PY35). Ech PY35 have extracellular CMCase, pectinase, pectate lyase, and protease activity, but not hemicellulase activity. The results of the microscopy showed that Chinese cabbage tissue and potato tissue were macerated by infection of Ech PY35. In analysis of the CMCases activity in the total protein of Ech PY35, three CMCases were detected as intracellular protein while two CMCases were as extracellular protein by CMC-SDS-PAGE direct stain method.
Inconel713C 모사 용액으로부터 Alamine336을 통한 Mo의 용매추출분리를 위한 기초 연구

Inconel713C which of a commercial Ni super alloy have the compositions of 70 wt.% Ni, 12 wt.% Cr, 6 wt.% Al and 4 wt.% Mo. In this study, solvent extraction has been performed to separate Mo from the synthetic leaching solution, formation of Inconel713C alloy similarly and is found the optimum conditions of recovery of Mo from the leaching solution. The effects of some variables, such as the nature and concentration of the extractants, $H_2SO_4$ concentrations, and the presence of impurities were investigated. The extraction percentage of Mo by Cyanex272 is 96% in the condition of pH 1 and 4% of concentration of Cyanex272 but Alamine336 is 99% in the condition of the range of pH 1 to 4 and 1 wt.% of concentration of Alamine336. In the case of Alamine336, the extraction percentage of Mo is increased by increasing of the concentration of Alamine336. The optimum condition of this experiment is pH 1 in aqueous phase, 1% concentration of Alamine336 and activation ratio of $H_2SO_4$ 1:0.5.

This paper deal with principle of Adaptive Quantization in the PCM and ADPCM coding of speech signal. The system which compresses 64kBits/s u-Law PCM into 32kbits/s ADPCM is consist of NEC uPD7730 ADPCM LSI and Intel 8086 microprocessors. Convert speech signal to u-Law PCM them store these signal at memory. Regenerate speech signal from ADPCM and compared with them.

본 논문은 외부 프리스트레싱으로 보강된 콘크리트보에 있어서 내부 부착 및 외부 비부착 프리스트레싱텐던의 극한웅력에 대하여 내부 텐던 극한웅력의 경부 외부 프리스트레싱 강재의 영향을, 외부 텐던 극한웅력의 경우 철근 및 내부 프리스트레싱 강재의 영향을 중심으로 서술하고 있다. 극한웅력을 구하는 프리스트레싱 강재를 제외한 나머지 강재 효과를 고려하여 외부 프리스트레싱으로 보강된 RC나 PC, 혹은 부분 PC 보에 적용하기 위하여 독립적인 ACI 시방식과 Naaman 식을 확장, 수정하였다. 이러한 수정제안식들은 Harajli의 실험결과와 비교되었다. 본 연구는 중립축과 프리스트레싱 강재 깊이와의 비, C_u/d_p가 내부 및 외부 프리스트레싱 강재의 극한웅력 예측에 합리적인 인자임을 보여주고 있다. An investigation of the stress in the internal bonded and external unbonded prestressing tendons at ultimate in concrete beams strengthened by external prestressing is described with particular emphasis on the influences of external tendons on the stress in internal tendons and reinforcing bars and internal tendons on the stress in external tendons. To account for these effects of the other reinforcements and apply to the concrete beams strengthened by external prestressing. ACI and Naaman's independent equations for the calculation of ultimate stress of internal and external pretressing tendons are expanded and modified. The modified and proposed equations are compared with the test results conducted by Harajli. This study show that the ratio of the depths of neutral axis and tendons appears to be a rational parameter for the prediction of the ultimate stress in internal and external prestressing tendons.

Purpose: Facial allotransplantation (FA) could provide an excellent alternative to current treatments for facial disfigurement. However, despite being technically feasible, there continues to be various ethical and psychosocial issues associated with the risks and benefits of performing FA. The purpose of this study is to investigate risk acceptance and expectations in FA. Methods: In a quantitative assessment of risk versus benefit with respect to FA, from 2004 to 2008, Barker et al. developed and published a questionnaire-based instrument (Louisville Instrument for Transplantation [LIFT]), which contained 237 standardized questions. In the current study, the authors assessed risk versus benefits and expectations of FA using a Korean version of the LIFT. Respondents in three study groups (lay public, n=140; medical students, n=120; doctors, n=34) were questioned about risk acceptance as related to immunosuppression and tissue rejection, and expectations as related to quality of life improvement, and functional and aesthetic outcomes. A summary of the data has been provided and statistical analyses were performed. Results: Among the three study groups, results indicated that doctors accept the least amount of risk for a facial allotransplant, followed by medical students, and finally lay public. There was a significant statistical difference in three of the four questions regarding risk acceptance between the groups (p < 0.05). In general, lay public exhibited higher expectations for facial allotransplantation than the other groups. Additionally, there was a significant statistical difference in the importance of aesthetic outcome between the groups (p < 0.05). Conclusion: The authors' data indicate the three populations have vastly different levels of risk acceptance and expectations with regard to FA. Therefore, it is very important that surgeons establish clear, open, and thorough communication with patients in their consultations regarding FA. This is particularly important with respect to whether or not a patient's level of risk acceptance and expectations are progmatic.
