        지역 활성화를 위한 일본 그린 투어리즘의 지역적 특성에 관한 연구-고치현(高知縣)의 지역 사례를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the regionally unique characteristics of successful green tourism process in case of Kochi prefecture, Japan and suggest the appropriate direction for desirable green tourism development to Korean rural communities in the viewpoint of tourism-geograph ical approach. This research focus more attentions on the investigation of major roles and application methods of green tourism for local revitalization in case of Japanese local communities. This study adopts Hata gun and Takaoka gun in Kochi prefecture which have accumulated diversified experiences and know-how for several years as typical case models for benchmarking of green tourism to Korean farming villages. On the basis of results confirmed above, appropriate direction and effective methods for successful green tourism development in the Korean local scale are proposed. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Tsuno town has attempted to connect green tourism to famous ecological place assets like Tengu Plateau and Shimanto River to induce urban tourists to flow into the rural region. Morinosubako, Shimanto Gakusya and Kuroson mura are managed by local residents to accomplish the social and economical revitalization of the local community. Seaside Gallery in Ogata town has practiced green tourism in the sustainable method to pursue two objects; the protection of natural environment and the contribution to a local community. In conclusion, the ultimate goal of authentic green tourism in Japan is to induce urban dwellers to settle down in the rural region. Green tourism in Japan is carried out in his peculiar own way which is different from an European style. Locally diverse conditions of rural regions in Japan are reflected in the executive process of green tourism. There are many instructions for Korean rural communities to learn from experiences of regional cases in Japan.

        광주호 호수생태원 관광객의 방문동기 유형별 생태관광 매력성 평가

        본 연구는 관광객의 방문동기 유형별로 관광객이 인식하는 사전 중요도와 사후 성취도 간 비교 분석을 통해 광주호 호수생태원의 생태관광 매력성을 평가하고, 이를 바탕으로 바람직한 호수생태원 서비스품질 향상을 위한 기초자료의 제공을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 연구과정을 통해 본 논문은 관광객의 기대수준과 만족도가 실질적으로 반영된 생태관광지 매력속성을 도출하여, 차별적이고 세분화된 생태관광 서비스를 제공하기 위한 바람직한 생태관광지 관리 방안을 모색하는 데에 기여할 수 있을 것이다. 분석 결과, 광주호 호수생태원은 자연환경 측면의 생태적 가치, 전망시설, 이용 편의성과 관련된 속성들을 호수생태원의 대표적인 매력성으로 유지 및 발전시키기 위한 지속적인 노력과 투자가 이루어져야 한다. 반면에 다채로운 자연생태계 체험프로그램, 아동용 자연학습프로그램, 환경해설판 충분성 여부, 안내직원의 전문성 수준 항목은 생태관광 서비스품질 향상을 위한 개선 노력이 우선적으로 집중될 필요성이 있다. 또한 자연생태계에 대한 생태탐방인프라, 해설용 안내정보와 관련된 속성은 중요도에 비해 지나치게 높은 성취도를 나타내기 때문에, 과잉 개선 노력이 투입되는 것을 지양해야 한다. The purpose of this research is to suggest appropriate directions for the improvement of ecotourism service quality through the investigation of the tourists’ satisfaction classified by types of visiting motivations in case of Gwangju Lake Eco-garden. For this purpose it focuses on the comparative analysis of the difference between importance and performance that tourists evaluate on the ecotourism destination’s attractiveness of Gwangju Lake Eco-garden by types of visiting motivations. The results may be summarized as follows. Attributes concerning the ecological value of natural environment, observational facilities and amenities need to keep up the good work as the representative ecotourism destination’s attractiveness. On the other hand, various experiential programs of natural ecosystem, learning programs for kids, sufficient interpretative boards and staff’s speciality were confirmed to be required to improve with the concentrated complement for the enhance of ecotourism service quality. And attributes concerning the infrastructure for eco-experience and interpretative guide must be sublated to input overkill because of extremely high performance compared with low importance.

      • Nerve Growth Factor가 말초신경손상에 의한 신경증에 미치는 효과

        Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a one of a family of neurotrophic factors, which are considered to be essential for neuronal survival and differentiation. Decrease of NGF is thought to be one possible etiology of neuropathy. The use of NGF in the treatment of peripheral neuropathies has also been researched, but has been found to cause many problems including hyperalgesia. The aim of this study is to find out possibility that NGF as a therapeutic agent for neuropathy, and the effect of exogenously administered nerve growth factor on mechanical or thermal hyperalgesia in an experimental neuropathic pain model. In this experiment, 180-200 gm, Sprague-Dawley rats of either sex, were used. As an index of neuropathy, mechanical and thermal responses were measured: the mechanical stimulation was done with 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0 gm von Frey filament, and thermal stimulation was done with 4℃ water. The responses lo mechanical or thermal stimulation were increased within 24 hours after surgery, reached to the peak on the 7th day, and was maintained over 4 weeks. To measure the effect of NGF on peripheral neuropathy, NGF was infiltrated into the transected nerve during surgery, after that NGF(50 ng) was subcutaneously injected on the proximal end of the tail everyday. Mechanical allodynia on peripheral neuropathy was disappeared with NGF application over 4 weeks. Cold or warm hyperalgesia was reversed, or more desensitized by NGF application, especially in the initial 1∼2 weeks. The reversal effect of NGF on mechanical or thermal hyperalgesia also showed in rats treated with NGF for only 1 week. In summary, NGF reduced mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia on tail neuropathic pain model. These results suggest the possibility of NGF application for the treatment of neuropathic pain and possibility of a decrease in NGF as the pathogenesis of neuropathic pain, especially initial pain.

        이미지 생성형 AI에 대한 사용자 수준의 이해와 애니메이션 제작 교육 적용 방안 연구

        챗GPT(ChatGPT)는 서비스 시작 5일 만에 100만 사용자를 모으는 등 빠른성장을 보였다. 가파르게 발전하는 생성형 AI는 검색시장, 교육, 창작 분야에서 큰 변화를 가져올 것으로 예상되며 애니메이션 제작 교육에도 큰 전환점이될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째 움직이지 않는 것을 움직이게 하는 영상 제작 기법이라는 Animation 단어의 의미를 생각할 때 많은 공정이 필요한 애니메이션 제작과정에서 높은 효율성을 보이는 생성형 AI를 적용은 것은 당연하다. 둘째, 미드저니(Midjourney), 달리(Dall-E), 스테이블 디퓨전(Stable Diffusion) 과 같은 이미지 생성형 AI의 기술 발전의 속도가 매우 빠르고 강력하여 누구나 쉽게사용하는 보편적인 저작 도구로 발전할 가능성이 높다. 셋째, 구글, 마이크로소프트는 물론 어도비도 포토샵, 프리미어, 에프터이펙츠와 같은 그래픽 프로그램에 적극적으로 시험 도입하는 등 앞으로 산업계에서도 생성형 AI 사용 여부가중요한 경쟁력이 될 수 있다. 창작행위를 새롭게 정의해야 할 만큼의 큰 파급력을 지닌 이미지 생성형 AI의 등장으로 애니메이션 제작 교육에서도 그 작동 원리를 이해하고 적극적으로 제작과정에 도입할 필요가 있다. 이에 생성형 AI 등장 초기인 지금의 상황을 정리하고 이미지 생성형 AI에 대한 개념과 특성을 비교 분석하여 애니메이션 제작 교육 연구에 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구 과정은 먼저 인공지능과 생성형 AI를 사용자 수준에서 이해할 수 있도록 생성형 AI의 원리를 설명하고 할루시네이션과 알 수 없는 매개변수의 위험성을 거론한 후 생성형 AI에서 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 오리지널의 실종, 창작성과 저작권 문제, 창작자들의 직업의 위기로 정리하였다. 분석을 위한배경지식으로는 먼저 이미지 생성형 AI의 원리를 기본 딥러닝 모델들과 함께설명하고 멀티모달을 사용한 자연어 인터페이스의 중요성을 언급한 후 이미지 생성형 AI를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 현재 교육 환경에서는 먼저 개인별 사용 비용에 대한 문제해결이 선행되어야 하고 서버에 접속하여 사용하는 서비스들과 달리 현재 교육에 사용 중인 프로그램과 친숙하고 호환성도 높은 어도비 파이어플라이(Firefly)를 추천하였다. 다음으로 생성형 AI 활용의 핵심 방법인 프롬프트 교육에서는 상상을 글로 표현할 수 있는 능력과 미술사조, 유명작가의 아트워크 공부, 카메라 렌즈, 조명, 레이아웃 공부가 필요함을 서술하였다. 특히 AI와 협업 과정에서는 생성된 이미지를 선택하는 과정이 중요하므로 이를 “창의 선택”이라 명명하였다. 본 연구에서 소개한 이미지 생성형 AI 에 대한 사용자 수준의 정보들과 프롬프트 작성법에 관한 내용들이 이미지 생성형 AI를 활용한 애니메이션 제작 교육 자료를 준비하는데 참고 자료가 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, considering the meaning of the word Animation, which is a video production technique that makes motionless things move, it is natural to apply generative AI that shows high efficiency in the animation production process that requires many processes. Second, the speed of technological development of image-generating AI such as Midjourney, Dall-E, and Stable Diffusion is very fast and powerful, so it is likely to develop into a universal authoring tool that anyone can use easily. is high Third, whether or not to use generative AI can become an important competitive edge in the industry in the future, as Google, Microsoft, and Adobe are actively testing and introducing graphics programs such as Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects. With the advent of imagegenerating AI, which has a ripple effect enough to redefine the act of creation, it is necessary to understand its operating principle and actively introduce it into the production process even in animation production education. Accordingly, the present situation, which is in the early stages of the emergence of generative AI, is summarized, and the concept and characteristics of image-generating AI are compared and analyzed to help research on animation production education. The research process first explains the principles of generative AI so that users can understand artificial intelligence and generative AI at the user level, discusses the dangers of hallucination and unknown parameters, and then discusses problems that may occur in generative AI at the original level. disappearance, creativity and copyright issues, and creators’ job crisis. As background knowledge for analysis, first, the principle of image-generating AI is explained along with basic deep learning models, and the importance of natural language interface using multimodal is mentioned, and then image-generating AI is analyzed. As a result of the analysis, in the current education environment, problem solving for individual usage costs must be preceded, and Adobe’s Firefly, which is familiar and highly compatible with the program currently being used for education, is recommended, unlike services that are used by accessing a server. . Next, in the prompt education, which is a key method of using generative AI, it was described that it is necessary to study the ability to express imagination in writing, art trends, famous artist’s artwork, camera lens, lighting, and layout. In particular, in the process of collaborating with AI, the process of selecting the created image is important, so it was named “creative selection”. It is hoped that the user-level information on image-generating AI introduced in this study and the contents on how to write prompts will serve as reference materials for preparing animation production training materials using image-generating AI.

      • 마우스 복강 대식세포의 Prostaglandin 합성에 미치는 Bacterial Lipopolysaccharide의 영향

        Production of inflammatory mediators by the host in response to bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS) is generally believed to be responsible for the pathogenesis of septic shock. One of the mediators associated with septic shock sequelae are arachidonic acid metabolites, including prostanoids and leukolrienes. Prostaglandin H synthase (PGHS) is a rate-limiting enzyme in prostanoid synthesis of which there were very recently reported two different isotypes. Their activities and expressions are known to be regulated by different mechanisms. Also, differences in response to stimulators have been shown for the different cell types. Even in the macrophage populations, there have been reported diverse profiles of prostanoid synthesis. These discrepancies might be due to the differences in the underlying regulation mechanisms, but presently, little information is available regarding these. Thus, in order to get insights into these discrepancies, firstly, we compared the characteristics of LPS-induced prostanoid production in alveolar macrophages and mouse peritoneal macrophages and secondly, we examined whether variations of glucose concentration affect LPS-induced prostanoid synthesis and PGHS-2 activity in both cell types. Overall responses to LPS were qualitatively similar between both cell types, and LPS-induced TXB2 production was attenuated in high glucose media.

        전주수목원 생태관광객의 방문동기 유형별 만족도 조사

        The purpose of this research is to suggest appropriate directions for the desirable management of the arboretum service quality through the investigation of the arboretum visitors' satisfaction by the types of visiting motivations in case of Jeonju Arboretum as a ecotourism destination. This research focus on the identification of the determinants of arboretum visitors' satisfaction classified by the types of visiting motivations. The results are summarized as follows. Arboretum visitors were divided into 3 groups by the types of visiting motivations like 'ecological seeker', 'learning-motivated seeker' and 'the seeker of escape from routine'. The difference of the arboretum visitors' satisfaction was confirmed to be significant by 3 groups. The arboretum visitors' satisfaction appeared to be positively correlative with the visitors' overall satisfaction in all factors of satisfaction except the factor 'facilities․environment'. Especially the factor 'observational facilities' and 'education' had much influence on the overall satisfaction but the factor 'facilities․environment' had little effect. The group 'ecological seeker' was investigated to make much account of well-established observational facilities and forest observation trails. The group 'learning-motivated seeker' appeared to prefer to take part in knowledge-based activities like experiential learning programmes of natural ecosystem and educational environmental interpretations. The group 'the seeker of escape from routine' was confirmed to make a considerable point of the staff's kind guide service and facilities․environmental aspects of arboretum. 본 연구는 전주수목원 생태관광객의 방문동기 유형에 따른 각각의 세분집단별로 수목원 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 결정요인을 분석함으로써,바람직한 수목원 서비스품질 개선을 위한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로하였다.분석결과,도출된 방문동기 요인들을 토대로 수목원 관광객을 ‘생태적 추구형’,‘학습지향형’,‘탈일상추구형’의 3개의 세분집단으로 분류하였다.이들 세분집단에 따라 모든 이용만족도 요인들과 종합적 만족도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 검증되었다.또한 ‘시설․환경’요인을 제외한 모든 이용만족도 요인들이 종합적 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다.특히 ‘관찰시설’과 ‘교육’요인의 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타난 반면에,‘시설․환경’요인은 그 영향력이 미미한 것으로 확인되었다.‘생태적 추구형’집단은 관찰용 전망시설과 자연학습 탐방로 등 관찰시설을 중요시하고,자연생태계에 대한 지적인 활동을 추구하는 특성을 나타냈다.‘학습지향형’집단은 자연체험․생태학습이나 교육적으로 유익하고 이해하기 쉬운해설내용 등 지식추구적이고 환경교육적인 측면을 강조하였다.‘탈일상추구형’집단은 직원들의 친절한 안내서비스나 수목원의 시설․환경적인 측면을 중요시하는 경향을 보이는 것으로 확인되었다.

      • 백령도지역의 유네스코(UNESCO) 세계자연유산 등록을 위한 시론적 연구 : 프랑스 코르시카의 지롤라타 곶(岬), 포르토 곶과 스캉돌라 자연보호지역과의 비교분석을 중심으로

        The purpose of this research is to prospect for potential possibilities of the inscription Baengnyeongdo Island which possesses graceful scenery beyond description and the diverse ecosystem of a pure sea into the UNESCO world natural heritage list and to make an overture of politic suggestions for the appropriate direction of conservation and management of regional natural resources. First, Registration organization, nominating process, rules of procedure and criteria for inclusion of properties in the world heritage list, the present status of enrollment and Korean attempted cases to the world heritage are confirmed through conceptional investigation. Second, regional structural characteristics in physical and humanistic environments which contain potential value of world heritage are confirmed through geographical and ecological approach. Third, through comparative analysis with the only French world natural heritage, Cape Girolata, Cape Porto and Scandola Nature Reserve in Corsica which is similar to Baengnyenogdo Island in physical environmental characteristics, future prospects of potential possibilities and politic suggestions for the inscription Baengnyeongdo Island into the UNESCO world natural heritage list are proposed. Geographical situation as an separated island from inland and the back region of transportation infrastructure and the political distinctiveness that has been caused by the worst military confrontation between the South and the North of Korea have become the motive power which has contributed Baengnyeongdo Island to preserve a world-wide rare superb view and the natural ecosystem without damage and destruction so far. Baengnyeongdo Island involves remarkable geomorphological and geological academic values, phenomenal aesthetics and outstandingly universal conservational values about biological multiplicity as a thesaurus of the ecosystem which maintains very favorable habitable conditions the same as Cape Girolata, Cape Porto and Scandola Nature Reserve in Corsica, France. So to speak, there are affluent scenic spots with the combination of various natural resources and examples of the ecosystem in Baengnyeongdo Island such as Dumujin Beach called 'Haegeumgang of the Yellow Sea' or 'Chongseokjeong Peak on Mount Diamond' with vertical cliffs and fantastic looking rocks, Sagot Beach which is famous for natural landing strip and similar to Italy's Naples, Kongdol Beach which is composed of bead-like pebbles, Mulgae Bawi which is authorized a habitat of seals for the first time in Korea and designated as a Natural Monument by Korean government, Peridotite-Basalt Coastal Park. Therefore Baengnyeongdo Island must be obviously considered as the affirmative region for potential possibilities of the inscription into the UNESCO world natural heritage list that Korea doesn't possess up to now. But before the application for enrollment, it is necessary to induce fundamentally regional residents to the voluntary participation and devotion above all as well as to equip powerful legal, administrative and politic systems of the central government and the local government for the conservation and management of natural heritages and the prevention of environmental pollution.
