오늘날 의류 산업의 형태는 노동 집약형 산업에서 정보와 기술 집약형 산업으로 변화되면서 첨단 기술을 이용한 생산체제로 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 어패럴 CAD/CAM 시스템이 대기업은 물론 중소 기업에 이르기까지 다양하게 도입되어 의류제조를 위한 패턴제작, 그레이딩, 마킹(원단 소요량 산출용, 재단용) 및 패턴 재단에 사용되고 있으며, 패턴 제작실과 재단실(마킹 부분)업무에 크게 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 체계적으로 정리, 분석되어 있지 않은 마킹 시스템에 대하여 어패럴 CAD/CAM 시스템을 사용하고 있는 업체를 중심으로 실태조사를 실시하여 마킹 시스템의 이용 실태를 조사하고 마킹 방식에 따른 효율성과 효율상승 방법 및 그 장단점에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다. 조사방법은 어패럴 CAD/CAM을 사용하고 있는 의류업체의 실무 마커사들을 중심으로 연구자가 36업체 [자동화 비율이 높은 남성복 · 여성복을 같이 생산하는 업체(12업체), 남성복생산 업체(12업체), 여성복 생산 업체(12업체)]를 직접 방문해서 설문지 조사와 인터뷰를 실시하여 조사, 연구하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 먼저 국내 의류 업체의 마킹 활용 현황을 고찰한 결과 업체별 마킹 방식의 활용은 컴퓨터 마킹 방식을 이용하는 업체가 24업체(66.7%)였고, 수작업 마킹과 컴퓨터 마킹을 병행하여 사용하고 있는 업체가 12업체(33.3%)였다. 또한 재단 공정에 CAM을 사용하고 있는 업체는 36업체 중 9업체(25.0%)만이 CAM으로 재단하고 있었고 나머지는 수작업으로 재단하고 있었으며 CAM이 있는 업체에서는 CAM으로 재단 공정의 80% 이상을 작업하고 있었다. 2. 마킹 방식에 따른 효율성을 비교하고 원가 절감 방법에 관하여 조사한 결과 수작업 마킹과 컴퓨터 마킹을 작업하는 방법에서 다를 뿐 원단 효율에는 차이가 없었다. 원단 효율의 차이는 제품 종류, 원단 폭, 배열하는 사이즈의 종류 등에서 나타났다. 또한 원가 절감 방법에 대하여 조사한 결과 어패럴 CAD를 사용했을 때, 시간적, 경제적인 면에서 생산 비용이 절감됨을 알 수 있었다. 마킹 방식에 따른 장점과 단점에 대하여 비교 조사한 결과 남성복(싱글자켓, 바지) 2벌을 마킹할 때 마킹시간은 수작업 38분, 컴퓨터 15분이 소요되는 것으로 나타났고 여성복(쟈켓, 스커트) 2벌 마킹시간은 수작업 49분, 컴퓨터 16분 소요되는 것을 알 수 있다. 또한 재단시간은 마킹조건과 동일하게 하고 남성복 수작업 재단시간은 64분, CAM 재단시간은 20분 소요되고, 여성복은 재단시간이 수작업 재단시간은 72분, 컴퓨터 재단시간은 22분 소요되는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 시간상으로는 CAD/CAM이 월등히 효율적임을 알 수 있다. 4. 마커사의 인구 통계학적인 조사 및 교육 방법에 대하여 조사한 결과 마커사들의 경력은 5년 미만의 마커사들이 많았다. 특히 경력이 짧은 마커사들은 대부분이 여성이었으며 마커사들의 연령은 20대 중반으로 대학을 졸업하고 업체에 종사하고 있었다. 본 연구는 마킹에 대한 선행 연구가 거의 없었으므로 구체적이고 체계적인 연구를 위한 기초 조사의 한 부분으로서 제시하고자 하였으며, 특히 본 연구의 결과가 어패럴 제품의 생산 공정 중 마킹 시스템의 효율적 사용과 보다 경쟁력 있는 제품을 생산하는데 도움이 되길 바라는 바이다.

한국성인 남자의 하체 동작범위 연구 : 3D 동작분석 장치를 이용하여

The purpose of this study: 1.The total 24 range measurements of active dynamic motion of 40 subjects(20's and 30's) were measured using 3-D dynamic motion analysis system. 2.Various comparisons were performed for the right and left side, male, age groups(20's, 30's, and 40's ∼60's) using previous studies. The results were compared with the other studies in the aspects of age. In this study, The 3-D motion analysis system consists of VICON 140, data acquisition system, and data analysis program called by KRISSMAS. VICON 140 is dynamic motion analyzer, and KRISSMAS is a program developed for analysis of the data captured from the VICON. The results of this study were as follows: 1.Comparing 20's∼30's and 40's∼60's the result shows that 40's∼60's have smaller ROM at the most joints(Thoratic and Lumber, Hip Joint, Knee Joint, Ankle Joint), which is inconsistent with the previous result. The reason is that most investigations were carried out using traditional measurement equipments, which have encountered difficulty in quantifying the exact motion of the body. 2.There are no significant mean difference between the right and the left side Most of the significances were not high(>0.05).

As for the purposes of the research : First, on the wearers of snowboard wear on the market, I intend to investigate contents related with purchase, price. brand, style, etc., and grasp requirements and complaints. Second, I intend to know the evaluations of users according to itemized questions on the snowboard wear on the market. Third, I like to provide basic materials by investigating itemized requirements for the development of snowboard wear. On the male & female snowboarders on a skiing ground, I carried out a preliminary investigation in December, 2001, and a main investigation from January to February, 2002. The results are as follows. 1. Many of them purchased imported quality goods, and the rate purchase was high between 20~25 year. Loose two-piece suits of different colors were preferred. The most uncomfortable part proved to be a neck part. 2. The degree of general satisfaction with the snowboard wear on the market was 4.60. And in terms of itemized evaluation, dissatisfaction was found in Clothing construction, facility of laundry and handling, price and brand rather than in style, fiber composition and tactile sensation. 3. In the investigation of the requirements in case of snowboard wear development, the most common requirement was the facility of action. I believe this should be met by study on the choice of pertinent margin and the pattern development.
