Objective: For the development of interoperable and sharable knowledge-based clinical decision support systems, it is important to evaluate the appropriateness of knowledge in each phase. In this study, an evaluation of early phase's knowledge model for hypertension management was conducted to develop a more precise and useful knowledge model. Methods: The knowledge model for hypertension management based on JNC7 was modeled using a knowledge representation tool based on SAGE. Two physicians were involved in evaluating the process of the knowledge model. They reviewed 36 scenarios and made recommendations based on the knowledge model. These recommendations were compared with those derived from the model. Results: Eight algorithms and 223 evidence statements were included in the knowledge model. The concordance rate of the recommendations between the physicians and the model for the goal BP were 61% and 93% by the respective physicians. Six scenarios showed low proficiency and efficiency for drug recommendation. Two refinements of the knowledge model were made based on the results. Conclusion: The evaluation process of the knowledge model in the early phase provides more precise and useful knowledge model in the next.
국내 암관련 임상정보활용 현황분석 및 암임상정보시스템 구축관련 요구도 조사

This study evaluated the utilization of clinical information on cancer in order to establish a systematic and efficient Cancer Clinical Information System (CCIS) in Korea. A mail survey was conducted among 141 clinical oncologists from 10 hospitals. The utilization of the information system, their capabilities in managing the information, and their opinions on establishing a nationalized CCIS were analyzed. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistical methods, a Chi-square test, a Kruskal-Wallis test, a t-test and ANOVA. The most popular way to obtain the appropriate clinical information on cancer was through paper charts. All the respondents stated that the cancer clinical information procured from the current information system was insufficient due to the lack of standardized clinical information, the absence of coded data and applicable information, and the inefficiency of the information system. Over 90% of respondents indicated the need to develop a well organized, specifically planned CCIS. Diagnosis, surgery and pathology were three most accessed subjects listed in the CCIS. Side effects and survival rates were excluded in the current CCIS. In conclusion, the existing information system has not been used effectively in extracting the requested information on clinical oncology. In order to develop a database, a higher priority should be placed on standardizing and continuously updating the contents, diversifying the search subjects and improving the security of the database system. The government needs to get involved in planning this CCIS to connect all the health care facilities across the country. Moreover, there must be some administrative support for the construction of a CCIS in order to achieve some technical advancement in hardware and software development and to regulate the clinical information.
문화예술 산업보안을 위한 블록체인 기반 통합경력관리 방안

본 연구는 문화예술 산업기술 및 관련 정보 보호를 위한 산업보안 지원체계에 대해 탐색하였 다. 이에 문화예술산업 증진을 위해 통합경력관리시스템 운영을 제안하고, 이에 대한 산업보안 체계로 의미가 있는 블록체인 기반 기술 적용에 대한 총체적인 지원방안에 대해 고찰하였다. 첫 째, 문화예술산업 비중 증가에 따른 문화예술 산업보안의 체계적인 보호와 관리를 강화해야 한 다. 둘째, 지역 및 국가 문화예술 인적자원 DB 등록과 관리를 위한 통합경력관리시스템을 운영 해야 한다. 셋째, 효율적인 산업보안 관리를 위해서는 신뢰성과 안정성 기반의 블록체인 기술을 적용한 통합경력관리시스템 운영으로 문화예술 인적자원과 인력관리를 해야 한다. 결론적으로 문화예술 산업보안을 위한 블록체인 기술기반의 통합경력관리시스템은 문화예술산업의 고도화 로 국가안보와 국가경쟁력을 강화하며, 나아가 국가발전과 국익 신장에 기여한다. This study explored support measures for industrial protection and industrial security of cultural arts industrial technology and related information. Accordingly, the operation of an integrated career management system was proposed to promote the culture and arts industry, and overall support measures for the application of blockchain-based technology that are meaningful as an industrial security system were considered. First, the systematic management of industrial security should be strengthened due to the increase in the proportion of the culture and arts industry. Second, it is necessary to operate an integrated career management system that enables DB registration and management of regional and national cultural and artistic human resources. Third, for efficient industrial security management, it is necessary to manage cultural and artistic human resources and human resources by applying blockchain technology based on reliability and stability in the integrated career management system. In conclusion, the blockchain-based integrated career system for culture and arts industry security and industry protection contributes to national development and national interest by enhancing the industry of culture and arts and improving national competitiveness.
