Si 및 C이 첨가된 일방향응고된 TiAl-Nb 합금의 파괴인성

The microstructure and mechanical properties of directional solidified Ti-47Al-3Nb, Ti-47Al-3Nb-0.2Si- 0.1C, Ti-47Al-3Nb-0.3Si-0.2C alloys were investigated. It was found that the lamellar thickness of Si and C doped alloys was fine and uniform, and little or no precipitates were found. Room temperature yield stress increased rapidly with increasing Si and C contents due to fine lamellar distribution and solid solution hardening. However, fracture toughness of type I specimens of the alloys decreased slightly with increasing Si and C contents. It was considered that a2 volume fraction decreased with increasing Si and C contents so that the delamination-type separation was decreased which contributes the high resistance of crack propagation for type I specimens. Furthermore, fracture toughness of Ti-47Al-3Nb-0.2Si-0.1C alloy specimens with type I orientation, polycrystalline form, and with type III orientation increased in order of type III, polycrystal and type I. These results are discussed and the ability to obtain a respectable combination of strength and toughness through Si and C addition to a TiAl-Nb alloy produced by directional solidification is demonstrated.
페루 방송통신 규제제도 분석 및 FTA 협상에의 시사점

산업구조의 차이 및 지리적 이유로 인해 상대적으로 교역상대국으로서의 시장가치가 크지 않았던 페루와의 FTA 협상이 진행중이다. 페루는 방송통신 분야에 있어 중남미 국가에 공통되는 유사한 규제제도를 갖고 있다. 통신사업자 인허가 유형, 방송 규제 등은 우리나라의 방송통신 규제시스템과 다른 특성을 갖고 있어, 페루 국내제도에 대한 분석이 협상 대응에 필수적이다. 또한 페루가 양허한 WTO 양허내용 및 페루가 이미 체결한 FTA의 협정문 내용 및 유보 내용을 통해 우리가 페루와의 FTA 협상에 있어 대응해야 할 방향을 가늠해볼 수 있다. 페루는 통신 분야 4가지 서비스 분류 이외에, 이용 특성에 따라 공중 및 사설서비스로 서비스를 분류하는 중남미 방식을 따르고 있고, Concession, authorization, permission, license, registration 등 서비스 유형별, 운용별로 다양한 인허가제도를 시행하고 있다. 방송 분야에서는 외국인 지분제한 및 기타 국내물 편성 의무 등의 규제를 하고 있다. 이 같은 내용은 WTO 기본통신협상 양허, 미국, 중국, 캐나다, 싱가포르 등과의 FTA 협정문, 양허 및 유보에도 반영되어 있다. 상기한 페루의 규제 특성 및 양허, 유보내용을 협상에서 잘 활용할 수 있도록 충분한 검토와 분석이 필요하며, 협상 대응 또한 우리에게 경쟁력있는 방송통신 분야의 의제들이 최대한 반영될 수 있도록 해야 할 것이다.

The nanostructures found in nature sometimes have elaborate, three-dimensional structures that consist of soft and flexible constituents, and which exhibit diverse mechanical and optical functions. Here, we introduce a facile, low-cost and scalable nanofabrication approach based on a hot embossing process that can replicate sub-micron to nanoscale features on elastomeric substrates.We have further developed this technique to achieve polymer/metal heterostructure nanopillar arrays via conformal coating of Au films on polymeric templates. Each nanopillar displays a smooth surface and a constant diameter along the vertical direction. Raman spectroscopy studies revealed that the metallic nanostructures decorated with methylene blue exhibited a dominant Raman peak at 1624 cm-1 that was enhanced more than 3000 times and seven times relative to bare planar Si and Au-coated planar polystyrene substrates, respectively. These results indicate that our nanopillar array can be exploited as a flexible, large area platform for surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy.

We evaluated the insecticidal and acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibition activities of the essential oils and their constituents of 10 Apiaceae on the adult rice weevil, Sitophilus oryzae. Of the 10 species tested, dill (Anethum graveolens), caraway (Carum carvi), and cumin (Cuminum cyminum) essential oils showed strong fumigant toxicity against adult S. oryzae. LC50 values of caraway, dill, and cumin essential oils were 2.45, 3.29, and 4.75 mg/L air, respectively. Among the test compounds, (+)-carvone, (−)-carvone, cuminaldehyde, dihydrocarvone, linalool oxide, carveol, trans-anethole, and neral demonstrated strong fumigant toxicity against adult S. oryzae with LC50 values of 0.61, 0.84, 1.12, 2.92, 3.76, 4.29, 5.02, and 6.60 mg/L air, respectively. α-Pinene showed the strongest AChE inhibition activity followed by β-pinene and limonene. The measured toxicity of the artificial blends of the constituents identified in dill and cumin oils indicated that (+)-carvone and cuminaldehydewere major contributors to the fumigant toxicity of the artificial blend.
Fluoroscopy를 이용한 관절강내 약침의 임상적 고찰

Objective : The aim of this study is to confirm if the intra-articular herbal-acupuncture exactly inserted into the joints by using fluoroscopy. Methods : An Oriental Medicine doctor inserted needle for herbal-acupuncture into intra-articular joint of elbow, wrist, knee and ankle with fluoroscopy or without fluoroscopy. Results : Needle was exactly inserted into elbow, wrist, knee and ankle by using fluorosopy, but it was not exactly inserted into the same point of joints without fluorosopy. Conclusions : Without fluoroscopy, the needle for intra-articular herbal-acupuncture was not exactly inserted into the joints. Further study is needed about intra-articular herbal-acupuncture.
