        자연과학편 : 방향전환 각도에 따른 하지관절 움직임과 모멘트 분석

        스포츠에서는 방향전환 동작은 흔히 발생하며 하지상해에 많은 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구는 방향전환 각도에 따른 하지관절각의 변화와 관절모멘트를 비교하고자 하였다. 본 연구에 참여한 피험자는 남성 7명으로 하였으며 2.5m/s의 속도로 오른쪽발 착지 후 왼쪽으로 0도, 30도, 60도 방향으로 달리도록 하였다. 방향전환 시 발목관절에서는 60도에서 배측굴곡각이 작게 발생하였지만 저측굴곡모멘트는 다소 크게 발생하였다. 엉덩이 관절에서는 굴곡각이 크게 발생하면서 신전모멘트 역시 0도와 30도에 비하여 크게 발생할 것을 알 수 있다. 무릎관절에서는 신전모멘트의 큰 차이를 볼 수 없었다. A direction to propel the Physical Education Advancement Scheme can be found by analyzing the development of other Physical Education Advancement schemes in western cultures from a historical point of view and also by analyzing philosophically the value they place on modem day physical education and sports. In addition, this study includes a blueprint for a '6 Part Movement’ for the future development of they Physical Education Advancement scheme. Firstly, the Physical Education Advancement scheme must take the form of a social movement in pursuit of dynamic nationality cultivation through sports. Secondly, the said advancement scheme must be a social movement that encompasses the pursuit of health and happiness through sports. Thirdly, it must be able to serve as a tool for character edification and moral improvement. Furthermore, the scheme should incorporate a pursuit of healthy and appropriate leisure culture through sports. Also the Physical Education Advancement Scheme must continue and promote traditional physical culture. Finally, the scheme must be a social movement that cultivates and revitalizes social sports societies.

        초등학교 수학에서의 문제해결에 관한 연구 1

        We introduce what is the meaning of problem and problem and problem solving and also different type of problems and problem-solving strategies were discussed in this paper, with suggestions for teaching both Polya's four-step strategy and specific problem solving strategies. Many real and concrete examples of routine and nonroutine problems in elementary school mathematics are introduced. Especially, we have researched on the actual condition how children in elementary school think about multiplication of fraction for the routine problem. As a result, we have noticed that children have diverse thinking in their own way and also concrete expressions are much better effective than algorithm showing in textbook.

        구성주의적 관점에서 관찰한 초등수학의 교수·학습방법에 관한 연구

        The objectives of the current study are, first, to compare and analyze the two different teaching methods of elementary mathematics in the traditional method and in the constructivist's view, and, second, thereby to reveal possible problems of the present teaching practice and to suggest some guidelines to solve those problems. The results of this research are as follows: First, longer time was spent to reach the target point of class because the class was a little bit disturbed and noisy due to a large amount of student activities in the beginning of the class in the constructive view. Second, in the class in the constructive view, the teacher should be able to respond appropriately to the situation where the students were cognitively. And the teacher's sufficient preparation for the class was found essential to have the students reach the target point by themselves through identifying children's minds. Third, the class in the constructivist's view could provide the teaching environment where the teacher could evaluate each student's ability accurately and study progress of the class. And fourth, finally, it was not easy for the teacher to pay attention individually to each student in the current situation of large class. The effort to have more concern for students seems to contribute to opening students' closed minds and to forming positive attitudes toward mathematics.

        관절 질환의 통증과 가동력에 파라핀 치료가 미치는 효과

        This study was conducted in order to determine the effect of Paraffin Therapy on release of pain, skin temperature and range of motion with joint diseases. This study was performed on 42 patients with general joint diseases and 21 patients with degenerative joint diseases. All the subjects were randomly assigned to three groups with 21 each. The experiment had been done from June, 1. 2002 to September, 30. 2002, in two general hospitals and a social welfare center using Digital Thermometer Kane-May KM330 and VAS(visual analogue scale). Each pint was measured in terms of skin temperature, pain scale and ROM(range of motion). The results of the experiment are as follows : 1. In application of three different heat modalities (Paraffin bath, Infra red, Hydro pack) on the Knee, Ankle, Elbow pints of the subjects for 30 minutes, the elevation of skin temperature and the reduction of pain scale were found to be significantly different. When checked right after the 30 minutes' application, the Infra red resulted in a higher degree elevation of skin temperature than two other modalities, while Paraffin bath resulted in the highest degree of the elevation of skin temperature when it was checked one hour after the application was over. It means that Paraffin bath lasted longer than the other two modalities(F=14.691, p<.000). 2. With Paraffin bath application, pint pain was reduced significantly both in 30 minutes and one hour checks(F=20.675, p<.001). 3. In terms of ROM(range of motion) increase, didn't seem to have any significant differences in 30 minutes and one hour. The results suggest that Paraffin therapy be helpful in maximizing th effects on pint diseases. I strongly suggest that further studies be done on other pints and muscle diseases using Paraffin bath in different methods of applying the therapy.
