This article is a study on the correlation of 'Book of Optics' of Ibn al Haytham with Renaissance perspective lines. Perspective lines was originated from shifting a viewpoint of light and space. In this shifting a viewpoint ,the optical theory of Alhazen is tried to be asserted to give a profound impact. In order for light and space to be converted from the supernatural and sacred to the physical and mathematical The realizing process of sight and perception should be physical and mathematical. Alhazen understood the realizing process of sight and perception as the mathematical and physical process. Alhazen demonstrates that perception becomes realized as the outside light comes into the eyes,not something releases from the eyes. In that process,the light and the color were assumed as a physical substance. And that color or movement of the light is disclosed to be geometric. Scholars since Alhazen translated ‘Book of Optics" and used it as a representative optic theory book,and the Renaissance painting theorists knew the optical theory of Alhazen. Since then,the value center looking at the world has been converled from the world-view of Transcendental being’s perspective to look down in to the world-view centering on the geometric order and rationality. light and space away from God's will are converted from “space←signifying" into the "uniform space" world and renaissance perspective lines is born in the process of drawing a uniform space on the screen. In addition,in the method to express the painting as well. Alhazen’s optical theory results in objectification of the light and color as the subject of scientific observation by painters.

방사선사의 조직문화 및 리더십, 조직몰입이 조직만족에 미치는 영향 –부산지역을 중심으로-

The purpose of this study was to survey and analyze the effects of job satisfaction and job stress on organizational commitment among radiological technologist working in primary, secondary and tertiary hospitals in Busan. As a result, the scores of job satisfaction and organizational effectiveness of the tertiary hospital were significantly higher (p<0.05). In the group with no turnover experience, the organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness scores were significantly higher (p<0.05, p<0.01). Job stress was not statistically significant between variables in the analysis of general characteristics. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that the radiological technologist organizational commitment had the highest impact on job satisfaction (β=0.703, p<0.001). Radiological technologist are important in the diagnosis and radiation therapy of diseases in hospital. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it will be helpful to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment of radiological technologist, and to prepare a plan to increase their organizational commitment. 본 연구는 부산시내에 있는 1차, 2차, 3차 병원에 근무하는 방사선사들을 대상으로 조직몰입을 측정하고, 직무만족 및 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 알고자 설문조사를 실시하고 분석하였다. 그 결과 3차 병원의 직무만족과 조직유효성의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 이직경험이 없는 그룹이 조직몰입, 직무만족 및 조직유효성의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05, p<0.01). 직무스트레스는 일반적인 특성에 따른 분석에서 변수 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. 위계적 회귀분석 결과 방사선사의 조직몰입이 직무만족에 가장 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=0.703, p<0.001). 방사선사는 병원 조직 안에서 질병의 진단 및 치료에 있어서 중요한 위치에 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 방사선사의 직무만족 및 직무스트레스와 조직몰입과의 관계를 분석하여 방사선사들의 조직몰입을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

The aim of this study was to determine the degree of the students' satisfaction with the traditional musical pieces in the elementary music textbooks, which had been included in such textbooks in accordance with the 7th revision of the school curriculum, so that the features of traditional music will be understood when needed, particularly when music textbooks are again to be revised.Four public elementary schools were chosen from among those located in Busan Metropolitan City and in the province of Kyongsangnam-do, and a survey was conducted among 254 6th-grade students from the four selected school.Analysis showed that the average score that was obtained by all the musical pieces in the elementary music textbooks in terms of cognitive-emotional capacity was 3.05, while that obtained by the traditional musical pieces was 2.57. This suggests that the students do not sing traditional musical pieces well. As for the results of preference, the average score that was obtained by all the obtained by the traditional musical pieces was 2.16. In term of usability, the average scores that were obtained by both the Western and the traditional musical pieces were low: 2.02 for all the musical pieces and 1.73 for the traditional musical pieces.Based on the aforementioned findings, the following recommendations are made:(1) Effective measures must be sought to motivate the Korean students to sing the traditional musical pieces in the elementary music textbooks not only in class but even outside of it.(2) Efforts should be made to select the proper music for the students considering that they have a wide range of background variables and preferences.(3) The traditional music must be developed and we should include the effort in the music textbooks.Much effort must be exerted to achieve true education of traditional music, study for satisfaction of students, making materials for teaching, training teachers, and popularization of traditional music.

To perform this empirical study, the data for the present study were collected from one firms through questionnaire and all measures were self-administred by respondents. To analyze this data, reliability test and correlation analysis was adopted to analyze the casual relationship between human nature and health promotion behavior. The major findings of this study are as follows; First, the results of correlation analysis reported that subordinate human nature correlated significantly with subordinate health promotion behavior. Second, A multiple regression analysis shows respectively a significant influence on subordinate human nature and subordinate health promotion behavior of adolescents participating in meditation program. 방사선사의 조직문화 및 리더십, 조직몰입이 조직만족에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 부산시내에 있는 병원에 근무하는 방사선사들을 대상으로 조직문화 및 리더십, 조직몰입이 조직만족에 미치는 영향에 대해 알고자 설문조사를 실시하고 분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 3차 대학병원의 조직문화, 조직몰입, 직무만족의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05, p<0.001). 이직경험이 없는 그룹이 조직몰입, 직무만족 및 조직 유효성의 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05). 핵의학과의 직무만족 점수가 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다(p<0.05).위계적 회귀분석 결과 방사선사의 직무만족은 조직몰입이 가장 높은 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=0.564, p<0.001). 방사선사는 질병의 진단에 있어서 병원 조직에서 큰 부분을 차지하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 방사선사의 조직문화, 리더십, 조직몰입과의 관계를 분석하여 방사선사들의 직무만족을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to survey and analyze the effects of organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment on organizational satisfaction among radiological technologist working in hospitals in Busan. As a result, the scores of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction of the tertiary university hospital were significantly higher (p<0.05, p<0.001). In the group with no turnover experience, the organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and organizational effectiveness scores were significantly higher (p<0.05). Job satisfaction scores of the department of nuclear medicine were significantly higher (p<0.05). Hierarchical regression analysis showed that organizational commitment had the highest impact on job satisfaction of radiological technologist (β=0.564, p<0.001). radiological technologist play a large part in hospital tissues in the diagnosis of disease. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is helpful to analyze the relationship between the radiological history, organizational culture, leadership and organizational commitment in order to improve the job satisfaction of radiological technologists.
