Paraquat poisoning에서의 hemoperfusion 치료 경험

Para quat is a widely used herbicide and its in-gestion induces acute renal failure, hepatic dysfunction and progressive respiratory failure with high mortality rate. Charcoal hemoperfusion has been used in the treatment of various poisoning including paraquat since 1948, but it has not been reported yet in Korea. So we report charcoal hemoperfusion in a case of paraquat poisoning with review of literature. The present case was a 14-year-old female who was admitted due to dysphagia and epigastric pain. The above mentioned chief complaints occurred 6 days prior to admission when she ingested paraquat with suicidal attempt. She was treated with 4 times of charcoal hemoperfusion using Gambro Adsorba 150C in addition to conventional treatment and achieved favorable progress in both clinical and laboratory examination. Up to 7 Iilonths after paraquat poisoning she was free of any complication so we presume that she vras completely recovered from the deleterious effect of paraquat. Hemoperfusion is a safe, effective and simple method of treating severe poisoning and it seems to be of particular value in paraquat poisoning because it is endemic in Korea and no specific treatment is available in paraquat poisoning. We suggest that measurement of various serum drug Ievel should be available and further evaluation of hemoperfusion in various disease states are necessary.

In this paper, the instantaneous flux is applied to control the position of the SRG (Switched Reluctance Generator) without position sensor. The position information of the rotor is required in the drive of SRG. These data are generally obtained by a shaft encoder or resolver. In some cases, the EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference), vibration, thermal, and humidity environments may cause the difficulties in maintaining the satisfactory performance for the position detection. Therefore, the elimination of the position and speed sensor is needed. In this paper, a new method for the position estimation of the SRG is proposed. The estimation of the flux is calculated by using the measured voltage and current. The rotor position gets from the flux profile. The output voltage is also controlled constantly by PID control algorithm. These methods are verified by computer simulations and experiments using DSP. Experimental results certificate that the proposed method is able to control the SRG stable, and keep the output voltage constant in spite of changing of the load. 본 논문은 SRG(Switched Reluctance Generator)의 제어를 위하여 순시자속을 이용하여 위치를 추정하고, 추정한 위치에 근거하여 출력전압을 제어하는 방법이 제안되었다. SRG를 제어하기 위해서는 정확한 회전자의 위치정보가 필수적이다. 이러한 위치정보는 일반적으로 엔코더나 레졸버와 같은 정밀한 위치센서로부터 얻어진다. 그러나, 전자기적 간섭(Electromagnetic Interference), 진동, 열, 습도 등의 열악한 환경으로 인하여 정확한 위치를 검출하는데 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 위치·속도센서 없는 SRG의 제어기가 요구되어 진다. 본 논문에서는 SRG를 위한 새로운 위치·속도의 실시간 추정방법이 제안되었다. 순시자속은 측정한 전압과 전류에 의해 계산한 것과 위치와 자속 프로파일로부터 회전자의 위치를 추정하였다. 출력전압은 PID 제어 알고리즘에 의해 일정 제어되었다. 제안된 방법은 시뮬레이션을 통하여 확인하였고, DSP를 적용하여 구현하였다. 실험을 통하여 제안된 방법은 부하가 변동하더라도 일정하게 출력전압을 유지하고, SRG 제어가 안정됨을 확인하였다.
