      • 참외의 促成裁培에 있어서 畸形果防止에 關한 硏究

        참외의 促成栽培에 있어서 畸形果를 防止하여 正形果를 增大키 위하여 Hormone劑 處理와 人工授粉을 하여 試驗한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 人工授粉 處理區, GA 50ppm 撒布處理와 人工授粉을 倂用한 區, Tomatoton 50X撒布處理와 人工授粉을 倂用한 區, BA 10ppm 撒布處理와 人工授粉을 倂用한 區, 2.4-D 5ppm撒布處理와 人工授粉을 倂用한 試驗區, 모두가 無處理區에 比하여 正形果를 增大시키므로서 畸形果]를 防止하는데 效果가 있었다. 2. 2.4-D 5ppm 撒布處理와 人工授粉을 倂用한 試驗區가 96.5%(表1,2,3 平均)로 無處理區(標準區) 63.1%에 比하여 33.4%의 正刑果를 增大시키므로써 畸形果를 防止하는데 더욱 더 顯著한 效果가 있었다. This study was resulted test of hormone treatment and artificial pollination in order to increase of normal fruit, with the prevention of deformity fruit in the promoted cultivation of Oriental Melon The results were summarized as follows: 1. As compared with control group, artificial polliation treatment group, GA 50 ppm sprinkling treatment and used jointly of artificial pollination group, used jointly of Tomatoton 50X sprinkling treatment and artificial pollination group, used jointly of BA 10 ppm sprinkling treatment and artificial pollination group and used jointly of 2,4-D 5 ppm sprinkling treatment and artificial pollination group were throughly effected as compared with control group to increase normal fruit and for prevent deformity fruit. 2. As compared with 63.1% control group, 96.5%(Table 1,2,3 mean) used jointly of 2,4-D t ppm sprinkling treatment and artificial pollination treatment group were remarked result for prevented deformity fruit more and more to increase normal fruit of 33.4%.

        Melt spinning 법으로 제조된 Ti-Ni-Cu 합금리본의 상변태거동 및 형상기억특성

        Phase transformation behavior and shape memory characteristics of Ti-Ni-Cu alloy ribbons fabricated by melt spinning have been investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy and thermal cycling tests under constant load. With increasing linear velocity and decreasing ejection pressure, transformation start temperatures of ribbons decreased and stability of the B19 martensite was lowered, comparing to those of alloys fabricated by conventional casting since the cooling rate increased. Only after heat treating ribbons at temperatures higher than 873 K where recrystallization occurred, the B19 martensite was observed in Ti-40Ni-10Cu alloy ribbons. Transformation elongation and hysteresis associated with the B2-B19 transformation in Ti-Ni-Cu alloy ribbons decreased with increasing Cu-content, which was attributed to the decrease in lattice deformations. Transformation elongations of ribbons were larger than those of alloys made by casting, which was closely related to a texture developed in ribbons.

        The aim of this study was to measure plasma Creatinine and Glucose immediately after 30s of maximal anaerobic exercise and during 20min recovery period. Six healthy male physcial education and five soccer player volunteered to participate in the study. All subjects were informed of the exact details of the Wingate Anaerobic Test procedures. The anaerobic power tests were performed on a modified Monark bicycle ergometer. Currently, the Wingate test which utilizes a force setting relative to the individual subject's anthropometric dimension (loae=0.05kp/kg), is likely the most widly used test of anaerobic capacity. In conclusion, 1. Blood glucose was unaffected by the warm-up period, rose after the Anaerobic Wingate Test, reaching a peak level 20min, and untrained group was higher 27.1% than trained group to after 20min recovery. 2. Plasma creatinine levels rose repidly with the anaerobic Wingate Test maximal values being recorded immediately after the exercise or following 5min recovery. Untrained group was higher than trained group to after exercise recovery. 3. Anaerobic power of trained group was 606.60±10watts, and untrained group was 493.50±29.26watts. 4. The correlation coefficients for between Creatinine and Glucose was r=0.588 one, linear regression equation was y=40.8116(Cr)+40.4416(p<0.05). The blood is the vehicle for metabolic communication between the organs of the body. The glucose is phosphorylated and degraded by the glycolytic sequence to pyruvate, which is then oxidized via acetyl-CoA by the citric acid cycle. Creatinine is made from three amino acids, glycine, arginine, and methionine. In maximal anaerobic exercise, the demand for ATP for contraction is so great that the blood flew cannot provide oxygen and fuels fast enough. Anaerobic glycolysis thus provides extra ATP energy, supplementing the basal ATP production resulting from the aerobic oxidation of other fuels via the citric acid cycle. Anaerobic exercise occure when the Creatinephosphate store is depleted in the working muscle, blood lactiv acid, glucose and creatinine is increased. Anaerobic energy utilization occurs when the energy demand is high(ATP, CP, Vo2, GL, Cr), and durig recovery some of the lactate formed and rebuilt to form blood glucose, which retrrns to the muscles to replenish their glycogen stores.

      • 觀光호텔 食飮科 서어비스改善을 爲한 考察 : 食飮科部門 從事員의 人的 資源管理를 中心으로

        Through most of the first half of the 20th century, food & beverages occupied a minor position of importance in the minds of many hotel operators. But, since the 1950s, this concept radically changed because the profit squeeze was on, and management undertook a serious revaluation of the entire operation. So, a great deal of time, thought, and effort are being expanded on for improving the productivity factor. Perhaps the greatest potential is within the Employees themselves. To achieve this potential, the Employees must be motivated by the principles of personnel management. But, hospitality Business has not yet fully employed the principles of personnel management, personnel administration unlike other management principles, remains unaccredited. Over the years the hotel industry has had difficulty in atrracting people in sufficient numbers. According to inquiries of KTA in 1981 and inquires of personnel management objected to 364 persons engaging hotel F/B dept., the number of employee works for F/B Dept. was in short, and labor turnover was very serious. Beside it, Employees were depressed in their morale. From these results, it can be known that their will to work may not be high and their service could not positive." These facts maybe somewhat misleading. Personnel direction is a vital function of management and the function must be performed to some degree or management could not exist. It is conservatively estimated that every time a worker must be replaced the Hotel loses a minimum of $100 in direct and indirect costs. Labor turnover and absenteeism are associated with morale and human relations. They are also directly related to personnel administration. At the time when we faced with two big Olympic of 1986 Asian Game and 1988 Seoul Olympic, the present concept of service need to be changed from negative to positive one. Needless to say, the more existence of the service is not enough, it must be promoted, and promotion should be one of the responsibility of the F/B dept. In reality internal selling has the most ideal sales set up any of the areas. In internal selling every quest-contact employee is a potential sales person and is in the most favorable position to perform the sales function. In oneday, such employees talk to a hundred times as many guests as the manager does in one month. Realizing this, hotel-especially F/B Dept. should perform personnel management centered on employee selling. Service including this concept is called positive service in this thesis. The following are suggested to improve service to poistive one. First, Job-study to clarified and to perform effective selection of employee. Second, management of recruitment, selection and placement to gain best qualified employees at proper Jobs. Third, Effective performing of service marketing and organizational training. Fourth Reasonable system of service charge or tips for motivation and Attracting People.

      • NACK 폭주 억제를 이용한 SRM 성능 개선

        In this paper, we deal with the Negative Acknowledgement(NACK)-Implosion problem that arises in the multicasting environment, and present a scheme to cope with this problem, the modified version of the Scalable Reliable Multicast(SRM) protocol, called SRM-K. This motivates this work in which the NACK message are generated depending on the congestion level inside the network. The occurrence of congestion is determined by estimating the round trip time (RTT) for each message. As an indication of the congestion level, we introduce a counter in each node, whose value K in dynamically adapted to the change of the network situation, namely increases when the congestion builds up and decreases otherwise. The proposed SRM-K scheme is evaluated by performing the simulation, showing that it outperforms the SRM, in particular, in the scenario when the network situation dynamically varies.
