소위 '무한경쟁'과 '경영혁명' 이라는 시대조류에 따라 모든 기업들이 너나 할 것 없이 조직혁신의 대열에 합류하면서 '人事破壞', '新人事制度', '學習組織' 등 다양한 개념과 제도가 기업현장에 등장하고 있다. 이와 더불어 '構成員의 欲求'와 '組織의 生存論理' 사이에 형성되어 있던 힘의 균형이 점차 조직의 생존논리 쪽으로 기울어 지면서, 그간 기업의 발전을 위해 진력해 왔던 중간관리자들이 심리적 압박감과 함께 점차 여과되어지는 추세에 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 현상에 주목하면서 'K'은행의 관리자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 토대로 바람직한 중고령자 대책의 방향을 살펴보려는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

This article handles some problems that Korean public companies have in context of the manpower structure. It is well known that public companies have some characteristics as the public entity, therefore have much difficulties in adapting to their environmental changes. In manpower structure, they also show some problems such as ① the manpower structure that makes the organizational integration difficult, ② the obsolescence of manpower, ③ the limit in an efficient manpower planning, ④ the lack of the mechanism for manpower flow-out.

This tretise deals with the relationship of (social) psychological variables of Open University Students. The variables such as value, motivation factor (satisfier, dissatisfier, social needs, self-esteem needs, locus of control) were selected as psychological variables. And alienation and group cohesiveness were selected as social-psychological variable. With these variables, demographic variables such as department, class, age, sex, and grade were selected. To see the relationship among these variables, the questionaires received were processed by SPSS such as ANOVA, T-test, Factor Analysis and Breakdown.

In the 21st century, the traffic culture is changing rapidly with the advent of high-speed train and it is called as the traffic revolution age. The policy management for inducing the creativity becomes important for research institutes since the research institutes play an important role in the lead and distribution of new technologies. Therefore, the approach strategy of this investigation is based on the viewpoint of the organizational culture for better performance of research and development through stimulating inducements of creativity and active action of members. A questionnaire survey was performed on five research institutes including a professional railway research institute (PRRI) and four industrial research institutes for the current research, and a development plan for organizational culture of a PRRI has been presented based on the comparison study between two different types of research institutes.
