        사회 변화과정에서 디자인 변수로 작용하였던 맥락(Context)적 요인들에 대한 고찰

        The diversity context variables with the spirit of the times effect on the formation progress of new types design creation and industrial design realization. Especially, the matters such as context of culture, technology, international politics, and economics are reflected in design and take role of deciding new types of design. It would be not easy to predict of participating contexts in design which effects on design as important variable with unexpected showing up. This article is designed to explore the primary factors of context as design variables and to analyze the effecting methods of this context on social alteration progress. This research will provide information for the development of new designs and the theoretical backgrounds necessary for the understanding of the new design trends. Main scopes of this article are formed with concept of variable contexts as primary factors of design, qualification of the peculiar character of context as design variables, and analyses of social demanding and tendency focused on after 1950s. The contents and conclusion of this research are as follows. American life style and Italian sentiments deeply effect on design in 1950s, and political context such as USA intervening in Vietnam War appeared on design as one of primary factors in 1960s. These kind of phenomenons offered the changing opportunity from uniformed-culture by functionalism to individual-culture. Oil shock and environmental concerns appeared on design contexts, and as a result of those things gave impact on Italian design in 1970s. Post-modernism and digital powerfully appeared on design context in 1980s and 1990s. As result of all those appearing variable contexts phenomenons make to change the direction of design. 2007, at this point in time, high price of crude oil and serious restrictions about global environment appear on context as one of new primary factors. After all, powerful context at this time would effect on design like when the contexts influenced on design in the past. Therefore, we should admit present situations as one of the primary factors of context, and we should recognize it is time to prepare design alteration following to the phases of the time.

        장례문화 개선을 위한 장례제단 화예디자인의 선호도 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 장례문화 개선을 위하여 장례 화예디자인의 일반적인 의식을 분석하고, 장례제단 화예디자인의 유형별 선호도와 영향요인을 분석하는 것이다. 문헌고찰과 설문조사는 장례 화예디자인의 의식과 장례제단 화예디자인의 선호도를 조사하기 위하여 사용되었고, 그 데이터는 기술통계분석, T-test, 다중선형회귀분석과 같은 통계방법에 의해 분석되었다. 장례제단 화예디자인의 유형별 선호도에서 1단디자인의 선호도가 가장 높았다. 항목별 선호도에서 하트디자인이 형태, 색채, 소재 3개 항목에서 선호도가 가장높았으며, 3단 디자인이 한국미의 표현정도에서 선호도가 가장 높았다. 종합선호도를 종속변수로 하고 형태, 색채, 소재, 한국미의 표현정도를 독립변수로 하는 다중회귀분석에서 모형의 적합성은 F값이 162.107(p<0.001)으로 유의성이 매우 높고, 결정계수 R2값이 0.825로 전체변량의 82.5%의 높은 설명력을 가지고 있었다. 장례제단 화예디자인의 종합선호도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변수는 한국미의 표현정도, 형태, 색채였고, 소재는 유의성이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 장례제단 화예디자인의 실태를 파악하고, 장례에 대한 현대인의 의식을 분석하며, 유형별 선호도와선호요인의 관계성을 파악하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 그러나 본 연구는 사례연구 대상지를 서울특별시로 한정하였다는 한계점이 있으므로, 추후 더 다양하고 폭넓은 사례지역으로 확대하여 비교대상을 늘려야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to survey the general consciousness of the funeral alter floral design, and to analyze the preference on type of the funeral alter floral design and influence factors for improving funeral culture. Consequently, it could suggest the primary data for the developmental direction of the funeral floral design. A literature review and a survey research were used to survey consciousness of the funeral floral design and the preference of the funeral alter floral design, and the data were analyzed by the statistic method such as descriptive analysis, T-test, multiple linear regression analysis. The 1-step design is the most preferred on the overall preference, and the heart design is the most preferred on 3 items such as forms, colors, materials, and the 3-step design is the most preferred on 1 item such as Korean-beauty. Influence factors on the multiple linear regression analysis were contracted : Korean beauty, form, color, and a non-influence factor was contracted : material. F loading of this model was 162.107 (p<0.001), and R2 loading of the model was 0.825, which was quite high on this multiple regression analysis : the dependent variable was the overall preference and the independent variable was forms, colors, materials and Korean-beauty. The significance of this study was to identify the status of the funeral altar floral design , to analyze the consciousness of modern people about the funeral, and to identify the relationship between preference and preference factors. But the limitations of this study was limited to the site in Seoul. So it is recommended to expand the site.

        Coolant Heater의 기밀성 품질 향상을 위한 Leak Test Machine 구조 개선

        Electric Vehicle industry requires high technologies to stabilize apparatuses for the Coolant heater manufacturing. Vibrations of Leak Machine are one of the most critical factors for causing delivered of the defective product or poor inspection, which are the main reasons of the defects. In this study, the structure of the Leak Machine was analyzed through the experiment and the computer simulation to investigate the main reasons of the vibrations, and further to alter the design for the improved stability. And that design alterations were applied to the machine to identify the effects of those alterations. The result of the study shows that design alterations of the Leak Machine can effectively suppress about 97.8% of the vibrations, and further can improving the Inspection precision of the Coolant heater.

        가공정도 향상을 위한 Pipe Cutting Machine의 설계 개선

        The modern industry requires the precision machining as well as the high productivity. The machine tool structure should be evaluated in aspects such as durability, static stability, precision rate and the dynamic stability which is one of the most critical characteristics in determining the magnitude of vibrations. In this study, the dynamic properties of a pipe cutting machine were investigated to analyze the structural vibrations of the machine, and further to improve the structural stability and precision machining. Frequency response test and computer simulation have been utilized for the analysis and the design alterations. And the result shows that proposed design alterations can reduce the vibrations of the machine substantially.

        세척 공정 품질 향상을 위한 장비 구조 개선

        Automotive industry requires high technologies to stabilize apparatuses for the EGR valve manufacturing. Vibrations of washing machine are one of the most critical factors for causing unwashed products, which are the main reasons of the defects.In this study, the structure of the washing machine was analyzed through the experiment and the computer simulation to investigate the main reasons of the vibrations, and further to alter the design for the improved stability.And the design alterations were applied to the machine to identify the effects of those alterations.The result of the study shows that design alterations of the washing machine can effectively suppress about 85% of the vibrations, and further can minimize the unwashed EGR valve.

        단선억제 및 가공정도 향상을 위한 Draw Tower의 구조 안정화 설계

        Wire breakage in drawing, which is the most critical process in glass fiber manufacturing, is caused by numerous factors such as height, drawing speed, and air flow. The vibrations of the draw tower, however, is the most dominant factor to create the wire breakage. In this study, the structure of a draw tower has been analyzed through experiments and computer simulations to figure out the main reasons of the vibrations. And the design alterations were applied to the machine to identify the effects of those alterations. The result shows that design alterations of the draw tower structure can suppress the 87% of the vibrations, and further can prevent the wire breakage.

        Modern industry requires both precision machining and high productivity. A machine tool structure should be evaluated in terms of durability, static stability, precision rate, and dynamic stability, which are some of the most critical characteristics in determining the magnitude of vibrations. In this study, the dynamic properties of a pipe chamfering machine were investigated to analyze the structural vibrations of the machine and improve its structural stability and precision machining capabilities. A frequency response test and computer simulation were conducted for the analysis and design alterations. The results show that the proposed design alterations considerably reduced the vibrations of the machine.

        지체장애인의 주거환경 개선을 위한 유니버설 디자인에 관한 연구 -휠체어 사용자를 중심으로-

        우리나라 지체장애인 주거환경 개선을 위하여 지체장애인의 정의와 휠체어 사용자의 동작 특성에 대해 알아본 결과, 단위 동작 공간에서 최소한의 범위를 확보하지 못할 경우 공간 사용을 못하게 되거나 상당한 불편함을 가지게 된다. 특히 화장실과 부엌의 동작 공간 확보는 장애인 본인의 신변 처리기능과 깊은 관계가 있으므로 공간의 확보가 필요하다. 또한 지체장애인의 생활영역은 단위생활공간으로 한정되는 경향이 있어 동작공간에 대한 분석을 통하여 유효동작 면적을 결정하고 조절할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 지체장애인의 주거환경 개선에 관한 선행논문을 바탕으로 연구하였다. 그 결과 주거환경의 개선사항을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 후천적 원인에 의해 장애를 갖게 된 지체장애인(휠체어 사용자)들을 위한 올바른 주거환경 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. This study`s purpose of the present status of Korean handicapped and the previous trend. The handicapped have the least range of the motion in the space and have feelings the discomfortable. Specially, handicapped need space of the bath room and kitchen, there are relationship self-care. Therefor, when the residential alterations, consideration about universal design. Also decision about the real movement space and method of the control the motion space. In conclusion, this study is intended to suggest the design guidelines for residential alterations improvements on the handicapped(wheelchair users) housing.

        As one designs a building, one should have to consider its characters and functions according to its own use. Recentlty many professional buildings used to be designed by specialized design firms with their own experience and specialty to vitalize the functions of the buildings. Especially the design of the hospital is really needed nlore concern from the beginning of design ordering because it is pursuing the most specialty in architectural designs and therefore it can not be managed with general architects. The purpose of this study is to present the references for resonable promotions of hospital design In the future luith the analysis of the suitability in hospital design ordering and the process after design competition in Korea.

        가공정도 향상을 위한 Glass Cutting Machine의 설계 개선

        Touch panels are widely used in the modern display industry as the cover glass of smart mobile phones and tablet PCs. Glass cutting machines are commonly used to cut the panels into their proper sizes. Vibration of these glass cutting machines is assumed to be the main factor leading to the creation of burrs, notches, cracks, scratches and chips on the cut surfaces, eventually causing defects of the cover glass. In this study, the vibrations of a glass cutting machine used for the shearing of cover glass components were analyzed through an experiment and a computer simulation. The structural properties leading to vibration were also analyzed in an effort to determine design alterations which can suppress these vibrations. Moreover, each design alteration was applied to a computer simulation model to determine the effect of different alteration on suppressing vibration. The results show that simple design alterations can substantially suppress vibrations of glass cutting machines
