        Categorical organization during retrieval for age, category typicality and retrieval condition. The purpose of present research was to study developmental trens in category organization strategy during retrieval and the relationship between category organization, metamemory and recall. The subjects were 160 children, 80 children at each grade, second grade and fourth grade. All subjects were received memory task and metamemory task. The selection of memory task permitted a seperation of age difference in category knowledge. And two recall lists with either high or low within-category interitem typicality were generated. Metamemory was assessed by two display cards, showing nine black and white line drawing of items belonging to three distinct categories. The two tasks were administered to children individually with the memory task followed by the metamemory task. The data was analysed with three-way ANOVA, t-test, Chi-square and Pearsons correlation coefficient. The results can be summerized as followes: 1. A teach age, children showed higher leval of recall, clustering for category typical than atypical task. 2. Fourth grader's recall was superior to second grader's recall in the free recall condition, and inferior to second grader's recall in the serial recall condition. 3. Children's clustering and metamemory increased with age. 4. Fourth grade showed higher level of clustering only for free recall condition and second grade only for serial recall condition. 5. More fourth graders than second graders were classified as categorical organizers in free recall condition. 6. At each age, correlation among categorical organization and recall showed that recall was closely reiated categorical organization only for typical task in free recall condition. And at fourth grade, correlation among categorical organization and metamemory showed that categorical organization was closely related to metamemory only for typical task in free recall condition.

      • 일회용 기저귀 착용시 유아의 생리적 반응에 미치는 영향

        This study is an attempt to analyze the effects of disposable diapers on physiological reactions to nurslings. For the purpose of the study, first of all, 120 questionnaire were distribute to housewives living in Pusan. And then, the experiment has been done with the diapers of four differents materials (Huggies, Cutty, Pempers and Cotton diaper) during the period of July 11 to 16, 1993, in Pusan, Korea. The subjects included nursling is good physiological condition of similar age and physical condition. The experiments has been done with drawing the skin temperature and the climate under the diapers(temperature and humidity). The Conclusion is as follows: 1. The actual situations of diaper consumption Cotton diapers were mainly used togather with disposable diapers. The reason of use in disposable diapers was convenience. According to the questionnaires 76 answer have experienced adverse reactions. Among them are eczema, skin eruption and allergy. 2. The results of the experiment 1) The climate under the diapers show significant differences with different kinds of diapers and in time lapses(P<.001). In terms of temperature under the diapers, CT revealed the highest point and CD, HG and PP in decreasing order. In terms of humidity under diapers, CT, PP, CD and HG in decreasing order. 2) The skin temperature shows significant differences with different kinds of diapers(P<.01). The distribution of the skin temperature was PP, CT, CD and HG in decreasing order.

      • 부산지방의 식생활 태도 조사 : 농협개설 주부대학 주부를 중심으로

        This study were to investigate on dietary habit of the wives university student(Nonghup) in Pusan. The survey was conducted from July 22 to August 18 in 1994. The results are summarized as followed : 1) The staple food depends on chiefly by 64.5% of the boiled rice and depends on secondly by 47% of bioled rice and cereals for their diet. In this reaearch found that breakfast, lunch, dinner particulary in choosing what they eat that depends on by 81.5% of the boiled rice for three times a day. 2) The most wives eating out was by 50.2% of 1∼2 times a month and main food depends on Korea food by 63.8% and foreign food by 19.2%. 3) The wives of the survey used to Kimchi by 67.1% that they takes Kimchi three times a day. The survey wives group takes not Kimchi by 12.6% in total wives group. 4) The research of the processed foodstuffs findings "frequently used" 13.1%, "not used 21.4% in a survey group. In conclusion, dietary habit correlated much to each state of health so all wives take into account of the meal program, choosing of the processed foodstuffs.

      • 주부의 시간갈등 수준과 시간관리 행동 및 가정생활 만족도와의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among level of time conflict, time management behavior, and family life satisfaction. The sample of this study were 442 homemaker and 468 employed homemaker in Pusan area. The collected data were statistically analized by using SPSS Program. The major finding of this study can be summerized as follows. 1. The Level of time conflict perceived by the homemaker's is relatively low(1.55), and the employed homemaker's is relatively high(3.18). Regarding the relative factors of level of time conflict, meaningful difference was revealed. The relative factors of the homemaker's level of time conflict were housewife's and husband's education, average monthly income, home-helper, and husband's occupation. The employed homemaker's were housewife's age, education, average monthly income, job condition. 2. The order of home management behavior pattern of homemaker is like as follows-planning, assessment, mediation. That of employed homemaker is, planning, organization, eveluating, controlling. The factors of the home management behavior perceived by the homemaker's are housewife's age, education, husband's education, average monthly income, the youngest child's age, and home-helper, and by the employed homemaker's are her age, the youngest child's age, housewife's and husband's education, housekeeping helper, time adaptability, housewife's occupation, employment motive. These show us meaningful difference. 3. The factors of the homemaker's family life satisfation also reveal meaningful different. In homemaker's case, those are housewife's and husband's education, average monthly income, and husband's occupation, housekeeping helper. In employed homemaker's case, however, those are housewife's age, husband's job, housewife's and husband's education, average monthly income, home-helper, job satisfaction, employment motive. 4. Time management behavior tends to be high as level of time conflict rises. And the family life satisfation tends to be high as level of time conflict and the time management behavior increase. In housemaker's case, family life satisfation tends to be high as level of time conflict comes down and as average monthly income, husband's education, planning, assessment, and organization grow high. In employed housemaker's case, it tends to be high as the level of time conflict comes down and as job satisfaction, planning, organization, average monthly income, evaluating, controlling grow high.

      • 경남지방의 향토요리에 관한 연구 : 김치류를 중심으로

        Currently, the originality of traditional Kimchi in Kyoung-nam province is changing by the inflex of processed and food industrial development. Especially, such factors as the infulence of alien cooked, the development of transportation, the movement of population have made it hard to preserve the traditional food preperations. The purpose of this study was to seek out the various kinds or Kyount-Nam province Kimchi preperation. To do this, about 93 kinds of Kimchi recipe were reviewed and charactered into several categories. The finding of the study are as follows 1) Kimchi were made by fish(Hairatail, prawn, octopus common yellow corvenia) or Hairtail salted and fermented, Achovy Salted and fermented. 2) These Kimchi taste were in general to make much red pepper and much salt. 3) This area is made by most redpepper and garic and gingerol but maked use not of Cutting radish and Green onion. 4) Kimchi make use of various spices and these Kimchi were always harmonizded with glutinous rice gruel or rice gruel.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between exterior enviornmental evaluation and residential satisfaction through the feelings of super-high-rise apartment dwellers. According to significant result of this study, it showes positive correlation among exterial enviornmental evaluation, residential satisfaction and settlement-consciousness. In order that may offer the settlement-enviornment satisfying dwellers' need within new housing style for super-high-rise apartment, it needs to consider on good quality of residential environment primarily. So it must be formed positive characterristics of environment and be strengthened essentiality of human living in innercity dwelling.

      • 주부의 관리만족도에 대한 가사노동 시간관리전략 및 여가활동유형의 영향력

        The purpose of this study were to investigate the independant influence of variables related to the managerial satisfaction, and casual relation between variables. For this purposes, the data were collected through the questionnaire whose respondent were 465 housewives. The major results of this study were as follows; 1. The variables influenced independently to the managerial satisfaction were wife's age, income, the yougest child's age, time management strategies in household labor, self-developing activity, family oriented activity, sociable activity. 2. Among all variables affecting the managerial satisfaction, wife's age, income, the youngest child's age, time management strategies in household labor, self-developing activity, family oriented activity, sociable activity had direct effect. And educational level and employment status had indirect effect.

      • 근채류와 엽채소류의 종류별 식이섬유함량비교

        This study was conducted to determined three kinds of analytical methods for the quantitative structural carbohydrate(dietary fiber, DF; neutral detergent fiber, NDF; crude fiber, CF) of two group of vegetable foods(five kinds of root vegetable, four kinds of leaf vegetable). In root vegetables, DF, NDF and CF were 34.01%, 16.06% and 6.95%, respectively. In leaf vegetables, DF, NDF and CF were 46.10%, 23.96% and 9.27%, respectively. The correlationship of root vegetable were Y=2.44+0.73X. r=0.48(P<0.01) between DF and NDF, and Y=23.96+1.55X, r=0.59(P<0.01) between DF and CF. The correlationship of leaf vegetables Were Y=2.45+0.46X, r=0.61(P<0.01) between DF and NDF, and Y=4.26+0.11X, r=0.55(P>0.05) between DF and CF, respectively. DF/CF ratio of 7.36 in root vegetable, DF/CF ratio of 5.15 in leaf vegetables were calculated, respectively.
