보조공학기기에 대한 일반인 인식도 조사

목적 : 본 연구는 보조공학기기에 대한 일반인의 인식도를 조사하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법 : 2010년 8월 29일부터 31일까지 센덱스(시니어 및 장애인 엑스포) 박람회에 참석한 일반인에게 보조공학기기에 대한 인식을 물어보는 설문을 실시하여, 총 174개의 자료를 분석하였다. 결과 : 박람회 및 설문지가 보조공학기기를 이해하도록 하는데 도움이 되었는지 확인한 결과, 대상자의 85.0%가 도움이 되었다고 하였다. 보조공학기기가 장애인에게 필요하다고 생각하는지 조사한 결과 응답자의 98.8%가 필요하다고 하였다. 정부에서 지급하는 보조공학기기를 알고 있는지 조사한 결과, 대상자의 45.7%만이 알고 있다고 대답하여 정부 지원 사업에 대한 홍보가 부족하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 결론 : 앞으로의 연구에서는 전국의 일반인을 대상으로 보조공학기기에 대한 인식 및 필요성에 대한 연구를 진행할 필요가 있겠다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to survey on the perception of ordinary people toward assistive technology device. Methods : A survey period was from 29 to 31, August, 2010. The survey was conducted on 174 ordinary people who attended SENDEX EXPO. Results : 85 percent of respondents replied that they were able to understand the assistive technology device due to expo and survey. 98.8 percent of respondents answered that assistive technology devices for people with disabilities is required. Due to lack of promotion on government support project, only 45.7 percent of respondents knew assistive technology device paid by government. Conclusion : Results demonstrate that it needs to be study nationally on perception about necessity and understanding of ordinary people toward assistive technology device.

뇌성마비 아동 및 청소년을 대상으로 보조공학을 활용한 글씨쓰기 중재에 관한 체계적 고찰

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 뇌성마비 아동 및 청소년에게 보조공학을 사용한 글씨쓰기에 관한 연구를 분석하여 글씨쓰기 연구에서 활용되고 있는 보조공학과 중재 프로그램의 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2011년부터 1월부터 2023년 7월까지 DBpia, Kiss, earticle, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, PubMed, 구글스칼라를 이용하여 뇌성마비 아동 및 청소년에게 보조공학을 사용한 글씨쓰기 중재에 대한 논문을 검색하였으며, 1차 검색된 2,886편의 논문 중 선정기준 및 배제기준에 따라 6편의 논문을 최종 선택하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 선정된 6편의 논문 중 무작위 대조군 연구 1편, 비무작위 비교연구 2편으로 근거수준 1-2단계에 해당하는 연구가 3편이었다. 글씨쓰기 연구에 사용된 보조공학의 종류는 컴퓨터 접근장치가 4편(키보드 변형 3편, 스위치와 포인팅 기기, 소프트웨어 프로그램 사용 1편), 3차원의 반복적인 움직임을 통해 글씨쓰기를 연습하는 보조로봇 1편, 이축 연필(biaxial pencil) 등 변형된 필기도구를 사용한 연구가 1편이었다. 컴퓨터 보조공학 중재와 보조로봇을 적용한 5편의 연구에서 작업치료사가 글씨쓰기 중재를 제공하였다. 컴퓨터 보조공학 중재 결과 종속변인인 문자입력 속도와 정확도가 향상되었으며, 부모만족도와 목표달성 정도가 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 뇌성마비 아동 및 청소년에게 글씨쓰기에 사용되고 있는 보조공학과 효과적인 중재방법과 치료 효과를 확인했다는 데 의의가 있다. Objective :The purpose of this study was to analyze research on writing using assistive technology in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy. Methods : From January 2011 to July 2023, the articles on writing study using assistive technology in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy were searched using DBpia, Kiss, earticle, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, PubMed, and Google Scholar. Based on the selection criteria and exclusion criteria of the 2,886 articles, a total of 6 articles were finally selected and analyzed. Results : Among the 6 papers, 1 was a randomized control study and 2 were non-randomized comparative studies, and 3 were at level 1-2 evidence. The types of assistive technology used in writing research were 4 computer access devices(3 using modified keyboard, 1 using switches and pointing devices, and software programs), 1 assistive robot that practice writing through three-dimensional repetitive movements. One study was conducted using modified writing tools such as a biaxial pencil. In five studies involving computer access technology and assistive robots, writing interventions were provided by occupational therapists. As a result of the computer access technology intervention, the speed and accuracy of text input which is a dependent variable were improved and the score of parental satisfaction and goal attainment were increased. Conclusions : It is significant that assistive technology used for writing in children and adolescents with cerebral palsy and intervention methods and outcomes were investigated.

보조공학기기 이용실태 및 서비스 희망에 대한 심층면접

목적 : 구직장애인, 장애인공무원과 지원을 많이 받아보지 않은 사업주를 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 보조공학기기 이용실태 및 서비스 희망을 조사하고, 이를 통하여 앞으로 보조공학서비스 서비스 방향을 제안하고자 조사하였다 연구방법 : 심층면접의 대상자는 장애인공무원, 구직장애인, 사업주로 분류하여 반구조화된 가이드라인 설문을 구성하였다. 면접 대상은 설문조사를 위한 모집단 중 무작위로 추출하여 면담 조사에 협조를 약속한 대상자 사업주 7명, 구직장애인 7명, 장애인공무원 5명을 대상으로 총 19명이 응답에 참여하였다. 결과 : 수집된 자료는 질적 분석 절차를 통해 보조공학기기의 사용경험, 보조공학기기 신청경험 또는 개인적 구입경험, 장애유형에 관련된 보조공학기기의 사용경험여부 및 인식조사, 보조공학서비스에 대한 인식정도 및 이용경험과 보조공학서비스 방향과 추가로 제공을 희망하는 서비스 내용 5가지의 주제가 도출되었다. 결론 : 보조공학서비스의 보다 효율적인 운영방식을 고려해야 할 것이며, 보조공학서비스를 할 때 구입이나 사후 관리도 보다 사용자 중심에서 서비스 제공이 필요할 것이다. We made up the semi-structure guidelines question with group into three classes. We asked for an interview with subjects that choose samples at random. Results : These results show five themes related to use and application experience in assistive technology, the awareness of assistive technology service, and the demand to make of assistive technology service. Conclusion : In conclusion, we suggests that they want to be included assistive technology services target and replied use of those assistive devices will help them to get a job or to improve work efficiency and capacity.

국외 보조공학 서비스 관련 법률에서의 작업치료사의 역할

서론: 국내외 보조공학 서비스 관련 법률에 대하여 조사하고, 국외 보조공학 서비스에서 작업치료사의 역할에 대해 알아보고, 앞으로 보조기기 서비스에서 작업치료가 기여할 수 있는 점을 제시하고자 한다. 본론: 보조공학 서비스가 관련된 8가지 국내 법률을 조사하여 서비스 목적, 대상, 신청절차, 지원품목 등에 대하여 제시하였다. 보조공학 관련 용어는 보장구, 보조공학기기, 장애인 재활보조기구 등 다양하게 사용되고 있었으며, 각 법에서 자한 범위 내에서 보조공학 물품 및 서비스를 제원하고 있었다. 또한 영국, 스웨덴, 호주, 미국 등 국외 보조공학 서비스 관련 법률과 서비스 내용 및 작업 치료사의 역할에 대하여 제시하였다. 조사된 모든 국가에서 작업치료사는 보조공합 팀의 일원으로 혹은 작업치료사 단독으로 보조공학 관련 상담, 평가, 처방, 보조공학 기기 관련 정보제공, 기구 지급 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하고 있었다. 결론: 보조공학 서비스 관련 국내 법률 및 추후 법률안에 재정되는 과정에서 작업치료사의 활용방안이 모색되어야 할 것이며, 작업치료사들도 보조공학이 장애인의 사회참여에 기여하는 점을 인식하여 보조공학을 적극 활용해야 할 것이다.

치매 환자의 보조기기 적용에 대한 체계적 고찰

목적 : 국내외에서 보고된 치매 보조기기 적용 연구의 고찰을 통해 보조기기 실제 적용 사례를 살펴보고 이를 통해 국내외에서 사용되는 보조기기의 종류와 효과성을 알아보고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 RISS와 Pubmed 데이터베이스를 이용하여 선정기준에 부합하는 13편의 국내외 연구를 대상으로 하였다. 검색단어로는 “치매” AND “보조기기”OR“보조공학”를 사용하였다. 분석 대상 연구들은 연구의 근거기반 질적 수준 분석모델에 따라 분류하였고 PICO로 정리하였다. 결과 : 선별된 13편의 연구를 분석한 결과 13편 중 8편의 연구가 치매환자의 정서상태인 기분, 우울, 불안에 긍정적인 효과를 보였다. 로봇 종류 보조기기의 효과성으로는 치매 노인의 의사소통과 긍정적 정서상태 및 행동 증진이 있다. 배회감지기의 사용은 치매 노인의 배회행동과 불안의 감소에 유의한 차이를 보였다. AT 기반장치는 사용성과 유용성 면에서 사용자들의 만족이 높았으며 디지털 보조장치는 치매 노인의 가정생활 지속 능력을 연장시키는 효과가 있었다. 결론 : 치매 보조기기는 정서, 문제행동, 의사소통 영역에서 긍정적인 효과를 보이는 등 기본 일상생활 전반에서 어려움을 겪는 치매 노인들에게 유용하게 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 제한점을 보완한 연구 결과를 기반으로 치매 노인 개개인의 특성에 알맞은 보조기기를 적용하는 데에 적절한 참고자료가 됨으로써 이에 따라 다양한 치매 보조기기 적용 중재 연구가 활발하게 이루어져야 할 것이다.

장애인의 직업생활을 지원하기 위한 보조공학기기 개발 현황 및 방향

서론 : 본 연구의 목적은 보조공학기기 개발사업 현황과 성과를 살펴보고, 이러한 내·외적인 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 보조공학기기 개발 추진 방향과 결론을 제시하고자 하였다. 본론 : 보조공학서비스는 사용자인 장애인들의 편에서 바라보는 전달체계가 구축되어야 한다. 즉, 그 동안의 공급자 중심의 서비스가 아닌 진정한 수요자 중심의 서비스 제공을 위한 전달체계의 변화가 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 환경변화에 적절하게 대응하기 위한 장기적인 보조공학기기 개발 방향을 제시하였다. 결론 : 보조공학서비스의 질적 향상과 보조공학 산업의 고도화, 규모화를 통해 수요자와 공급자가 서로 성공하는 사업모델을 만들기 위해, 각계의 보조공학 관련 전문가로 구성된 상설협의체를 구성하여 공동 협력하는 방안을 제시하였으나, 본 연구에서 제시한 개발 방향은 과학적인 연구방법을 통해 분석한 결과가 아니고 주관적인 입장에서 그동안의 사업추진 경험을 토대로 작성한 것이기 때문에 최선의 방안이라고 하기에는 한계가 있어 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. Introduction : The purpose of this study was established for the present state and results of development in assistive technology device and service. and it was proposed that steadily carry out various projects to assistive technology development. Body : Assistive technology service delivery system must have established the foundation of user. and it is necessary to change into client-centered service, and not supplier-centered service. Therefore, this study suggested long-term projection of development in assistive technology device and service to correspond with a change in situation. Conclusion : It suggested to that combined professors's efforts to make the industry model with commerce and industry through qualitative improvement and high growth. But, It will need an addition study, because this takes a subjective view of development in assistive technolog

장애인보조기구의 보급서비스 현황과 사용 실태에 대한 제언

보조공학 적용이 시각장애 근로자의 작업수행, 삶의 질, 자아인식과 자아 수용에 미치는 영향: 사례 연구

목적 : 본 연구의 목적은 시각장애 근로자를 대상으로 보조공학을 체계적으로 적용해보고 그 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 연구방법 : 서울 소재 사업체에 근무하는 시각장애 근로자 2명을 대상으로 Job Accommodation Network(JAN) 의 보조공학 적용 5단계에 따라 보조공학을 적용하였다. 보조공학 적용 효과를 파악하기 위해 적용 전과 후에 Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM), Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS), 자아인식검사, 자아수용검사를 실시하여 결과를 분석하였다. 결과 : 보조공학 적용 후 작업 수행 능력, 삶의 질 모두 증가되는 결과가 나타났으며 자아인식과 자아수용검사 문항 일부에서도 긍정적인 변화가 나타났다. 결론 : JAN의 5단계 보조공학 적용은 시각장애 근로자의 작업 수행능력과 삶의 질, 자아 개념 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 시각 장애인의 취업과 직업 유지 증진을 위한 다양한 보조공학 적용 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of assistive technology throughout system atic application method among employee with vision impairments. Methods : The subjects were 2 vision impaired workers who had worked in Seoul area companies. Job Accommodation Network(JAN) Assistive technology application method, Canadian Occupational Performance Measure(COPM), Satisfaction with Life Scale(SWLS), Self Concept Test and Self Acceptance Test are used for Outcome measurement of assistive technology. Results : The following are the analyzed results of the study. COPM, SWLS, Self Concept Test and Self AcceptanceTest score were differences after assistive technology application. Conclusion : Assistive technology influence on occupational performance, quality of life and self concept with vision impairment worker. In future studies, outcome measurement method and assistive technology service method should be developed.
