전압원 인버터의 전류제어를 위한 새로운 방식의 예측형 전류제어기가 제안되고, 이를 유도 전동기의 자속기준제어를 위한 회전자자속 추정기 설계에 이용한다. 본 전류제어기로부터 최소화된 전류맥동 및 최소화된 offset 전류를 얻을 수 있으며, 또한 회전자 저항변화에 강인한 자속 추정기로부터 파라메타에 둔감한 자속기준제어를 얻을 수 있다.

This paper presents a new instantaneous torque control technique for a PM synchronous motor drive system. In order to minimize the torque pulsating problem caused by the flux harmonics, torque estimation and control techniques using model reference adaptive system technique are proposed. The model of PM synchronous motor considering flux harmonics is first derived, and the flux and torque are then estimated. The torque of the motor is instantaneously controlled by using this estimated torque. These estimation and control strategies are applied to the high torque PM synchronous motor drives with a power rate of 120W and are implemented by using a software of the DSP TMS320C30. The experiments are carried out for this system and the results well demonstrate that the proposed technique has a good capability of reducing torque pulsation.

This paper proposes a new BIC(Built-in Current sensor) for the internal current test in CMOS logic circuits. Our BIC is composed of current sensor, level shifter, comparator, and reference voltage circuit. The current sensor parallel connected with one diode and one nMOS device can convert the current of CUT(Circuit Under Test) to voltage. A single phase clock is employed in the BIC reduce the control circuitry of it and to perform a self-testing for a faulty current. The proposed BIC is verified by using the HSPICE simulator and fabricated in 0.8 ㎛ twin-tub process. The CUT is 4 bit full adder with bridging faults. The realized BIC successfully detects all bridging faults in CUT.

Cerenkov-type optical second-harmonic generation in anisotropic slab waveguieds is analyzed theoretically by solving the nonlinear wave equations. The anisotropy is rigorously treated and a simple general expression for the conversion efficiency has been obtained. In order to demonstrate the effect of anisotropy, calculated conversion efficiencies for some examples of nonlinear anisotropic slab waveguides are presented.

본 논문에서는 대역확산 다중접속망에서의 동기식 채널부하검출 프로토콜의 성능을 분석한다. 수치해석을 통한 성능분석 결과 채널부하검출 프로토콜을 이용하여 일반적인 ALOHA 방식 보다 좋은 성능을 얻을 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Numerical analysis is made on the melting process of phase-change material inside a horizontal tube and a spherical enclosure which are usually used in the latent thermal storage system. The unmelt solid core is moving downward on account of gravity forces and melt by directly contacting with a heated wall. Such a gravity-assisted melting is characterized by the existence of a melt pool in a upper region and a thin liquid film region below the solid core. The present study is motivated to present a numerical analysis of the influences of the natural convection on the fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics in a horizontal tube and a spherical capsule. Numerical results are obtained by varing the Rayleigh numbers respectively. For the range of parameter examined, the melting process goes faster in a spherical capsule than a horizontal tube.

The main result of this paper is that a family of polynomials with a nearly half number of all the real coefficients lying in a diamond is robustly Schur stable if and only if all the extreme polynomials are Schur stable. This special polynomial family is called a degenerate diamond of polynomials. In addition, we obtain the extreme point result for robust Schur stability of a so-called simplex degenerate diamond polynomial family.

이차보상기를 사용하는 구간플랜트의 강인 안정화하는 방법을 고려한다. 임의의 차수를 가진 보상기를 이용하여 구간플랜트의 강인안정화를 위한 16플랜트 정리는 잘 알려져 있다. 이 논문에서는 2차보상기의 이득의 부호와 극점과 영점들의 상대위치에 관한 정보가 미리 주어지면 이차불안정한 비최소위상 보상기를 이용하여 구간플랜트의 강인안정화를 위한 12플랜트정리를 구한다. 이차 보상기가 PID 보상기인 경우 보상기의 형태에 따라 12 혹은 8 플랜트 정리를 얻는다. 보기를 통하여 보상기설계에 이용될 수 있음을 보인다.

This paper describes a novel control method of a three-phase PWM inverter for uninterruptible power supply(UPS) applications. To obtain the fast dynamics and excellent harmonic characteristics, a new state feedback control technique is proposed. The proposed control consists of the inner-loop current and outer-loop voltage controllers with a load current estimator to reduce the effects of the load variations and nonlinearity. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control, the simulation is carried out for various load condition.
SR 급전법을 이용한 무궁화 위성방송 수신 안테나 설계

In this paper, a microstrip array antenna for receiving KOREASAT broadcasting is designed, which has left-handed circularly polarization property with 29㏈ of gain at 11.84㎓. We design the array antenna using the sequential rotation feeding method to obtain the broad bandwidth and high efficiency. The 2×2 array is a basic array element to achieve the overall 16×16 array. All the elements of the array are fed in phase using the parallel feed method for broadside beam radiation. The actual dimension of array is about 30×30㎝. The measured return loss and VSWR is in a good agreement with the calculations. The measured results are as follows ; SLL of -15㏈ below, gain of 17∼20㏈, directivity of 24∼26㏈i, and axial ratio of 3.17㏈ at 11.84㎓.
