        In order to observe hydrological characteristics in the Gulf of Yoeng-il, measurements of water temperature have been carried out from February to August 1983, and from August 1985 to December 1986. Surface water temperatures are closely linked to air temperature and solar-radiation for all littoral stations. Seasonal and annual variations of all horizontal stations are very similar to one another. Vertical variations of water temperatures for the stations located along the central-line of the Gulf are characteristic (and observed) as thermoclines and thermal stratification in the hottest summer-time (August). It is interesting to note that water column temperature of July and September are rather warmer than August, on account of a cold water mass coming from NE direction. For example, surface temperature in June 1982 was above 19℃, but the water below a depth of about 30m drastically drops to 4℃. It is indicative of invasion of water mass from cold current or deep sea.

        The Effect of Communication of Service Employee on Customer Satisfaction, and Reuse Intention

        Purpose: This study aims to provide marketing implications for training and face-to-face service employee communication by analyzing how communication by Korean crews at foreign airlines affects passengers perception and how this perception relates to airline service quality and customer satisfaction. Research design, data: The collection of questionnaires for the demonstration in this study has collected 300 questionnaires for about a month for Korean passengers who are aware of the presence of Korean crew on board aircraft. Results: The study analyzed the relationship between the communication ability, customer satisfaction, and reuse intention of foreign airlines. An empirical analysis of the relationship between quality of airline service, customer satisfaction, and intention of re-use can suggest the following implications based on the language and non-verbal communication capabilities of the Korean crew working for foreign airlines. Conclusions: We studied the impact of communication between Korean crews working for foreign airlines on the quality of airline service, customer satisfaction and reuse intention. The Korean crew should also work for overseas airlines and consider communication as important and expand their overall foreign language education and communication skills to have a positive impact on not only Korean passengers but also their own citizens.

        산부식전 수종의 법랑질 표면 처리과정이 레진 결합력에 미치는 효과 : BOND STRENGTH ANALYSIS AND SEM STUDY 전단강도 분석 및 주사 전자현미경 연구

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of various enamel surface treatment methods prior to etching on the resin-to-enamel bond strength and surface morphology. The measurement of shear bond strenght was done using Universal Testing Machine and the surface structure was observed through Scanning Electron Microscope with the following results : 1. Group with pumice prophylaxis demonstrated the highest mean value among the tested groups and Group Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ in declined order respectively. 2. The fracture patterns observed mainly was an adhesive type with similar distribution in all groups with the characteristic higher frequency of cohesive type in Group Ⅱ. 3. Pumice treated enamel surface showed quite sinilar surface structure to normal enamel surface whereas Group Ⅲ demonstrated general precipitation of organic materials and Group Ⅳ revealed the sparse precipitation of the material which is assumed to be the reaction products of hydrogen peroxide. 4. After acid etching, Group Ⅱ showed a similar pattern of typical acid etching of normal enamel, while Group Ⅲ showed the general amorphous appearance and Group Ⅳ with the white frosty appearance.

        건설산업의 성과지수 개발을 위한 핵심성과지표 : 건설기업 대상 KPI를 중심으로

        The Performance Measurement in the construction industry is more important recently. Various researches about PMS (Performance Measurement Systems), such as the government-oriented PMS in U.K. have been done. As growing concern at new vision and target in the Korean construction industry, it is needed to manage the growth of the construction industry using performance measurement. The purpose of this study is to recommend the framework for development of PI(Performance Index) and KPIs(Key Performance Indicators) focusing on the Korean construction industry. First, the framework for development of PI is suggested through literature survey and studying cases performed in the U.K. Second, KPls are suggested through analyzing limitations and problems appeared in the existing researches, questionnaire survey, and interviews to verify and supplement limitations and problems. Finally, the validity of the proposed KPIs are validated by three case studies. This study also suggests the expected effects and further research fields.

      • 국내 원자력발전소의 사용후핵연료 선원항 평가에 관한 연구

        우리나라에서도 원자력발전이 상용화된지 이십여년을 넘어서면서 원자력발전을 하고 있는 다른 나라와 마찬가지로 사용후핵연료 관리가 국가적인 문제로 심각히 대두되고 있다. 중간저장 시설은 1997년부터 운영예정이었으나 현재 그의 부지가 아직 확보되지 못한 상태에서 그 운전개시 시점이 불확실하다. 그리고 중간저장 이후의 사용후핵연료 정기관리 전략이 아직 마련되어 있지 못한 실정이다. 그러므로 발전소에서 발생되는 사용후핵연료 양과 그에 따른 선원항 평가는 반드시 선행되어야 할 것이다. 이제 본 연구에서는 국내 사용후핵연료 형태중 17×17에 대해서 농축도와 연소도 그리고 냉각시간별로 선원항 평가를 하였다. 사용후핵연료 선원항 평가를 위해 미국 Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC)의 인·허가 코드인 SCALE 코드를 이용하였다. 선원항 평가는 SCALE 코드의 모듈을 이용하였다. 선원항 평가 결과 농축도와 3.5 w/o와 연소도 35 GWD/MTU 일때 Cooling Time 0.3년은 7.5651E+16, 1년 2.8954E+16, 3년 9.8242E+15, 5년 5.4000E+15, 10년 3.0945E+15으로 계산되었으며, Cooling Time이 0.3년일때와 10년일때의 Source Term이 크게 차이가 남을 알 수 있었다. 방사선량율은 10 ㎝부터 500 ㎝ 까지 거리에 따라 선량율에 대하여 10 ㎝ 4.8365E+03(㏉/hr)에서 500 ㎝ 7.8456E+01으로 감소함을 알 수 있었다. 현재 국내 사용후핵연료에 대한 선원항 평가가 이루어지지 않았으며, Data Base 구축이 기초단계 이므로 이러한 기초자료는 추후 저장조가 건설되면 사용후핵연료 안전성과 관련하여 사용할 수 있는 것이고 기초 Data Base구축하는데 이용할 수 있을 것이다 As nuclear power has been used in our country over 20 years, spent fuel management is raised seriously as one of the national`s problems, which lies in similar situation to other countries having nuclear power plants. An interim storage facility has been planned to operate in 1997, it is highly uncertain whether this facility will start to operate by the time because the site has not been decided yet. After the intermediate storage, the spent fuel periodical management strategy has not prepared yet. Therefore it has to be preceded that the spent fuel quantity which is happening at the power station and the following source term. Now the main have evaluated the source term according to enrichment, burn-up, and cooling time for 17×17 of spent fuel form. I used the SCALE code which were certified by Nuclear Regulatory Commission(NRC) for the source term calculations of Spent Fuel. The source term was calculated, which reflected the feature of target nuclear fuel using ORIGEN-S, a module of the SCALE Code, and the exposure dose rates were calculated by using the QADS modules, considering the geometry. When the enrichment in the evaluated result of source term is 3.5 w/o and the burn-up is 35 GWD/MTU, the cooling time 0.3year is 7.561E+16(photon/second), 1year 2.8954E+16, 3year 9.8242E+15, 5year 5.400E+15, 10year 3.0945E+15 and found that the big difference in Photon Spectrum of cooling time 0.3year and 10year. I have found that radiation dose rate is decreased in 10㎝ 4.8365E+03(㏉/hr) into 500 ㎝ 7.8456E+01 for dose rate according to distance from 10 ㎝ to 500 ㎝. It is not made the source term evaluation on the domestic spent fuel, and since the data base construction is basic level, some time later, if the storage place is constructed, in connection with the safety, these basic data can be used and we can construct these basic data base.

        AE기법 이용한 JLF/STS304이종재료의 최적 마찰용접조건에 관한 연구

        저방사화 페라이트강인 JLF는 핵융합로의 블랑켓과 같은 열교환기의 재료로써 유용한 재료이다. 이 재료의 광범위한 적용을 위해서는 JLF강과 다른 재료와의 접합기술의 개발이 중요하다. 최근 두 이종재료간의 접합에는 마찰용접이 많이 이용되고 있으며 본 연구에서도 JLF강과 STS304 간의 마찰용접에 의한 용접특성을 평가하였으며 특히 비파괴기법중의 하나인 음향방출 기법을 이용하여 두 이종재료간의 용접특성 및 최적의 용접조건을 평가하였다. 음향방출 파라미터중의 하나인 카운트와 사상수 등이 최적용접조건 및 용접품질을 평가하는데 유효한 파라미터들이었다. Japanese low activation ferritic steel(JLF) is a good material for the parts of heat exchanger such as blanket and diverter. At first, JLF was developed as a candidate for structural materials in nuclear fusion applications. However, the development of the jointing technique of JLF steel to other materials is important for wide applications of this material to the industry fields. Recently the jointing technologies including diffusion bonding, brazing, roll bonding, explosive bonding and hot iso-static pressing have been studied for the heterogeneous materials of JLF-1 steel(Fe-9Cr-2W-V-Ta) and stainless steel(STS304). Friction welding is one of the most popular welding methods for two different kinds of materials. In this paper, the JLF-1 steel was jointed to STS304 by friction welding method and the optimal conditions of the friction welding discussed. Acoustic emission was used as a nondestructive technique to evaluate the weld quality in processing.

      • 수술중 기계적 환기시 HME (Heat and Moisture Exchanger)가 기도저항에 미치는 영향

        To compare the airway resistance effects of two heat and moisture exchangers(HME) during short-term intraoperative volume controlled mechanical ventilation. Following a randomized order, the patients were ventilated during 3hrs with two HMEs(Pall conserve and Humi-vent filter). In each patient and for each 5 min, lhr, 2hrs and 3 hrs period, body temperature and airway resistance were measured. The hydrophobic HME (Pall conserve) had a good theraml conservation capacity, but increase airway resistance(11.7±2.9cm H_2O/1/s to 15 4±3.4 after lhr, to 17.3±2.5 after 2hrs, to 17.5±3.3cm H_2O/l/s after 3hrs). The hygroscopic filter(Humi-vent filter) had a good thermal conservation capacity, and less increase airway restance than Pall conserve(13.0±2.3 to 15. 4±3.4. after 1hr, 15.9±2.5 after 2hrs, 15.0±3.3 cmH2O/I/s after 3hrs). The hygroscopic HME had a thermal and humidification capacity and less increase the airway resistance.

      • 수분에 불안정한 2-(Trimethylsilyloxy)furan의 수용체에서의 카르보닐 부가반응 연구

        The irreversible addition of 2-(trimethylsilyloxy)furan to various aldehydes in the presence of catalytic amount of alkali metal carbonate in aqueous media is described. Even though alkli metal enolates have many synthetic advantages of applicability and high selections of (E)- and (Z)- enolate geometry, their application to carbonyl addition have been utilized in limited purpose mainly due to the low stereoselectivity resulted from the equilibrium between retroaldol and realdol. The addition of 2-(trimethylsilyloxy)furan to the aldehyde in the presence of K_2CO_3 in aqueous media(THF : H_2O = 9 : 1) at -20℃ resulted in the formation of addition product in high yield and moderate good stereo selection (3-15:1).
