Xiaoming Xu,김형태 한국유통경영학회 2020 유통경영학회지 Vol.23 No.3
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze how ZARA and H&M's global supply chain management is carried out, how they reduce production time from 6-9 months to 3-5 weeks, and ensure product quality. Research design, data, and methodology: In order to achieve research purposes, this paper analyzes and summarizes relevant academic papers, degree thesis, and official website related reports. In order to ensure the accuracy of the data, all data related to sales and production are subject to the official website data. Results: The global supply chain management of ZARA and H&M has made them the king of speed in the apparel industry. The supply chain has shortened the speed of products from design to sales. It has won the favor of consumers. At the same time, the two will not produce the second time for products with good sales and out of stock, which increases the scarcity of the products. At the same time, the products in the store are updated every 2 to 3 weeks, which also increases the number of customers to the store. Conclusions: In order to analyze ZARA and H&M supply chain more accurately, this article analyzes ZARA and H&M supply chain from product design, raw material purchase, product design, product transportation, sales and promotion. The two shortened the entire supply chain to 3 to 5 weeks. The shortest time of the ZARA supply chain was 21 days. It can be said that it created the fast supply chain myth of the apparel industry, and of course gave up some economic benefits for this myth. Although the two have increased the speed of the supply chain, they have not given up the quality of the products, thereby further increasing the customer's purchase desire and satisfaction. This makes ZARA and H&M more competitive than other apparel companies. So that the company gains benefits. The pursuit of details has achieved the success of ZARA and H&M. They have designed different customers in different regions. H&M has put the cooperation with star designers to the extreme, not only increasing sales, but also improving the brand’s Image.

This paper presents an analysis method aiming at UAV cooperative detection problem. The UAV detect the target and establish the state information respectively, and send the message to the adjacent friendly aircraft. The friendly aircraft judge if there are repetition between their own information and the message they have received after they receive the message, and re-order the target till the state information of all UAV are same and complete the mission of multi-UAV distributed cooperative detection. The simulation shows that the algorithm presented in this paper could accomplish the cooperative detection mission effective and reasonable.

Cu-d-Bi2O3 nanosheets with uniform thickness of approximately 2.7 nm and length about 200 nm forphotocatalytic nitrogen fixation and photocatalytic oxidation is achieved by simple hydrothermalmethod. The 2D ultrathin structure is benefit to the formation of the surface oxygen vacancies, meanwhilethe impurity defect is formed due to the substitutive Cu doping of d-Bi2O3. The as-prepared 5%Cu-d-Bi2O3 exhibits excellent NH4 + generation rate of 142.8 lmol h1 g1 without any sacrificial agentirradiated by visible light. The remarkable photocatalytic ability can be attributed to the ultrafast carrierstransfer from the interior to the surface because of 2D ultrathin structure feature, the separation ofelectrons-holes and molecular chemisorption due to the formation of surface oxygen vacancies andimpurity defect.

Xiaoming Qi,Chaojun Wei,Yonghong Li,Yu Wu,Hui Xu,Rui Guo,Yanjuan Jia,Zhenhao Li,Zhenhong Wei,Wanxia Wang,Jing Jia,Yuanting Li,Anqi Wang,Xiaoling Gao 한국유전학회 2020 Genes & Genomics Vol.42 No.7
Background Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a crucial medical issue worldwide. The dependence of HBV replication on host cell machineries and their co-evolutionary interactions prompt the codon usage pattern of viral genes to translation selection and mutation pressure. Objective The evolutionary characteristics of HBV and the natural selection effects of the human genome on the codon usage characteristics were analyzed to provide a basis for medication development for HBV infection. Methods The codon usage pattern of sequences from different HBV genotypes of our isolates and reference HBV genome sequences downloaded from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database were analyzed by computing the relative synonymous codon usage (RSCU), nucleotide content, codon adaptation index (CAI) and the effective number of codons (ENC). Results The highest ENC values were observed in the C genotypes, followed by the B genotypes. The ENC values indicated a weak codon usage bias (CUB) in HBV genome. The number of codons differentially used between the three genotypes was markedly higher than that of similarly used codons. High CAI values indicated a good adaptability of HBV to its host. The ENC plot indicated the occurrence of mutational pressure in the three genotypes. The mean Ka/Ks ratios in the three genotypes were lower than 1, which indicated a negative selection pressure. The CAI and GC3% plot indicated the existence of CUB in the HBV genome. Conclusions Nucleotide composition, mutation bias, negative selection and mutational pressure are key factors influencing the CUB and phylogenetic diversity in HBV genotypes. The data provided here could be useful for developing drugs for HBV infection.

Acetate has been indicated to be elevated and to regulate inflammation in inflammatory and metabolic diseases. The inflammasome serves as a key component of immune homeostasis, and its dysregulation can lead to various inflammatory disorders. However, little is known about the effects of acetate on inflammasome activation and the underlying mechanism. Here, we demonstrate that acetate attenuates inflammasome activation via GPR43 in a Ca2+-dependent manner. Through binding to GPR43, acetate activates the Gq/11 subunit and subsequent phospholipase C-IP3 signaling to decrease Ca2+ mobilization. In addition, acetate activates soluble adenylyl cyclase (sAC), promotes NLRP3 inflammasome ubiquitination by PKA, and ultimately induces NLRP3 degradation through autophagy. In vivo, acetate protects mice from NLRP3 inflammasome-dependent peritonitis and LPS-induced endotoxemia. Collectively, our research demonstrates that acetate regulates the NLRP3 inflammasome via GPR43 and Ca2+-dependent mechanisms, which reveals the mechanism of metabolite-mediated NLRP3 inflammasome attenuation and highlights acetate as a possible therapeutic strategy for NLRP3 inflammasome-related diseases.

Follicular fluid meiosis-activating sterol (FF-MAS) has been suggested as a positive factor which could improve the oocyte quality and subsequent embryo development after in vitro fertilization. However, FF-MAS is a highly lipophilic substance and is hard to detect in studying the relationship between MAS and quality of oocyte maturation. The present study focused on the expression of lanosterol 14${\alpha}$-demethylase (LDM), a key enzyme that converts lanosterol to FF-MAS, on mouse oocyte maturation and its potency on development. LDM expression was strong in gonadotropin-primed germinal vesicle stage oocytes, weak after germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), and then strong in MII stage oocytes. The LDM-specific inhibitor azalanstat significantly inhibited oocyte fertilization (from 79.4% to 68.3%, p<0.05). Also, azalanstat (5 to 50 ${\mu}M$) decreased the percentage of blastocyst development dosedependently (from 78.7% to 23.4%, p<0.05). The specific inhibition of sterol ${\Delta}14$-reductase and ${\Delta}7$-reductase by AY9944 accumulates FF-MAS and could increase blastocyst development rates. Additionally, in the AY9944 group, the rate of inner cell mass (ICM)/ total cells was similar to that of in vivo development, but the rate was significantly decreased in azalanstat treatment. In conclusion, LDM, the key enzyme of FF-MAS production, may play an important role in fertilization and early development of the mouse embryo, especially in vitro.
A Deep Investigation of the Thermal Decomposition Process of Supported Silver Catalysts
Jiang, Jun,Xu, Tianhao,Li, Yaping,Lei, Xiaodong,Zhang, Hui,Evans, D.G.,Sun, Xiaoming,Duan, Xue Korean Chemical Society 2014 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.35 No.6
A deep understanding of the metallic silver catalysts formation process on oxide support and the formation mechanism is of great scientific and practical meaning for exploring better catalyst preparing procedures. Herein the thermal decomposition process of supported silver catalyst with silver oxalate as the silver precursor in the presence of ethylenediamine and ethanolamine is carefully investigated by employing a variety of characterization techniques including thermal analysis, in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The formation mechanism of supported silver particles was revealed. Results showed that formation of metallic silver begins at about $100^{\circ}C$ and activation process is essentially complete below $145^{\circ}C$. Formation of silver was accompanied by decomposition of oxalate group and removal of organic amines. Catalytic performance tests using the epoxidation of ethylene as a probe reaction showed that rapid activation (for 5 minutes) at a relatively low temperature ($170^{\circ}C$) afforded materials with optimum catalytic performance, since higher activation temperatures and/or longer activation times resulted in sintering of the silver particles.

2-O-β-D-Glucopyranosyl-L-ascorbic acid (AA-2βG) is a natural derivative of vitamin C (Lascorbic acid, AA) isolated from Goji berry (Lycium barbarum L.) fruit. We evaluated the antioxidant activities of AA-2βG and AA using in vitro and in vivo model systems. In vitro radical scavenging assays demonstrated that AA-2βG was capable of scavenging 1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl and hydroxyl peroxide and inhibiting H2O2-induced hemolysis better than AA. AA-2βG and AA had similar hydroxyl radical scavenging capabilities, but AA-2βG was incapable of scavenging superoxide anion radicals, and its capacity to scavenge nitrite (NO_2^−) was lower than that of AA. The overall in vitro reduction capability of AA-2βG was also significantly lower than that of AA. Moreover, in vivo studies demonstrated that AA-2βG was capable of protecting the liver against carbon tetrachloride-induced acute liver injury in mice. These results suggest that AA-2βG is an important antioxidant component of Goji berry fruit, which may share similar but distinct antioxidant mechanistic properties with AA. This study furthers our understanding of the mechanisms of Goji berry fruit pharmacological activities on antiaging and antitumor properties as a traditional medicine and dietary supplement.
Physical Layer Security in Underlay CCRNs with Fixed Transmit Power
( Songqing Wang ),( Xiaoming Xu ),( Weiwei Yang ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2015 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.9 No.1
In this paper, we investigate physical layer security for multiple decode-and-forward (DF) relaying underlay cognitive radio networks (CRNs) with fixed transmit power at the secondary network against passive eavesdropping attacks. We propose a simple relay selection scheme to improve wireless transmission security based on the instantaneous channel information of all legitimate users and the statistical information about the eavesdropper channels. The closed-form expressions of the probability of non-zero secrecy capacity and the secrecy outage probability (SOP) are derived over independent and non-identically distributed Rayleigh fading environments. Furthermore, we conduct the asymptotic analysis to evaluate the secrecy diversity order performance and prove that full diversity is achieved by using the proposed relay selection. Finally, numerical results are presented to verify the theoretical analysis and depict that primary interference constrain has a significant impact on the secure performance and a proper transmit power for the second transmitters is preferred to be energy-efficient and improve the secure performance.
