<P>This study examined how the strain rate affects the room-temperature tensile behavior of hydrogen-charged 316L stainless steels. A high-temperature homogenization treatment was applied to the specimens after hydrogen charging and copper electroplating to remove the hydrogen concentration gradient. A softening phenomenon was observed in the hardening behavior of the H-charged and homogenized specimen at a strain rate of 2×10<SUP>−3</SUP>/s. The observation was further confirmed by an inspection of the fracture surface of the tensile test specimen.</P>

증강현실(Augmented Reality) 기술 발전에 따라 증강현실 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠가 교육, 의료, 산업 등 여러분야에서 폭 넓게 개발이 되고 있다. 증강현실 콘텐츠 제작에 사용이 되는 핵심적인 기술 중의 하나는 객체를 등록하여 가상의 객체를 3차원 좌표계에서 실질적인 환경과 일치시키는 것으로, 마커 추적, 영상의 특징 점 추적 그리고 광원 추적 등의 방법이 있다. 하지만, 이 방법들을 증강현실 기반의 Workbench와 같이 협소한 공간 안에서 사용하는 경우, 추적해야 할 객체의 크기가 작다면 제약사항이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 작업공간이 협소한 증강현실 환경에서의 객체 추적 과정에 대해 위의 세 가지 방법을 대상으로 정량적 및 정성적 비교 평가를 수행한 결과를 보고한다. 평가 결과, 광원 추적 방법이 정확도와 객체 움직임의 자유도 측면에서 가장 뛰어난 성능을 보였다. As Augmented Reality (AR) has been developed, AR based contents have been widely applied to various areas such as education, medicine, industry and so on. In case of developing AR contents, one of required key techniques is object registration which synchronizes a virtual object and a real object in a real world environment. Three popular methods are currently available: marker tracking, feature tracking and infrared tracking. But, these methods have constraint when users and objects are located in a narrow workspace and the objects are small in their sizes. In this paper, the three methods were applied to an AR based intravenous injection training system and their performances were evaluated. The results showed that the infrared tracking demonstrated the best performance.

South Korea has seven major shipbuilders out of world top ten global shipbuilders. The Major shipbuilding companies are Samsung, Hanjin, Hyundai, Daewoo, and STX. MTC International, Inc. is a provider of workforce solutions and services. It offers a range of services of recruiting, evaluation, training and development, labors management, and workforce consulting, to the companies mentioned above. Most of the experts in the industry forecasted that there would be a shortage of workers for the industry for the following several years. Therefore, this paper is aiming to enhance its competitiveness through the improving its revenues of MTC International, Inc. by providing with the foreign workers, especially from Philippines. Using Grand Strategy Matrix and QSP Matrix, those formulation tools suggest strategies for MTC International, Inc.
The Determinants of Continuous Usage Intention for One-on-one Online English Education Program

Recent development of Information Technology and changes in social paradigm into information society have brought a new vision of education field. Online learning, which is so called e-learning, is one of the new way of learning method beyond space and time. Especially in the foreign language learning field, internet-based learning which is one-on-one setting via computer software has been blowing up in terms of communication-based language acquisition. The main purpose of the study, therefore, is to figure out the factors of service quality of one-on-one online English education program that may affect learners’ satisfaction and also continuous usage intention which take apart accordingly from the learners’ satisfaction. For this purpose, a survey has been conducted to online users who have experience in online english program from April 16, 2018 to April 29, 2018. The results of the study are as follows. First, the influence of service quality on learners’ satisfaction has been partially adopted. In other words, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have shown significant association with learners’ satisfaction, while tangibility has not shown significant association with learners’ satisfaction. Second, the relationship of influence of learners’ satisfaction and continuous usage intention has shown significant association. This study is expected to suggest practical findings and implications for the researchers and practitioners in the industry of one-on-one online English education.

Luxury brands have generally been consumed by the well-to-do group among society. Nonetheless, from the mid 21st century, luxury item markets have been extended to customer groups with middle-class and lower-class earnings. In this perspective, this research attempts to identify Korean consumers behaviors in the context of luxury vehicle market, by confirming effects of country-of-origin images on consumers’ purchase intention, mediating brand prestige, brand credibility, and perceived quality. Furthermore, the dimensions of country-of-origin image in this study has been divided into three dimensions of functional country-of-origin, social country-of-origin, and dynamic country-of-origin. For the purpose of empirical study, a survey has been conducted to Korean consumers focusing on the effects of country-of-origin image on purchase intention by selecting the brand of Mercedes-Benz manufactured by Germany. A total of 324 questionnaires have been used for final analysis. By utilizing SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 18.0, the results of structural equation model have confirmed the positive effects of functional country-of-origin effects on brand prestige and brand credibility, while the other components of country-of-origin image have not shown significant effects on brand prestige and brand credibility. In addition, the effect of brand prestige on brand credibility has been significantly associated, and the relationship of brand prestige and brand credibility with perceived quality have also been turned out to be positively linked. Lastly, the effects of brand prestige, brand credibility, and perceived quality on purchase intention have been shown to be positively associated.
A Study of Current Trends and Future Prospects in Mobile Simple Payment Services

FinTech refers to a new type of financial service that combines finance and ICT technology, which is a combination of various financial services such as remittance, payment, loan, and asset management based on a wide range of users secured by global ICT companies or financial institutions. In the case of FinTech in Korea, simple payment services based on mobile devices is a big part of the FinTech service industry and researches are being actively carried out to widely activate to various fields. In addition, various policies for activating the FinTech industry, such as the abolition of the mandatory use of the certificate verification in June 2015, are in effect, and the mobile simple payment service is accordingly expected to be activated. Currently, as known through Paypal, Alipay, Transfer Wise, etc., in addition to simple payment using mobile devices only, various types of financial settlement services have been being provided. Moreover, government in each country has established various policies to foster the FinTech industry. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept and development background of FinTech, to analyze FinTech service and policy trends in Korea and abroad, and finally to propose problems and remedies of FinTech service in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the attributes Korean automobiles, satisfaction and repurchase intention in Chinese automobiles market. Therefore, this paper examines how the cost efficiency, design, convenience, and functionality of Korean automobiles affect satisfaction, and then examines how this satisfaction affects repurchase intentions. First, Hypothesis 1a and 1d that cost efficiency and functionality has a positive influence on satisfaction was accepted. Second, when looking at the link between overall satisfaction and repurchase intention among Chinese customers, Hypothesis 2 states that contentment has a positive impact on repurchase intention. Third, the characteristics of Korean automobiles and customer satisfaction according to the gender of Chinese consumers, the result of analyzing the difference between convenience, design, functionality and satisfaction according to gender, Hypothesis 3b, 3c, 3d was also accepted. Fourth, after assessing the difference between Chinese consumers’ satisfaction with after-sales service and repurchase intention, Hypothesis 4 was accepted.
