      • Multi-path Routing Improved Protocol in AODV Based on Nodes Energy

        Aiming at energy-constrained of Ad Hoc network, this paper proposes a multi-path routing protocol (EM-AODV)I n AODV that based on nodes energy. EM-AODV designs methods of obtaining nodes energy by upgrading the route discovery and route maintenance process of AODV, calculates the path of comprehensive energy derived path priority by routes total hops and nodes energy to format the multi-path routing mechanism. The energy as the metric prerequisite during the routing process, by setting nodes energy bound and balancing nodes data forwarding to postpone network lifetime. Simulation results show that EM-AODV has lower average end-to-end delay, well improve the energy consumption.

        Subjective and Objective Assessment of Monoenergetic and Polyenergetic Images Acquired by Dual-Energy CT in Breast Cancer

        Objective: To objectively and subjectively assess and compare the characteristics of monoenergetic images [MEI (+)] and polyenergetic images (PEI) acquired by dual-energy CT (DECT) of patients with breast cancer. Materials and Methods: This retrospective study evaluated the images and data of 42 patients with breast cancer who had undergone dual-phase contrast-enhanced DECT from June to September 2019. One standard PEI, five MEI (+) in 10-kiloelectron volt (keV) intervals (range, 40–80 keV), iodine density (ID) maps, iodine overlay images, and Z effective (Zeff) maps were reconstructed. The contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR) and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) were calculated. Multiple quantitative parameters of the malignant breast lesions were compared between the arterial and the venous phase images. Two readers independently assessed lesion conspicuity and performed a morphology analysis. Results: Low keV MEI (+) at 40–50 keV showed increased CNR and SNRbreast lesion compared with PEI, especially in the venous phase ([CNR: 40 keV, 20.10; 50 keV, 14.45; vs. PEI, 7.27; p < 0.001], [SNRbreast lesion: 40 keV, 21.01; 50 keV, 16.28; vs. PEI, 10.77; p < 0.001]). Multiple quantitative DECT parameters of malignant breast lesions were higher in the venous phase images than in the arterial phase images (p < 0.001). MEI (+) at 40 keV, ID, and Zeff reconstructions yielded the highest Likert scores for lesion conspicuity. The conspicuity of the mass margin and the visual enhancement were significantly better in 40-keV MEI (+) than in the PEI (p = 0.022, p = 0.033, respectively). Conclusion: Compared with PEI, MEI (+) reconstructions at low keV in the venous phase acquired by DECT improved the objective and subjective assessment of lesion conspicuity in patients with malignant breast lesions. MEI (+) reconstruction acquired by DECT may be helpful for the preoperative evaluation of breast cancer.

      • Beijing Practices Tackling Climate Change

        Impacts of global climate change on Beijing is likely to focus not on climate changes in isolation but on interactions between climate change and other stresses on the city’s growth and development. Beijing’s vulnerabilities related to climate change include an increase in annual average temperatures, possible reductions in average rainfall and run-off, and more heat waves and fewer frosts. Beijing’s GHGs emission from energy consumption is calculated to be nearly 35 million tons of CO2 in 2005. Changing trends of Beijing’s GHGs (Green House Gas) from other sources have been predicted. Beijing’s responses and actions of mitigation and adaptation to climate change are analyzed under a background of the 2008 Olympic Games with particular attention from 2001.         Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope

        Two aerobic, Gram-stain-positive, non-motile, non-sporulating coccoid strains, designated ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321, were isolated from the faeces of Tibetan antelope (Pantholops hodgsonii). Their optimal temperature, NaCl concentration and pH for growth were 28°C, 0.5% (w/v) NaCl and pH 7.5, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 were very similar to each other (99.8%) and had a sequence similarity of 97.0% with Georgenia satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia subflava CGMCC 1.12782T. Phylogenomic analysis based on 688 core genes indicated that these strains formed a clade with G. satyanarayanai NBRC 107612T and Georgenia wutianyii Z294T. The predominant cellular fatty acids were anteiso-C15:0, anteiso-C15:1 A and C16:0. The major menaquinone was MK-8(H4). The cell-wall amino acids consisted of alanine, lysine, glycine and aspartic acid, with lysine as the diagnostic diamino acid. Diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylinositol mannosides and two unidentified lipids formed the polar lipid profile. The DNA G + C content of both isolates was 73.9 mol%. The digital DNA–DNA hybridization value between strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 was 91.2%, but their values with closely related species and other available type strains of the genus Georgenia were lower than the 70% threshold. On the basis of polyphasic taxonomic data, strains ZLJ0423T and ZLJ0321 represent a novel species within the genus Georgenia, for which the name Georgenia faecalis sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is ZLJ0423T (= CGMCC 1.13681T = JCM 33470T).

      • Group Decision-Making Method for Dynamic Cloud Model Based on Cumulative Prospect Theory

        Group decision-making is a situation faced when individuals collectively make a choice from the alternatives before them. Aiming to the drawback that not all plans can be evaluated by a single expert during group decision-making process, a group decision-making method for dynamic cloud distribution is proposed in this paper based on cumulative prospect theory. First, experts and plans were divided into groups according to the classification rule, and plans were described with the cloud model. The expectation, the entropy and the super entropy decision matrix were structured respectively. Then, the maximum and minimum values in decision matrix were set as positive and negative reference points. The parameter values of cumulative cloud prospect were calculated and the synthesis prospect values of every group were obtained. Finally, the plans were sorted based on the mean of synthesis prospect values for every group, and illustrated by specific examples. The ranking results show that the proposed method is rationality and practicability. So the proposed method can be widely used in group decision-making of grouping scheme or grouping expert.

      • Towards Energy-aware Web Service Composition

        In recent years, the Web service composition technology has developed rapidly, as a result, the energy consumption problem is also increasingly prominent. Faced with this situation, the paper firstly gives out the power model of single service; then derives the model of service composition according to its characteristics, and gives out the corresponding QoS constraints at the same time. After finishing the model, the paper talks about the allocation of feasible path, which is one of the problem in model calculation. The author introduces a graph-plan based searching algorithm, and uses the concept of hierarchical search to solve the problem. At last, the experimental results show that compared with traditional methods, the approach in this paper can not only satisfy the user requests with QoS restricted, but also reduce the energy consumption of service composition effectively.

        Hybrid monotonic inclusion measures for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets

        The inclusion measure indicates the degree to which a given partially ordered set is contained in another one. Hybrid monotonic inclusion measure is the rational generalization of inclusion measure. So, the main purpose of this paper is to introduce the hybrid monotonic inclusion measure for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy sets (IVHFSs). Firstly, we present the construction approaches to hybrid monotonic inclusion measures between any two interval-valued hesitant fuzzy elements (IVHFEs) under different order relationships in extended environment. In addition, a new partial order relationship $\leq_{\vee}$ for IVHFEs is also defined, and then some hybrid monotonic inclusion measures under the new partial order $\leq_{\vee}$ for IVHFEs and IVHFSs will be constructed and be proved in detail. Finally, we present some new formulas to calculate the similarity measure and fuzzy entropy derived from the hybrid monotonic inclusion measure for IVHFSs.

        Beryllium-7 and Lead-210 are Associated with an Increase in the Arctic Oscillation: Evidence from Atmospheric Aerosols in a Remote Tropical Region in East Asia

        The Arctic Oscillation (AO) accounts for a large fraction of recent decadal climate trends in Northern Hemisphere (NH) high latitudes. In East Asia, an elevated AO index (AOI) was associated with warmer temperatures in middle- to high-latitude regions, colder temperatures over low-latitude regions, and elevated ozone intrusion from the stratosphere. Elevated beryllium-7 (7Be) is produced in the stratosphere. Few studies have discussed the relationship between 7Be and the AO. Here, we identify the AO signature in 7Be and lead (Pb)-210 observed at a tropical ambient monitoring site in Nanning (22.8°N, 108.5°E) during the December 2014–December 2017 period. Our results show that the 7Be and 210Pb concentrations are positively and significantly correlated with the AOI (P < 0.01). These results show that elevated 7Be and 210Pb are associated with an increase in the AOI, reflecting air masses originating from NH high latitudes and vertically from the high-latitude upper troposphere and lower stratosphere regions to tropical latitudes in East Asia. These results have been verified with ozonesonde data without seasonality and with two meteorological data sets. Our results are also confirmed by observational data over the Pacific regions. We conclude that the AO exerts impacts over the tropical regions in East Asia, and 7Be can be used as a tracer to track the impacts of the AO.
