강정類 製造에 관한 實驗調理的 硏究(Ⅲ) : Baking Powder 配合量에 따른 Texture 에 대하여 Textural Chanqe in Gangjung by added Baking Powder 강정類의 史的 考察 Historic Study on Gangjung

Gangjung was prepared according to the standard cooking method except that the various amount of baking powder was added instead of 2 table spoons of Chungju in mixing the ingredients. In the panel test the best was the one prepared with〔l/4tea spoon baking-powder+ 2 tea spoons Chungju〕 (B_3) and the second was the one prepared with 〔1/2 tea spoon baking powder〕 (B_1) In the test with a texturometer, the cohesiveness of the products B_3 and B_2 which were highly acceptable, were 0.26 and 0.21cm^2, respectively, while their brittleness were 1.21 and 1. 26cm. The number of peaks were found to be 3.1 and 5. 2. The results shown above are in the range of the values of good quality Gang-jung reported or the previous papers, and thus Gangjung in this paper is considered as good in quality as the one prepared with Chungju only.

This study is to provide fundamental data to establish emotional stability, to improve performance by analyzing of stress factor which martial artist can be suffered before and during match . Totally, 611 subjects were participated in this study, Judo players(163), Taekwondo players (213), Boxers(108), Wrestlers (127) who are students at high schools and university in the city of Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeoun, Inchon, Kwangju, and Ulsan. The average age of subjects is 19.7 years, average athletic career is 5.8 years. The method of survey is conducted by the questionnaire of self-administration method, is measured by Likert's 5scale. Using SPSS/PC Win V 10.0, Factor analysis, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA were conducted to treat these data. The following conclusion came out through procedures above mentioned. Firstly, major factors which athletics are suffered are proved as environmental, social, mental, physical, and expectational factors. Secondly, a stress of athletics in university suffered is higher than a stress of athletics in high school suffered in total. Thirdly, the longer career athletics have, the higher stress athletics suffered in the matter of difference of athletic career. The stress athletics in high school have is high in mental factor, and stress athletics in university have is high in expectational factor. Fourth, in the matter of difference of events, wrestlers are under much stress in respects of mental factor and judo players are in respects of expectational factor.

일측 태아사망을 동반한 쌍태임신 1례

The antepartum death of one fetus in twin pregnancy is a rare obstetric complication. One fetal demise of twin pregnancy in the second or third trimester is an unusual and difficult problem in the management of pregnancy. It can be associated with an increased risk for mortality and morbidity in the remaining fetus and with maternal DIC(Disseminated intravascular coagulation). If one fetus in twin pregnancy died in uterus remote from term and another fetus did not, the dead fetus will be compressed between the uterine wall and the membrane of living fetus, becomes a fetus compress or fetus papyraceous. Concern for the surviving fetus after death of its co-twin is balanced between the risk of preterm birth and those involving exposure to events in uterus that may threaten its well-being. Recently we experienced a case of twin pregnancy complicated by the death of one fetus. We represent a case in diamnionic monochorionic twin pregnancy with a brief review of literatures.

혐기성 소화반응에서 Aeration 유무에 따른 수소가스 발생 변화

This study was proceeded to know affect of the aeration on the anaerobic digest reaction by operating the acid reactor and hydrogen reactor and take the aeration at the feeding period of sludge in hydrogen reactor. All experiments were conducted at 35℃ using mineral salts-gluco-se(20 g/L) medium. In the acid reactor, the methane gas production was lasted during the an-aerobic reaction period. In the hydrogen reactor, the hydrogen gas production was lasted during the 9 days, especially high production of hydrogen occurred in 6∼9 days. The initial production of methane gas in hydrogen reactor was limited by aeration which to deteriorate the activity of methanogen, but production of methane gas was increased after 12 days. At the time to produce the hydrogen gas in the anaerobic digestion, the aeration reduce the activity of metanogen which known as obligate anaerobes, the created hydrogen can't covert to methane gas and keep the high production of hydrogen. And we think that hydrogen reactor have to take the occasional aeration to keep production of hydrogen cause the long SRT induce the activation of metanogen.

국내 광고에 표현된 SEX APPEAL

Foreign sexual culture, which is quite liberal when comparing it with Korean's, has been running into the country without control, through the commercial advertisement and mass media, and this is an influence for bad in the society. According to the research it is found that advertisement might be in a strict responsibility for the bad effect. The problems caused by the advertisement of sex appeal can be classified as follows: First, there are a lot of commercials of sex appeal irrelevant to a product only to attract consumer's attention. Second, the original sex appeal advertisement of foreign brand is copied out in the domestic magazines. Third, advertisement of sex appeal in a magazine for juniors and teenagers is too suggestive and extensive. Fourth, in addition to a broad sex appeal, many cuts of homosexuality or mixed love are showed not only in the foreign advertisement, but also in the domestic advertisement. For the problems mentioned above, the following solutions can be suggested: First of all, the great importance of the cultural and social function of advertisement should be considered, besides its economic aspects. Second, the pre-screening system of advertisement should be tightened. Next, the quality of advertisement should be improved by using figurative expression rater than direct sex appeal. Finally, it is necessary to modify the content of foreign advertisement as an agreeable one to the Korean emotion. Uncontrolled advertisement of sex appeal cannot effectively support the marketing which is its main purpose, and it results in the deterioration of human being's body and spirit. As a result, the sex appeal in advertisement has to be sublimated as fresh and healthy energy of living.

Heutzutage lebt man in der heftigen Beeinflussung der modernen Massenkultur. Sie verstzt die modernen Menschen vom Absoluten, Transzendenzen, Religioesen, ins Trivialen, Alltaeglichen. Allegorisch gesagt man lebt in den verschiedenen Show-situationen. Die Gemeinde hat sich verpflichtet, das Evangelium zu verbreiten. Aber nicht einseitig. In der Geschichte haben wir henaue Geweise dafuer, aus welchen Gruenden Luther, Kierkegaard, Nietzsche in je verschiedenen Zeiten solche kritische Taten erregt haben. Sie lebten zeitlich verschieden, aber hatten gemeinsame Aussage, warum sie sich gegen geschlossene Sturktur der Kirchengemeinde erheben. Also die Kirche soll offen sein, wie K.Popper forschte. Jetzt ist es Zeit der Kultur, sozusagen Interaktivitaet. Die Kirche soll mehr offen bleiben, um die moernen Menschen zu Jesus zu fuehren. Sie soll nicht nur Gemiende das Glaubens, sondern auch Gemeinde der Kultur. Durch die kulturelle Taetigkeit wird die christliche Gemeinde offen bleiben gegenueber der Welt. Meiner Forschung nach beeinflusst der Begriff des modernen Massenkultur die Rolle der christilichen Gemeinde. Die Offenheit der modernen christlichen Gemeinde zur Kultur soll sich selbst retten, rettende Gemeinde zu sein der naechsten Zeit, oder nicht.

This study aims to investigate actual conditions of the supply of community facilities of cities in Korea and Japan, by surveying the number of facilities per unit population, and to obtain the fundamental data for regional planning in Korea through comparative analyses. Followings are the results of this investigation : 1) High correlations are found between the population and the number of facilities. 2) The original unit of facilities are classified into four types according to the size of the population and the population density. 3) In general the original unit of facilities and the population per unit facilities hold higher level in Japan than in Korea, but some kinds of facilities stand approximately the same level in both countries.

순환형 최소 자승법을 이용한 이동물체 변위예측에 관한 연구

In this paper, we suggest that moving object displacement algorithm used by RLSM(recursive least square methode). The detect of moving object is differance methode in input image. The detect windows are designed 4's pridective areas and object area, and its size determind by predective coeffecnt of moving object size and center positions with RLSM. As a results, we show that proposed algorithm is good perfomance, estimation error less then 40 pixel, by toy-car simulation.

모터구동형 안전벨트 리트랙터의 구동 메커니즘 설계

Motorized retractors enhance the safety of passengers by removing the slack of webbing and by holding upright driving position. Reliability of a driving mechanism that includes one-way clutch between the driving motor and webbing is directly linked to the safety of passenger. In this research, conditions for locking one-way clutch. and also conditions for sustaining locking are theoretically investigated. The operation of a motorized retractor under realistic conditions is simulated in order to validate the proposed retractor design.
