        고등학교 영어과 수행평가 현황 및 인식 조사 연구

        This study aimed to explore how performance assessment in English is being implemented in high schools in Korea and how it is perceived by both teachers and students. For the purpose of this study, a comprehensive survey was conducted among high school English teachers and their students in Korea. In total, 310 English teachers and 284 students participated in the present study. The results of this study revealed that assessing speaking, in particular, is seriously underrepresented in performance assessment currently being implemented in most high schools. Another noteworthy point is that indirect assessment of speaking (e.g., written discourse completion tasks) as opposed to direct assessment of speaking turned out to be a preferred method of assessing speaking ability among high school teachers in Korea. This indicates that many English teachers still have difficulty implementing speaking performance assessment in school. In addition, this study revealed that more than 40% of surveyed high school English teachers have never received any training on performance assessment. Therefore, these issues need to be urgently addressed.

      • 이중 선회화염의 상호작용 분석을 위한 가시화 연구

        본 연구는 PIV를 통해 비반응장 유동을 가시화하여 이중선회 연소기에서 파일럿과 메인의 상호작용에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 주요변수로는 내부 파일럿 선회각도로 메인의 선회각도를 고정하고 파일럿 선회각도를 변경하여 실험을 진행하였다. 주요한 결과로써 속도분포를 분석한 결과 파일럿 선회각이 15°인 경우에는 유속분포가 파일럿과 메인의 유동장이 모두 높게 나타나는 반면 , 30°와 45°는 메인측의 유동장에서 주로 높은 유속분포를 나타내었다. 이를 통해 앞서 수행된 반응장에서 수치해석결과와 ICCD 카메라를 통해 측정된 CH* 자발광 이미지를 비교하여 파일럿 선회각이 15°의 경우에는 화염 기저부근에서 높은 자발광 강도를 나타내고, 30°와 45°는 메인화염에서 높은 자발광 강도분포를 나타내는 현상을 유동장을 통해 분석하였다. This study was investigated on the interaction between pilot jet and main jet of dual swirling isothermal jets with particle image velocimetry. The swirler angles of pilot jet were varied as main parameter under the condition of fixed main jet swirler angle. The results showed that high velocity flow patterns in pilot and main jet together were distributed in pilot swirler angle of 15°, whereas the high velocity vector in main jet only was distributed in 30° and 45°. Though these PIV measurements were compared with the previous study of numerical simulations and CH* intensity distribution results, it was analyzed 15° contained high CH* intensity in flame base, while the 30° and 45° angle showed high CH* intensity in main flame region.

        상태방정식을 이용한 주유소 탱크에서의 유증기 배출량 산정법에 관한 연구

        This study was investigated the estimation of VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) emission from a gas station tank. To improve the atmosphere environmental quality near the gas station, the installation of vapor recovery system has been expanded recently. Therefore, it was necessary to calculate VOCs emissions from the gas station tank with vapor recovery systems for evaluation of their performance. The VOCs emissions are difficult to measure directly because of various sources and irregularly emission by pressure rise. In this study, VOCs emissions were estimated by simple calculation based on the equation of state for measured pressure, temperature and volume of a gasoline tank at a gas station. The result confirmed that the present national emission factor did not have significant discrepancy with the calculated value.

      • 이중 선회연소기의 화염모드와 Emission에 관한 연구

        Emission characteristics and flame modes of the dual swirl combustor for a micro-gas turbine were investigated experimentally. This burner showed 5 kinds of flame mode that had from low swirl flame to single flame mode. In this study, emissions according to the heating value were measured by gas analyzer in each mode. To investigate correlation of between NOx and heat release, CH* chemiluminescence images were also acquired by ICCD camera with an optic filter. The result showed that the pilot swirl angle 15˚ produced more NOx emissions compared to the 30˚ and 45˚ for the condition of fixed main swirl angle, which are confirmed to the distribution of high CH* chemiluminescence intensity at the flame base.

        An Investigation into the Variability of a Writing Test Using Generalizability Theory

        Because performance assessment such as a composition test introduces a range of factors that may influence the chances of success for a candidate on the test, those in charge of monitoring quality control for performance assessment programs need to gather information that will help them determine whether all aspects of the programs are working as intended. In the present study, generalizability theory (Brennan, 1992) was employed to examine the relative effects of various sources of variability on students" performance on an essay writing test and also to investigate the reliability of the assigned scores. The results showed that due to the largest effect associated with the students" writing ability and negligible effects associated with facets of measurement such as scoring criteria and ratings, the generalizability coefficient estimated for the writing test was high, suggesting that the test is a reliable measure of what it purports to measure, the students" writing ability.

        The flexible routing with flex for the fast delivery

        본 논문의 목적은 빠른 배송을 위한 배송 차량의 유연 회차와 크라우드쉬핑(Crowd Shipping) 배달원인 플렉스를 활용한 “유연 회차와 플렉스” 방식을 제안하고, 풀이 알고리즘을 제안하는 것이다. 알고리즘은 선행 연구에서 성능이 검증된 2-opt를 사용하여 차량 경로를 계산하고, 절약 휴리스틱(Saving heuristic)을 변형한 방식으로 플렉스에 할당할 고객을 계산한다. 알고리즘은 차량과 플렉스를 분리하는 것이 아니라, 상호 보완적으로 운용될 수 있게 한다. 이를 위해 차량 정보가 플렉스 할당 과정에 고려되도록 하였다. 본 연구의 실험은 다양한 도심지의 상황을 상정한 Random, Mixed, Cluster 인스턴스로 구성되었다. 실험 결과 모든 인스턴스에서는 플렉스의 사용이 차량 유연 회차의 효율성을 높여주는 것을 확인하였다. 또 플렉스와 배송 지연 시간 비용에 대한 민감도분석에서는 “유연 회차와 플렉스”가 차량만을 사용하는 방식의 차량 대수에 따라 값에 차이를 보였지만, 플렉스 비용이나 배송 지연 시간 비용이 200% 증가하는 경우에도 우위를 유지하는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 플렉스가 차량과 연계되어 활용되는 경우, 플렉스에 의해 서비스되는 고객뿐만 아니라 차량으로 서비스되는 고객들의 서비스 품질을 높일 수 있음을 보여준다. In this paper, we propose “flexible routing with flex” to provide fast delivery by using the flexible routing for the delivery vehicle and crowd-shipper named flex. To this end, we have introduced an algorithm that can build the delivery plan for delivery vehicles and flexes. The introduced algorithm uses the 2-opt algorithm to construct routes with low complexity and acceptable quality, and the revised saving algorithm to assign customer orders to the flex. The algorithm allows the vehicle and the flex to function complement each other without separating the delivery vehicle from the flex. The experiments consider the 3 different instances named Random, Mixed, Cluster, and show that “the flexible routing with flex” has a better result than “vehicle only”. The sensitivity analysis of the flex cost and time penalty shows “the flexible routing with flex” can provide better service not only to the customers who are serviced by flex but also to the customers who are serviced by the delivery vehicle.

        영어 듣기평가의 영국발음 사용에 대한 교사 의견 조사 연구

        This study aimed to seek secondary school teachers` opinions on issues of including British pronunciation in listening assesment currently being administered to secondary school students twice a year. For the purpose of this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with 39 English teachers from across the country. The results of the present study revealed that a majority of secondary schools have been using the nationwide listening assessment as a substitute for listening performance assessment at the classroom level. Specifically, according to the English teachers interviewed in this study, the results of the nationwide listening assessment are reflected in their students` report cards as part(e.g., 10 to 20%) of performance assessment scores. When asked about their opinions about including British pronunciation in listening assessment, most teachers agreed with the rationale behind using British pronunciation in listening assessment. Some teachers, however, expressed their concerns about this practice because it could lead to extra burden on the part of their students. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions on what needs to done to alleviate those teachers` concerns were made.
