        유아 영어 교사 교육 실태 및 교사 인식

        The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of early childhood English teacher education and assess teachers’ attitudes towards online teacher education. To achieve this, a questionnaire was to distributed to 80 early childhood English teachers. The closed-ended questions were analyzed using frequency analysis, while the open-ended questions were subjected to qualitative analysis. The key findings of the study are outlined below. Firstly, it was discovered that a majority of early childhood English teacher education has shifted from face-to-face to online delivery in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, the most significant advantages of online teacher education are the flexibility in terms of time and space, high attendance rate, and the availability of data sharing. However, the disadvantages of online teacher education include the lack of interaction and communication, low concentration, and a lack of realism in the educational field. Additionally, online teacher education lacks the limited opportunity for classroom demonstrations. Based on the study’s results, the following educational implications can be drawn. Both theory-centered online teacher education and practice-centered face-to-face teacher education should be provided in appropriate proportions. Furthermore, providing a video that demonstrates the process of creating teaching aids could be beneficial.

      • Ultrasmall gold nanoparticles for highly specific isolation/enrichment of N-linked glycosylated peptides

        <P>In recent years, gold nanoparticles have been increasingly utilized as a promising material for biomedical analysis. We report here for the first time the synthesis of ultrasmall gold nanoparticles with core diameter of 1.2 nm functionalized with hydrazide groups and their use in isolation/enrichment of N-glycosylated peptides. Hydrazide-functionalized gold nanoparticles showed excellent stability in biological samples and exhibited a large capacity for peptide capturing. The captured peptides from tested standard glycoproteins were found to be highly specific as determined by Agilent HPLC chip and quadrupole time-of-flight (Q-TOF) mass spectrometer. The hydrazide-functionalized gold nanoparticles were successfully utilized in the isolation of a real proteome complex, which showed that more than 90% of captured product was glycopeptide.         Application of independent component analysis for the data mining of simultaneous Eeg-fMRI: preliminary experience on sleep onset.

        <P>The simultaneous acquisition of electroencephalogram (EEG) and functional MRI (fMRI) signals is potentially advantageous because of the superior resolution that is achieved in both the temporal and spatial domains, respectively. However, ballistocardiographic artifacts along with ocular artifacts are a major obstacle for the detection of the EEG signatures of interest. Since the sources corresponding to these artifacts are independent from those producing the EEG signatures, we applied the Infomax-based independent component analysis (ICA) technique to separate the EEG signatures from the artifacts. The isolated EEG signatures were further utilized to model the canonical hemodynamic response functions (HRFs). Subsequently, the brain areas from which these EEG signatures originated were identified as locales of activation patterns from the analysis of fMRI data. Upon the identification and subsequent evaluation of brain areas generating interictal epileptic discharge (IED) spikes from an epileptic subject, the presented method was successfully applied to detect the theta and alpha rhythms that are sleep onset-related EEG signatures along with the subsequent neural circuitries from a sleep-deprived volunteer. These results suggest that the ICA technique may be useful for the preprocessing of simultaneous EEG-fMRI acquisitions, especially when a reference paradigm is unavailable.</P>

        A Study on the Factors Affecting Anger in Patients With Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

        Objective To identify the factors affecting anger in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) patients who underwent Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2 (MMPI-2).Methods We retrospectively reviewed patients who underwent CAPS and MMPI-2 at Veteran Health Service Medical Center, Seoul, Korea. Based on the CAPS score, the patients were divided into the PTSD group (n=46) and the trauma exposed without PTSD group (n=29). After checking the correlation between anger, CAPS, and MMPI-2 scales, logistic regression analysis was performed to identify the risk factors for clinically relevant symptoms.Results The PTSD group showed significant differences in schizophrenia-related symptoms, ideas of persecution, aggressiveness, psychoticism, and anger scales compared to the trauma-exposed without PTSD group. There was a significant correlation between anger, CAPS, and MMPI-2 except masculinity/femininity, disconstraint, and MacAndrew Alcoholism-Revised. In particular, anger has been shown to have a substantial connection with paranoia, schizophrenia-related symptoms, ideas of persecution, aberrant experiences, and psychoticism. Multiple regression analysis identified that the only significant risk factor for anger was the negative emotionality/neuroticism scale (odds ratio=1.152, p<0.001).Conclusion The PTSD group had increased anger compared to the trauma-exposed without PTSD group, and that negative emotions may be a risk factor for PTSD.

      • 재순서화 기반 이동 트랜잭션 스케쥴링 알고리즘

        무선 통신 기술 및 이동 컴퓨터의 성능이 발전함에 따라, 이동 컴퓨팅 환경을 단순한 단말기로 사용하기보다는 독립된 수행 단위로 이용하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 즉 모든 작업을 서버에게 보내어 결과를 기다리는 대신 이동 컴퓨터에서 직접 수행할 수 있는 알고리즘이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 컴퓨터에서의 트랜잭션 수행 알고리즘을 제안한다. 우리는 낙관적인 기법을 채택하였는데, 이 기법은 (a) 동기화에 필요한 메시지를 적게 필요로 하며, (b) 브로드캐스트 기법의 장점을 얻을 수 있다. 브로드캐스트 기법은 최근 많은 수의 클라이언트에게 정보를 전송할 수 있는 수단으로써 많이 연구되고 있다. 그러나 접근하는 데이타간에 충돌이 빈번하게 발생한다면, 낙관적 기법은 결국 높은 철회율을 보이게 되며, 이는 다시 이동 컴퓨터 자원을 효율적으로 사용하려는 목적과 반대 결과가 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 높은 철회율을 감소시키기 위해 재순서화 개념을 도입하였다. 즉, 충돌이 발견될 경우 데이타의 일관성을 침해하지 않는 범위내에서 충돌 순서를 결정하도록 하는 것이다. 특히 읽기-쓰기 트랜잭션에 대해서는 후위- 재순서화 개념(O-Post)을, 읽기-전용 트랜잭션에 대해서는 전위- 재순서화 개념(O-Pre)을 제안하였으며, 실험에 의하여 성능 향상을 보였다. With the advances in wireless communication and its related technologies, there are a lot of research efforts which intend to utilize mobile computers as a processing unit, rather than just a terminal. That is, the algorithms with which mobile users can execute their jobs have been developed. In this paper, we propose efficient transaction processing algorithms in the mobile computing environment. In particular, we take an optimistic approach because (a) it needs less number of messages for maintaining transactional consistency, and (b) it makes use of broadcasting facilities from the servers. The more the data conflicts occur in the optimistic approach however, the more mobile transactions are aborted, thereby resulting in the inefficient use of limited resources of mobile computing environments. Therefore, we also accept a reordering technique to reduce the possibility of aborts. When a mobile computer finds conflicts, it determines the operation orders semantically so that the order may not violate the data consistency. Considering the type of conflicts, we devise both Post-Reordering algorithm for update transactions and Pre-Reordering algorithm for read-only transactions. We also evaluate the performance behavior through simulation study.

        무선 통신 기술이 발달함에 따라 이동 컴퓨팅 환경의 새로운 속성 및 조건들을 고려할 수 있는 새로운 알고리즘이 필요하게 되었다. 이 논문에서는 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 읽기 전용 트랜잭션의 직렬화가능한(serializable) 수행을 위한 스케쥴링 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법에서는 이동 컴퓨터가 지역 캐쉬를 이용하여 읽기 연산을 수행하며, 서버와 특별한 제어 정보의 교환없이 완료 혹은 철회되도록 한다. 이러한 연산의 수행을 위하여 충돌 연산의 순서를 데이터의 의미를 고려하여 재순서화한다. 그리고 이동컴퓨터는 서버의 주기적인 브로드캐스팅 정보를 이용하여 캐쉬 데이터의 유용성 검사를 수행한다.

        니켈기 초내열합금은 석출강화와 고용강화 효과를 동시에 이용하는 내열 합금으로, 고온에서 기계적 성질이 우수하고 내식성·내마모성 등이 뛰어나 항공용 가스터빈의 Hot section용 부품에 다량 이용된다. 니켈기 초내열합금의 고온기계적 강도는 점차 향상되었으나 상대적으로 성형성은 점차 떨어지게 되었다. 따라서 분말야금 기술이 고강도 초내열합금의 응용에 적용케 되었다. 본 논문에서는 항공용 가스터빈의 디스크 제작을 위한 니켈기 초합금의 근사정형(Near Net Shape) 분말 성형 절차를 소개하고자 한다. Nickel base superalloy is using precipitation and solution hardening. It has superior mechanical property and corrosion resistance in high temperature. Many parts in hot section of aerospace gas turbine use this material. Mechanical property of the superalloy have been improved, but formability have been decreased. In order to form nickel base superalloy, powder metallurgy is applied. In this paper, near net shape forming by powder metallurgy process for gas turbine disk is introduced.
