< 성산계류탁열도 > 재연 분석과 문화콘텐츠로서 가능성

본고는 < 성산계류탁열도 > 재연행사와 관련하여 당대의 탁열세시풍속에 관한 학술적인 재조명을 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 관련 문헌자료의 고증과 검증을 거친 후 문화콘텐츠로서 가능성을 검토하여 재연행사를 정례화하기 위한 방안의 하나로써 시도하였다. 이를 위해 <서하당유고>를 서지학적으로 검토하였으며, 그 결과 < 성산계류탁열도 >는 김성원의 문집을 위해 목판그림으로 간행한 것이 아니라 당대의 보편적인 탁열세시풍속도를 목판으로 제작하여 김성원에 문집에 실린 것임을 밝혔다. 이는 정암수의 문집인 <창랑유집>에도 똑같은 목판본이 실려 있음을 통해 알 수 있었다. 또한 < 성산계류탁열도 > 행사에 같이 참여한 11명의 인물에 대한 행적을 문헌기록을 통해 살펴보았으며, 이들 모두가 성산 일대에서 같이 교유를 나눈 가까운 사이였음을 알 수 있었다. 실제 재연 현장에서 쓰인 대본을 구체적으로 살펴 행위요소에 대한 분석을 시도하였으며, 그 결과 스토리텔링으로서 문화콘텐츠적 요소를 적절히 갖추고 있음을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 문화콘텐츠의 가능성으로서 < 성산계류탁열도 >가 16세기 호남 선비들의 여름나기 풍속행사로서 문화관광상품으로 가치가 있음을 확인하였다. 이를 위해서는 좀더 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발하여 인문학적 체험과 교육의 장으로 활용할 때 그 가치를 높일 수 있다고 생각한다. 이와 같이 체계적이고 조직적으로 운영하여 무등산권의 여타 다른 누정에서도 같이 적용한다면 그 시너지 효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 본다. 또한 무등산권이 광주전남의 문화의 거점으로 제 기능을 할 수 있을 것으로 전망한다. < Seongsangyeorutakyeoldo > replay the events associated with the paper of the day open’ve checked the seasonal customs at thirteen. Watch for this chapter of the humanities experience and education, to develop a variety of content that you can take advantage of. Operating as an organized, systematic, if applied as in other books Mudeungsan pavilion, its effectiveness will increase in the future, it is expected to be able to function as a stronghold of the culture of Gwangju-Jeonnam.

Retrieving the equivalent electromagnetic parameters (permittivity and permeability) plays an important role in the research and application of metamaterials. Frequency dispersion of magnetic permeability has been theoretically predicted in a metamaterial composed of cut wire pairs (CWP) separated by dielectric substrate on the basis of circuit theory. Magnetic resonance resulting from antiparallel currents between the CWP is observed at the frequency of minimum reflection loss (corresponding to absorption peak) and effective resonator size can be determined. Having calculated the circuit parameters (inductance L, capacitance C) and resonance frequency from CWP dimension, the frequency dispersion of permeability of Lorentz like magnetic response can be predicted. The simulated resonance frequency and permeability spectra can be explained well on the basis of the circuit theory of an RLC resonator.

Ability of water extract from Prunella vulgaris Labiatae to stimulate immune system and inhibit tumor metastasis in mice was assessed. In experimental lung metastasis, prophylactic intravenous (i.v.) administration of water extract from P. vulgaris significantly inhibited lung metastasis in a dose-dependant manner. Peritoneal macrophages stimulated with P. vulgaris produced various cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interlukin (IL)-12 as well as induced tumoricidal activity. In an assay for natural killer (NK) cell activity, i.v. administration of P. vulgaris significantly augmented NK cytotoxicity. The depletion of NK cells by injection of rabbit anti-asialo GM1 serum abolished the inhibitory effect of P. vulgaris on lung metastasis of colon26-M3.1 cells. These data demonstrate that P. vulgaris activate innate immune system to inhibit the growth of foreign materials including tumor cells in mice.

Background: Exercise is an important method to control the progression of diabetes. Since diabetes compromises immune function and increases the risk of infectious diseases, we hypothesized that exercise may affect the risk of infection by its immunoprotective effects. However, population-based cohort studies regarding the association between exercise and the risk of infection are limited, especially regarding changes in exercise frequency. The aim of this study was to determine the association between the change in exercise frequency and the risk of infection among patients with newly diagnosed diabetes. Methods: Data of 10,023 patients with newly diagnosed diabetes were extracted from the Korean National Health Insurance Service-Health Screening Cohort. Self-reported questionnaires for moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) were used to classify changes in exercise frequency between two consecutive two-year periods of health screenings (2009–2010 and 2011–2012). The association between changes in exercise frequency and the risk of infection was evaluated using multivariable Cox proportional-hazards regression. Results: Compared with engaging in ≥ 5 times of MVPA/week during both periods, a radical decrease in MVPA (from ≥ 5 times of MVPA/week to physical inactivity) was associated with a higher risk of pneumonia (adjusted hazard ratio [aHR], 1.60; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.03–2.48) and upper respiratory tract infection (aHR, 1.15; 95% CI, 1.01–1.31). In addition, a reduction of MVPA from ≥ 5 to < 5 times of MVPA/week was associated with a higher risk of pneumonia (aHR, 1.52; 95% CI, 1.02–2.27), whereas the risk of upper respiratory tract infection was not higher. Conclusion: Among patients with newly diagnosed diabetes, a reduction in exercise frequency was related to an increase in the risk of pneumonia. For patients with diabetes, a modest level of physical activity may need to be maintained to reduce the risk of pneumonia.
