Diatomaceous earth를 이용한 경제적이고 효율높은 homemade PCR purification column의 제조 및 평가

In recent years the amount of sequencing has increased tremendously, especially due to the introduction of automated DNA sequencing. PCR is principal method for the synthesis of templates for DNA sequencing. Consequently, the need for PCR cleanup for template preparation has increased. Already, many PCR purification kits are marketed. This DNA purification kits uses most glass membrane or silica gel, So, can do rapidly efficient purification by simple miniprep. But, efficiency of purification kits is different according to manufacturer and is very expensive. Therefore, we compare the homemade Diatomaceous earth column with major manufacturer's spin column methods for DNA purification. As a result, we found that the homemade Diatomaceous earth column method resulted in equal or better yields relative to the commercial purification kits.

The zinc titanate sorbents(ZTG40) were prepared and the tests for durability and attrition resistance were carried out to develop the highly effective desulfurization sorbents. In the attrition tests for ZTG40 the results showed that the attrition resistance was 94.08% and that the sulfur capacity was maintained above 15g S/100g sorbent throughout the 100-cycle test, its maximum being 23.05g S/100g sorbent. As compared to sorbents developed by the developed countries, ZTG40 showed superior performances. In the advanced countries 15g S/100g sorbent is a yardstick of excellency for the sulfur capacity of desulfurization sorbents. Therefore, ZTG40 developed in this study has the desirable physical and chemical properties for fluidized desulfurization of coal gases.

This is a report of familial carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS) occuring in four members of two generations of a Korean family. One of those with CTS had surgical release and its pathologic finding was nonspecific fibrotic change. The age of those affected by CTS ranged form 35 to 76 years of age. Family pedigree suggests an autosomal dominant gene. This is belived to be the first case report of familial carpal tunnel syndrome in Korea.

In the point of view a protective relay, the selectivity and sensitivity is very important in its performance. The correct setting of the relay parameter is required. The verification of accurate setting for the protective relay is very difficult before a actual fault occur. In this paper, we proposed the diagnosis expert system as a method to verify the correctness of the relay setting. The developed system proved effectiveness through the tests on the real systems.

The purpose of this study is to elucidate the effect of surfactant on oxygen absorption in the bubble column. The experiment was carried out according to some parametars such as temperature(8∼36℃), concentration of surfactant (1.25×10^(-3)∼5×10^(-3)%), air velocity (0.38∼0.96m/sec) and hole diameter(0.7∼0.9㎜)of plate. The equilibrium concentration of dissolved oxygen, overall transfer coefficient and surface tension were investigated by experimental data. The results indicated that equilibrium concentration of dissolved oxygen decreased approximately by 5∼20% on water without surfactant and overall transfer coefficient decreased approximately by 10∼30% on water without surfactant.

본 연구는 기업경영의 투명성을 기업내용공시의 투명성으로 정의하여 公示透明性指數가 企業成果에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과, (1) 공시투명성지수는 市場價値 대 帳簿價値比率(MBR)과 정(+)의 유의적인 상관관계를 보여, 공시투명성지수가 높은 기업이 시장에서 높게 평가받고 있었다. (2) 공시투명성지수는 외국인투자자지분율과 정(+)의 유의적인 상관관계를 보여, 외국인투자자들이 공시투명성을 중요한 투자판단기준으로 고려하고 있다는 것을 보여 주었다. (3) 공시투명지수는 대주주1인지분율과 정(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 이는 외국인투자자들의 감시와 기업지배구조제도의 정착 및 공시위반에 대한 제재강화로 대주주의 불공정행위 유인이 통제되고 있는 데 따른 것으로 보인다. (4) 공시투명성지수는 일일주가수익률의 연간변동성과 부(-)의 유의적인 상관관계를 보여, 공시투명성지수가 높은 기업은 주어진 정보에 대하여 주가가 덜 과민하게 반응하는 것으로 나타났다. 상기의 결과는 우리나라에서 개별기업의 공시투명성 차이가 기업내용에 대한 신뢰도와 평가 차이로 이어지는 등 공시투명성에 대한 시장기능이 작동하고 있다는 것을 나타내 주고 있다.

유산소 운동이 비만 여중생의 신체조성·혈중지질 및 심폐기능에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this is to find out how aerobic exercise affects the body composition. blood lipid and cardiorespiratory function of obese female in a middle school. The subjects were 20 obese girls who were selected from Bgirls middle school in Chun Chon city. There were 10 girls in each control group and experimental group three times a week for ten weeks. During the experiment the subjects did aerobic exercise. such as 12min running for 50min a day. The intensity of the exercise is 60-70% HRmax 1.In the body composition variables the experimental group showed significant decrease only in %fat(p<.05). But there were nonsignificant differences between the control group and the experimental group. 2.Among the blood lipid variable experimental group showed significant decrease in TC(p<.01) and LDL-C(p<.01). There were also significant differences between two groups. In the experimental group. TC/HDL-C(p<.01) and LDL-C/HDL-C(p<.05) had been decreased significantly. There were showed differences between two groups in these two factors. 3.In the cardiorespiratory functions VO2max(ml/kg/min) increased significantly(p<.05) in the experimental group. And there was a significant differences between two group(p<0.1) We could show the significant differences in VO2max/LBM(ml/kg/min) only between two group(p<.05) To summarize. I can this: aerobic exercise is very effective program for the obese female students. Because it can affact the body composition. blood lipid cardiorespiratory function.
