전문상담교사의 동료 슈퍼비전 경험에 관한 합의적 질적 연구

본 연구에서는 전문상담교사를 대상으로 동료 슈퍼비전 경험과 그 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 동료 슈퍼비전 경험이 있는 전문상담교사 9명을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 심층 면담을 통해 수집된 자료는 합의적 질적 연구방법의 자료 분석과정을 통해 분석하였고 자료 분석과정에는 3명의 평정팀과 1명의 감수자로 구성된 연구팀이 참여하였다. 자료 분석 결과, 3개의 영역, 13개의 범주, 36개의 하위범주가 도출되었다. 전문상담교사들은 상담교사 업무에 대한 어려움으로 인해 상대적으로 부담감이 적은 동료 슈퍼비전을 시작하고 있었다. 참여자들은 동료 슈퍼비전 과정을 통해 상담 업무 및 역할에 대한 이해뿐만 아니라 정서적지지, 지역네트워크를 형성하고 있었으며 동료 슈퍼비전 후 사례에 대한 전문성 향상, 정체성 및 연대감을 형성하고 성장 동기를 다지게 되는 변화를 경험하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 논의를 하였으며 학교 상담자 교육에 대한 실제적 의의와 동료 슈퍼비전 연구에 대한 학문적 의의 및 제한점을 제시하였다. This study examined the peer supervision experience of school counselors by understanding the beginning, the process, and the subsequent change of peer supervision experience. In-depth interviews were conducted with nine school counselors experienced in peer supervision. The data collected through in-depth interviews were analyzed through the consensus qualitative research method, and a research team composed of three evaluation teams and one auditor participated in the data analysis process. Next, 3 areas, 13 categories, and 36 sub-categories were derived. While counselors use supervision as a general method to counsel students, the supervision method may be difficult to process and use because of the counselors’ workload. Therefore, the school counselors in this study used the peer supervision experience method as it was more efficient and was able to relieve the burden that the school counselors faced. Participants connected emotionally, formed local networks, and understood counseling tasks and roles through the peer supervision process. Following the peer supervision method, I experienced changes such as improved expertise and sense of identity and solidarity and increased motivation. Based on these results, discussions were conducted, and the practical significance of school counselor education, academic significance, and limitations of peer supervision research were presented.

저널쓰기 집단상담 프로그램이 임용고사를 앞둔 대학생의 불안과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과

본 연구의 목적은 임용고사를 앞둔 대학생의 불안을 낮추고 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한, 저널쓰기 집단상담 프로그램을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구와 초점집단 인터뷰를 통한 요구조사를 분석하여 프로그램의 목적과 활동 요소를 추출한 후 기획-구성-실시-평가의 4단계를 거쳐 잠정적인 프로그램을 개발하고 전문가의 자문과 예비적용을 통해 수정ㆍ보완하여 총 8회기의 최종 프로그램을 구성하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 사범계열 대학생 26명을 대상으로 2015년 6월부터 7월까지, 주 2회 4주간 적용하고 사전-사후-추수 통제집단 연구설계에 따라 그 효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 실험집단의 불안이 유의한 감소를 보였으며 6주 후에도 감소 효과가 유지되었고, 자아존중감이 유의한 향상을 보였으며 6주 후에도 향상 효과가 유지되었다. 이후 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 임용고사를 앞둔 대학생의 심리적 건강에 대한 학문적 관심을 환기시키고, 불안 감소와 자아존중감 향상에 효과적인 저널쓰기 방법을 다양한 교육 및 상담 현장에 활용할 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program designed to alleviate anxiety and improve self-esteem of college students preparing for the public school appointment test and validate its effect on their anxiety and self-esteem. Data were collected from 26 college of education students who volunteered to participate in the program. This program was conducted for a total of 8 sessions, two times per week, for four weeks. The results from this study are as follows: First, the program demonstrates significant effects on anxiety. The participants who participated in the program exhibit significant lower levels of anxiety than those who did not and the effects lasted for 6 weeks. Second, the program demonstrates significant effects on self-esteem. The participants in the experimental group exhibit significant higher levels of self-esteem than those in the control group. Additionally, the positive effects lasted for 6 weeks.

여성상담자의 괜찮은 일(Decent Work)에 대한개념도 연구

본 연구는 개념도 방법을 활용하여 상담자의 ‘괜찮은 일(Decent Work)’에 대한 여성상담자의 인식을 확인하고 추후 여성상담자들의 진로 및 상담자의 일에 대한 의미있는 시사점을 도출하고자 진행되었다. 이러한 연구목적을 위해 상담경력 3년 이상의 여성상담자 15명과의 인터뷰를 통해 상담자의 괜찮은 일에 대한 내용을 추출하였고 이를 바탕으로 57개의 최종 진술문을 도출하였다. 또한 인터뷰에 참여한 15명 중 14명의 여성상담자들이 도출된 최종 진술문을 유사성에 따라 분류하고 중요도를 평정하였고, 이러한 유사성 분류 자료를 토대로 다차원 척도법과 군집분석을 실시한 결과, 여성상담자들은 상담자의 괜찮은 일을 2개의 차원, 5개의 범주로 인식하고 있었다. 구체적으로 2개의 차원은 ‘외재적 가치-내재적 가치’차원과 ‘개인적 영역-직업적 영역’차원으로 명명되었으며, 5개의 범주는 ‘사생활과 편의성의 보장’, ‘자기성장 및 욕구 충족’, ‘전문성과 주체성에 대한 인정’, ‘상담의 특수성을 고려한 업무지원’, ‘실리적 보상과 시설의 구비’로 명명되었다. 각 범주에 대한 중요도 평정 결과는 ‘자기성장 및 욕구 충족’과 ‘상담의 특수성을 고려한 업무지원’이 가장 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 기초하여 본 연구의 의미를 논의하고 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다. This study was conducted to verify the female counselor s perception of decent work as a counselor, and to derive meaningful implications toward their career at present and in future. Apropos this the contents of counselors decent work were extracted through interviews with 15 female counselors with more than three years of counseling experience. Based on the interviews, 57 statements were finally derived. Of the 15 counsellors interviewed, 14 categorized and evaluated the final statements for similarity. Based on this similarity classification data, female counselors recognized the decent work of counselors in two dimensions and five categories. The two dimensions were external and internal value and personal and occupational domain. The five categories were: guarantee of privacy and convenience, self-growth and fulfillment of needs, recognition of professionalism and independence, support of work considering the specificity of counseling, and provision of practical compensation and facilities. Based on these results, the meaning of this study is discussed, and suggestions for further study are presented.
