Recently, many people have become interested in seismic stability enhancement and a chain of research and development be proceed for application of nuclear power plant according to increase the frequency and magnitude of earthquake event. Such as seismic isolation system is applied to general structure (architecture, bridge and LNG tank etc.) from ancient times. But the application results is limited for Nuclear power plant. In this paper, we proposed a stability of variable axial load from beyond design basis earthquake in Nuclear power plant. Also, the change of stiffness in isolator from the application of generally design equation is not equal to according to change in axial load compare with the experimental result in variable axial load. Therefore we proposed the empirical formula of design equation from test result of full-scale multi-lead rubber bearing for seismic analysis with real behavior (variable axial load) in the earthquake motion.
스프링 유무에 따른 가동자석형 직선형 액추에이터의 동특성해석 및 실험

This paper deals with the dynamic analysis and experiments of moving-magnet linear actuator with/without spring. On the basis of two dimensional (2-D) analytical solutions and experiments, control parameters such as thrust constant, back-emf constant, inductance and resistance are obtained. And then, dynamic simulation algorithm is established from the voltage and motion equation. Finally, for various values of frequency, dynamic simulation results for characteristics of current and displacement of moving-magnet linear actuator with and without spring are presented and confirmed through the experiments. In particular, This paper applies the PWM voltage waveform obtained from a DSP for bidirectional voltage drive to the actuator.

Corrosion is of greatest concern for metallic materials exposed to corrosive seawater or aggressive marine atmospheres.Marine structures and components made of metallic materials incur an initial cost and additional large costs for corrosion control and maintenance. There have been worldwide efforts to minimize marine corrosion and extend service life of the materials. It is believed that various factors are associated with corrosion of marine grade metallic materials, particularly the temperature of the solution affecting the corrosion rate by changing dissolved oxygen solubility and concentrations of chloride. In the present study, the electrochemical characteristics of S355ML steel are investigated to identify corrosion acceleration tendencies with changes in solution temperature under marine environments. It was found that increasing seawater temperature, promoted not only activation of chloride ion transfer,but also the formation of porous Fe(OH)3 or Fe2O3, leading to the acceleration of corrosion.
터키의 경제안정화와 공공부채: 신흥시장국의 통화정책과 재정정책에 대한 시사점

This paper aims to empirically examine the effects of stabilization policies on supply and demand in Turkey during the 2000s. Turkey implemented economic restructuring with export-led growth in the 1980s and experienced an economic crisis at the time of trade liberalization in the 1990s. Afterwards, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the prime minister of Turkey, pursued economic stabilization policy in the 2000s. However, Turkey has faced economic fragility due to external shocks such as the eurozone crisis, domestic consumption-led growth of China, and uncertainty facing the US economy. This study discusses characteristics of emerging economies facing the global recession and structural fragility of their economies, and explains Turkish macroeconomic policies which have different characteristics from those of advanced countries. In particular, high inflation has contributed to a reduction of nominal government debt and a balanced budget, but it has also increased speculative behavior in financial markets with a market opening. The empirical analysis is based on a New Keynesian dynamic stochastic general equilibrium (DSGE) model, which is estimated using maximum likelihood with inflation, GDP, interest rate and public debt as explanatory variables. The results show that the monetary policy of the Turkish Central Bank achieved price stabilization during the last decade though not a significant reduction in fiscal deficit. Turkey is regarded by many as one of fragile emerging economies facing external shocks. To improve economic stability, policy makers should put efforts on structural reforms while increasing investment and labor market flexibility on top of price stabilization.
