Competition in supply chain has moved from between being organizations to between supply chain. To enhance competitiveness in supply chain, there is a need for organisations to establish and manage collaborative relationships among supply chain partners and share operational and strategic information timely and accurately. As a result, food supply chain partners have adopted of inter organisational information systems (IOIS) such as EDI, IEDI, RFID, internet, and extranets to facilitate exchange of information, streamline production and to effectively manage inventory processes so as to deliver value to the customer. Together with IOIS, cybermediaries also plays a key role in facilitating agriculture and food supply chain. This paper investigates the role and significance of IOIS and cybermediaries in facilitating agriculture and food supply chain. Convergent interviewing was conducted with agriculture producers, food processors and retailers. The study identified logistics, supply chain and customer services benefits perceived from implementing IOIS and utilising cybermediaries services in the food supply chain. To conclude the conceptual paper outlined managerial implications and areas for future research.

The magnitude of the rise in inflation rate in Indonesia during the height of the 1997 financial crisis was among the sharpest that the East Asian economies has ever witnessed in the recent decades. This paper empirically tests the monetary hypotheses of inflation and compares and contrasts the sources of price changes during the pre- and post-1997 financial crisis. We find a high explanatory power of the monetary model for the post-crisis period, but not for the pre-crisis. The high volatilities of the local currency and the unprecedented rapid growth rate of base money during the post-crisis are found to be the two key monetary determinants of the inflation in the country.
Association between body shape misperception and unhealthy eating behaviors among Korean adolescents

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: Body shape misperception (BSM) is the disagreement between the subjectively perceived body size and body mass index. This study investigated the association between BSM and unhealthy eating behaviors (UEB) among Korean adolescents. SUBJECTS/METHODS: This cross-sectional study used data from the 2019 Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey with 55,748 participants. UEB were measured according to the weekly consumption frequency of caffeinated energy drinks, fast food, carbonated beverages, and sugar-sweetened beverages. The covariates included demographic and socioeconomic characteristics and health-related factors. Multiple logistic regression analysis determined the association between BSM and UEB. RESULTS: Among the participants, 37,607 (67.5%) reported UEB. The gap between UEB among those with BSM was the largest between the underestimated and accurately estimated groups. Participants who underestimated their body shape were likelier to engage in UEB (adjusted odds ratio [AOR], 1.18; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.11–1.25). Both sexes with underestimation of body size showed an association with UEB compared to those with accurate estimations (girls: AOR, 1.19; 95% CI, 1.09–1.30; boys: AOR, 1.16; 95% CI, 1.08–1.26). CONCLUSIONS: Underestimating body shape can provoke UEB among Korean adolescents. The need for appropriate school health interventional programs to prevent underestimating body shape is emphasized to avoid UEB.

Indonesia, confronting a significant population grappling with disabilities, has witnessed a surge in disability prevalence, prompting a call for compre-hensive health solutions. The 2014 initiation of the Social Security Agency on Health, or Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS) program, aims to alleviate financial burdens and enhance overall health, specifically targeting persons with disabilities (PwD). Health insurance reforms, with a focus on expanding coverage for rehabilitation services and assistive devices, harbor the potential to ameliorate the physical abilities of PwD in daily life activities. However, the specific impact of these reforms on the functional abilities of individuals with disabilities, particularly in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), remains underexplored. This study investigates outcomes related to physical abilities before and after the implementation of the National Health Insurance policy by utilizing secondary data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS). The analysis focuses on 2,296 disabled individuals from IFLS4 (pre-reform) and 3,463 from IFLS5. Physical abilities were measured through ADL and IADL exercises, employing logistic regression models to assess the impact of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional implementation on the abilities of PwDs, adjusting for potential confounders. In 2015, a higher percentage of participants reported good physical ability compared to 2008, signifying a potential improvement following the reform. Observations included shifts in education levels, marital status, and residence, with an inclination toward higher education, diverse marital statuses, and a reduction in rural participants in 2015. A noteworthy increase in participants with health insurance in 2015 compared to 2008 was observed. The distribution of health conditions changed, indicating an increase in healthy participants and a decrease in unhealthy participants in 2015 (adjusted odds ratio [aOR]: ADL 6.16, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 4.41-8.63; IADL 3.39, 95% CI: 2.71-4.25). The implementation of the BPJS program positively impacted the physical abilities and overall conditions of individuals with disabilities. Emphasis was placed on the role of accessible healthcare services, the importance of insurance coverage, and the necessity for evidence-based policies promoting inclusivity and equity. Policymakers were urged to prioritize initiatives supporting the well-being of individuals with disabilities in Indonesia. The study also outlined limitations and suggested future research directions for a more comprehensive understanding of factors influencing physical abilities in this population.
On a Class of Spirallike Functions associated with a Fractional Calculus Operator
SELVAKUMARAN, KUPPATHAI APPASAMY,BALACHANDAR, GEETHA,RAJAGURU, PUGAZHENTHI Department of Mathematics 2015 Kyungpook mathematical journal Vol.55 No.4
In this article, by making use of a linear multiplier fractional differential operator $D^{{\delta},m}_{\lambda}$, we introduce a new subclass of spiral-like functions. The main object is to provide some subordination results for functions in this class. We also find sufficient conditions for a function to be in the class and derive Fekete-$Szeg{\ddot{o}}$ inequalities.

Cancer is a disease which has the huge burden in worldwide, and cancer is the number one cause of death in Korea. At this point, the new framework for cancer monitoring index is required for regional cancer monitoring. Especially, cancer survivors are the important target which is rapidly increasing recently, also cancer survivor’s quality of care should be considered in the cancer monitoring index framework. To develop the Multidimensional Cancer Monitoring Index considering cancer survivor’s quality of care, we took into account cancer continuum which including prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, assessment of quality of care and monitoring cancer patient, and end-of life care for stage. For target, components of health care delivery system such as patient, family, provider, payer, and policy maker are included. Also, Donabedian model which is a framework for examining health services and evaluating quality of health care such as structure, process, and outcome is applied to contents. This new cancer monitoring framework which includes multidimensional components could help to develop regional cancer monitoring index, and to make national cancer management and prevention policy in the future.
