        結構, 解構, 建構 : 論魯迅文體思想及文體/文??構??

皇甫積慶 韓國外國語大學校 外國學綜合硏究센터 中國硏究所 2004 中國硏究 Vol.34 No.-

According to this thesis, in the history of modern Chinese literary form, Luxun's reviews contain profound and abundant literary thoughts and serve as a theoretic basis for modern Chinese literary form. This thesis presents those theoretic ideas step by step. In the construction of Luxun's writing style, there exists three patterns: obeying rules, departing from rules and reestablishing rules. This thesis proves Luxun to be a creative and original model for the many forms of modern Chinese Literature after analyzing the characteristics in such essays as: Crying Out, Wild Grass, Newly Compiled Stories.

        陣慶紀(CHEN Qing-Ji) 한림대학교 아시아문화연구소 2007 아시아문화 Vol.- No.24

Magic is one of the important themes in Chinese ancient novels, it is imported from the Western Region in Han dynasty, and it stems from the magical power story of the classics of Buddhism. The eminent monks those come from India and the Western Regions start from preaching utility, demonstrate magic on the spot, and promote magic spread in China greatly. After magic being transported into China, it combines with local original sorcery faith, thoughts of the five elements and yin-yang theory, and is gradually influenced by Buddhism Esoteric and the folk secret religion White Lotus sect of Ming and Qing dynasty, at last forms the magic pattern with unique characteristics. The popular novels of Ming and Qing dynasty absorb nutriments of traditional magic motif, greatly expend magic scope of expression, and form new surmount features. This text combs the relation between magic motif and popular novels of Ming and Qing dynasty, investigate its some characteristics of happening, developing and surmounting on the base of differentiating origin of magic motif. Magic is mysterious and unreal, but it expands content of expression of the ancient novels, brings illusion and amusement of the complicated and confusing to people, and has certain value of exist and social sense.

Comparison of Physicochemical Properties of Extruded Ginseng Samples

Ji, Yan-Qing,Yang, Hye-Jin,Tie, Jin,Kim, Mi-Hwan,Ryu, Gi-Hyung The Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition 2008 Preventive Nutrition and Food Science Vol.13 No.4

This study compared the physicochemical properties of root hair of white ginseng (WG), root hair of tissue cultured mountain ginseng (MG), root hair of red ginseng (RG) and extruded ginseng samples. The comparison of crude ash and total sugar resulted insignificant differences between extruded and raw samples. MG had a higher content of crude ash, crude protein, amino acids and polyphenolic compound than WG and RG; the total sugar and reducing sugar were highest in RG. Crude fat and acidic polysaccharide in RG and WG were similar to and higher than MG. Crude saponin of treated samples WG1 (moisture content 25%, barrel temperature $110^{\circ}C$) and WG3 (moisture content 35%, barrel temperature $110^{\circ}C$) were 9.80% and 9.73%, respectively, which were the highest among ginseng samples. In conclusion, the extrusion process can be applied to red ginseng manufacturing, and some characteristics of MG were higher than in RG and WG.

소비자 적개심과 국가이미지가 제품평가에 미치는 영향: 중국과 러시아에 대한 비교연구

        Qing Ji Fan,이정열 한국국제경영관리학회 2015 국제경영리뷰 Vol.19 No.3

The main objective of this research is for us to empirically explore how consumer animosity and country image affect product evaluation. For this, we analyzed the difference between two emerging markets (i.e. China and Russia) by conducting empirical analyses on Korean consumers. As our empirical results, we acquired two sub-dimensions of country image - cognitive country image and affective country image - and confirmed that the impact of cognitive country image and affective country image has a difference according to consumers’ evaluation countries (i.e. China and Russia). Implications of these findings not only provide theoretical evidence to the study of consumer animosity and country image of emerging markets, but also draw an empirical evidence to the strategic management of Chinese and Russia multinational enterprises, who try to enter overseas countries.

Transcription changes of a putative trehalose-6-phosphate synthase gene in response to hormone stimulation in Leptinotarsa decemlineata (Say)

        Ji-Feng Shi,Qing-Yu Xu,Wen-Chao Guo,Guo-Qing Li 한국응용곤충학회 2016 Journal of Asia-Pacific Entomology Vol.19 No.3

Trehalosemetabolism is critical for production of ATP, provision of carbon source, and facilitation of carbohydrate absorption. Trehalose-6-phosphate synthase (TPS) is a rate-limiting enzyme in trehalose biosynthesis. In the present paper, a TPS gene (LdTPS)was cloned inLeptinotarsa decemlineata. At young larval instars, the expression levels of LdTPS were high just before and right after ecdysis, and were low at the mid instar stages. In the fourthinstar larvae, two peaks occurred at 24 h after ecdysis and at the wandering stage. In vitro midgut culture and an in vivo bioassay revealed that 20E stimulated LdTPS transcription. Conversely, a reduction of 20E by RNA interference (RNAi) of a prothoracicotropic hormone receptor gene LdTorso and an ecdysteroidogenesis gene LdSHD repressed LdTPS expression. Moreover, disruption of 20E signaling by knockdown of LdEcR, LdE75 and LdFTZ-F1 reduced LdTPS transcript levels. Similarly, in vitro culture and an in vivo bioassay showed that exogenous JH or JH analog methoprene and pyriproxyfen activated LdTPS expression. An increase in endogenous JH by RNAi of an allatostatin gene LdAS-C enhanced the transcription. In contrast, a decrease in JH by silencing of a JH biosynthesis gene LdJHAMT downregulated LdTPS expression. Moreover, knockdown of LdILP2 repressed LdTPS transcription. Therefore, LdTPS transcription is tuned by 20E, JH and ILP signaling pathways in L. decemlineata.

Fermentation Characteristics for Extruded Hair of Tissue Cultured Mountain Ginseng

        Ji, Yan-Qing,Yang, Hye-Jin,Tie, Jin,Kim, Mi-Hwan,Yang, Jae-Ghan,Chung, Ki-Wha,Ryu, Gi-Hyung The Korean Society of Food Science and Nutrition 2009 Preventive Nutrition and Food Science Vol.14 No.2

Effects of extrusion conditions (barrel temperature and moisture content) and fermentation time on the antioxidant properties of root hair of tissue cultured raw mountain ginseng (MG) were investigated. The barrel temperature/ moisture combinations were: $110^{\circ}C$/25% (MG1), $140^{\circ}C$/25% (MG2), $110^{\circ}C$/35% (MG3) and $140^{\circ}C$/35% (MG4). Red ginseng (RG) was also investigated. The contents of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and polyphenolic increased after fermentation in RG and even more in MG, while extruded ginseng samples exhibited little change. The increases noted with MG and RG occurred during the first 4 days of fermentation. DPPH radical scavenging activity decreased after extrusion and was significantly higher in MG (20.93%) than RG (1.63%) on the first day of fermentation. DPPH radical scavenging activity in the barrel temperature/moisture combinations were 19.01% (MG1), 14.45% (MG2), 20.37% (MG3) and 15.78% (MG4). The content of polyphenolic compounds in ginseng samples displayed a similar trend. Acidic polysaccharide in RG and MG1${\sim}$MG4 were higher than MG, but decreased during fermentation. Crude saponin in RG and MG1${\sim}$MG4 decreased after 15 days of fermentation, while increasing in MG.

An exploratory study of stress wave communication in concrete structures

        Ji, Qing,Ho, Michael,Zheng, Rong,Ding, Zhi,Song, Gangbing Techno-Press 2015 Smart Structures and Systems, An International Jou Vol.15 No.1

Large concrete structures are prone to cracks and damages over time from human usage, weathers, and other environmental attacks such as flood, earthquakes, and hurricanes. The health of the concrete structures should be monitored regularly to ensure safety. A reliable method of real time communications can facilitate more frequent structural health monitoring (SHM) updates from hard to reach positions, enabling crack detections of embedded concrete structures as they occur to avoid catastrophic failures. By implementing an unconventional mode of communication that utilizes guided stress waves traveling along the concrete structure itself, we may be able to free structural health monitoring from costly (re-)installation of communication wires. In stress-wave communications, piezoelectric transducers can act as actuators and sensors to send and receive modulated signals carrying concrete status information. The new generation of lead zirconate titanate (PZT) based smart aggregates cause multipath propagation in the homogeneous concrete channel, which presents both an opportunity and a challenge for multiple sensors communication. We propose a time reversal based pulse position modulation (TR-PPM) communication for stress wave communication within the concrete structure to combat multipath channel dispersion. Experimental results demonstrate successful transmission and recovery of TR-PPM using stress waves. Compared with PPM, we can achieve higher data rate and longer link distance via TR-PPM. Furthermore, TR-PPM remains effective under low signal-to-noise (SNR) ratio. This work also lays the foundation for implementing multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) stress wave communication networks in concrete channels.

Clinical Microbiology and Biomedical Sciences : Construction and Characterization of an Enhanced GFP-Tagged TIM-1 Fusion Protein

( Ji Lin Qing ),( Hai Bing Xiao ),( Lin Zhao ),( Gui Fang Qin ),( Li Hua Hu ),( Zhi Zhong Chen ) 한국미생물 · 생명공학회 2014 Journal of microbiology and biotechnology Vol.24 No.4

TIM-1 (also known as KIM-1 and HAVcr-1) is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein member of the TIM family that may play important roles in innate and adaptive immune responses. The overexpression of proteins associated with membrane proteins is a major obstacle to overcome in studies of membrane protein structures and functions. In this study, we successfully coupled the overexpression of the TIM-1 protein with a C-terminal enhanced green fluorescent protein (GFP) tag in Escherichia coli. To the best of our knowledge, this report is the first to describe the overexpression of human TIM-1 in E. coli. The purified TIM-1-EGFP fusion protein recognized and bound directly to apoptotic cells and did not to bind to viable cells. Furthermore, we confirmed that the interactions of TIM-1-EGFP with apoptotic cells were blocked by TIM-1-Fc fusion proteins. This fusion protein represents a readily obtainable source of biologically active TIM-1 that may prove useful in future studies of human TIM-1.
