<P>Mo doped Li excess transition metal oxides formulated as 0.3Li[Li<SUB>0.33</SUB>Mn<SUB>0.67</SUB>]O<SUB>2</SUB>·0.7Li[Ni<SUB>0.5-<I>x</I></SUB>Co<SUB>0.2</SUB>Mn<SUB>0.3-<I>x</I></SUB>Mo<SUB>2<I>x</I></SUB>]O<SUB>2</SUB> were synthesized using the co-precipitation process. The effects of the substitution of Ni and Mn with Mo were investigated for the density of the states, the structure, cycling stability, rate performance and thermal stability by tools such as first principle calculations, synchrotron X-ray diffraction, field-emission SEM, solid state <SUP>7</SUP>Li MAS nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), elemental mapping by scanning TEM (STEM), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) and a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). It was confirmed that high valence Mo<SUP>6+</SUP> doping of the Li-excess manganese-nickel-cobalt layered oxide in the transition metal enhanced the structural stability and electrochemical performance. <P>Vertically aligned ZnO nano/submicrorods are grown on periodically polarity-inverted (PPI) ZnO templates by a solution-based growth method without any catalyst. For the selective growth of ZnO submicrorods, PPI ZnO structures are used for templates made by using a polarity control technique of ZnO with CrN and Cr2O3 intermediate layers. After syntheses of ZnO nanostructures on PPI ZnO, the vertically aligned ZnO rods were grown only onto the Zn-polar regions.</P>

<P>The efficiency of an AlGaN deep-ultraviolet light-emitting diode with peak emission wavelength of 285 nm is investigated as a function of current over a wide range of temperatures (110 K to 300 K). We find that the efficiency-versus-current curve exhibits unique and distinct features over the entire temperature range including three points of inflection. At low temperatures, the change in slope in the efficiency-versus-current curve is particularly pronounced producing a minimum in the efficiency after which the efficiency rises again. Furthermore, at high current density, the low-temperature efficiency exceeds the room-temperature efficiency. The feature-rich efficiency-versus-current curve is consistent with an enhancement in p-type conductivity by field-ionization of acceptors that occurs in the high-injection regime and is particularly pronounced at low temperatures. Differential conductivity measurements show a marked rise in the high-injection regime that is well correlated to the minimum point in the efficiency-versus-current curve.</P>

The use of Internet is increasing recently and the damage caused by hacking, internet worms or virus is spreading. We are operating computer vaccine(Anti-Virus) and all sorts of security equipment for blocking hacking and malignant programs but it doesn't fundamentally solve the cause. In this paper, it automatically controls a security set of Windows Operating System setup and the vulnerability which becomes the basic cause of hacking and malignant programs. The security set of Windows Operating System is set by the policy of a manager and the policy which is set is automatically applied in target windows systems. In this paper, it proposes the technology the manager of a center will be able to control the security function of Windows Operating System.

최근 윈도우의 취약점을 이용하는 웜 및 바이러스로 인한 정보시스템과 네트워크에 대한 피해가 급속히 증가하고 있다. 윈도우의 취약점을 이용한 공격에 대한 해결방법은 해당 취약점은 적시에 신속하게 패치를 설치하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 패치관리시스템이 관리자의 개입을 요구하기 때문에 패치를 신속하게 적용할 수 없는 단점을 보완하여, XML 기술을 기반으로 MS 다운로드 센터에서 패치를 자동으로 다운받아 클라이언트까지 자동으로 보안패치파일을 설치하는 보안패치 자동관리 시스템을 제안한다.

인터넷 및 네트워크의 사용이 일반화됨으로써 컴퓨터 시스템을 사용하지 않는 분야 및 사용자가 없을 정도이다. 컴퓨터 시스템을 사용함에 있어 순기능이 있는 반면 이에 대한 역기능 또한 급속하게 증가하고 있다. 역기능 중 가장 심각한 문제를 발생시킬 수 있는 부분이 웜 및 바이러스, 또한 악의적인 목적이 해킹 등이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 각종 보안시스템 및 소프트웨어를 도입하여 사용하고 있지만 이에 앞서 일반적으로 사용하는 윈도우즈 시스템 자체에 포함되어 있는 각종 보안 설정을 통하여 근본적인 원인을 해결할 수 있다면 악의적인 목적에 의한 피해는 미연에 방지할 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 위도우즈 시스템 자체에 있는 보안설정 기능을 자동으로 설정 및 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.
