      • Research on the Impact of Information Sharing on the Stone Trade Supply Chain between China and South Korea

        Purpose - Based on the important influence of information, this paper studies the impact of information sharing on the Stone trade supply chain achievements between China and Korea and the influencing factors of information sharing in the stone trade supply chain. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on the important role of information sharing, this study explored the connotation of information sharing, the categories of influencing, factors and the types of supply chain achievements through theoretical traceability, and empirically analyzed the correlation between various variables through questionnaires and spss.12. Findings - This study believes that the influencing factors of information sharing include information sharing intention, transaction dependence, enterprise reputation, product characteristics, and information reading ability. The stone trade supply chain performances between China and South Korea include price, supply time, quality, flexibility, and stone resource conservation. In addition to product characteristics, other influence factors positively impact information sharing, which positively impacts supply chain performances. Research Implications - This study is of great significance to improve the information sharing level of China’s South Korea stone trade supply chain. It provides constructive suggestions for improving the information-sharing level.

      • Research on Intelligent Urban Traffic Construction for Driverless

        Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the existing problems of the barrage video website in view of the current situation that the barrage video website greatly impacts people’s video viewing mod. Design/Methodology/Approach - Based on the subversive revolutionary impact of driverless technology on the future of urban intelligent transportation, this paper mainly adopts the method of theoretical analysis. Combined with the current urban intellectual transportation construction status, it conducts theoretical research on future urban thoughtful transportation construction planning. Findings - This study puts forward constructive suggestions on the smart construction of future cities from six aspects: top-level design, technical support, intelligent infrastructure construction, intelligent transportation decisionmaking system, industry and talent construction, and social cooperation. Research Implications - In the management of this paper, This paper is of great significance to the planning and construction of smart transportation in future cities and the coordinated development of driverless and smart transportation.

        Antibiotic resistance fate in the full-scale drinking water and municipal wastewater treatment processes: A review

        Antibiotic-resistant bacteria (ARB) and antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) have been widely identified as emerging pollutants in various aquatic compartments. Concerns have been raised that the antibiotic resistance determinants may occur in treated drinking water and wastewater, weakening the therapeutic efficacy of antibiotics and so posing threat to public health. Most often, laboratory trials are conducted to assess the removal efficiency of ARB and ARGs in individual treatment processes (e.g., disinfection). However, the random variations of microbial distribution and chemical compositions in real-world environments cannot be entirely simulated, presumably leading to false-positive results as a consequence. It is therefore useful to provide a summary of recent advancements regarding the antibiotic resistance attenuation during full-scale water/wastewater treatments, which has not been adequately evaluated so far. In this review, the prevalence, proliferation and transmission of ARB and ARGs in urban water cycle, coupled with corresponding detection methods are presented as a short overview. The fate of ARB and ARGs in the sequential drinking water and wastewater processing units is critically summarized, the aim of which is to provide guidance for improving the current water treatment facilities to further reduce the antibiotic resistance in finished water.

        A Modified PiggyBac Transposon System Mediated by Exogenous mRNA to Perform Gene Delivery in Bovine Mammary Epithelial Cells

        Transposons are widely used for geneticengineering in various model organisms. Recently, piggyBac(PB) has been developed as a transposable and efficientgene transfer tool in mammalian cells. In the present study,we developed three types of PB transposon systemscontaining a dual plasmid system (DPS), a single plasmidsystem (SPS), and a DNA-mRNA combined system (DRPS)and characterized their basic properties in HEK293 cells. The basic elements of the donor plasmid included aselectable-reporter gene expression cassette, two loxP sitesin the same orientation, a multiple cloning site, and twochicken β-globin insulator core elements. We further identifiedthe function of the selectable-reporter and examined PBintegration sites in the human genome. Moreover, wecompared the transposition efficacy and found that SPStransposed more efficiently, as compared to DPS; integrationinto the host genome was determined by measuring PBaseactivity. Results discovered the loss of PBase activity in theDRPS, indicating that this system is much more biologicallysafe, as compared to DPS and SPS. Finally, we employedthe DRPS to successfully perform a gene delivery intobovine mammary epithelial cells (BMECs). Taken together,the information from this study will improve the flexibilityof PB transposon systems and reduce the genotoxicity ofPBase in genetic engineering.
