Characteristics of the China's Power Elites in the 21^(st) Century : Continue or Change?

This study focused on the backgrounds of the current CCP PB members, and what characteristics changed or continued when compared to the previous one. The subject of research was the top 203 PB members since 1949, a cluster of elites that includes the current 24 PB members. The analytical categories of the backgrounds were: 1) biological backgrounds, 2) educational backgrounds, and 3) work backgrounds. In brief, the results of analysis show all of the 16^(th) PB in their age, growth time, the time of graduated college and joined the Party, or work experience are different from the third generation. However, the 16^(th) PB members have advanced their careers by working on China's economic modernization program, they were technically trained and by profession technocrats in administrative capacities, similar to their immediate predecessors. Therefore, the new leadership will not necessarily translate into distinctive policy orientation.

The distinctive characteristics of political socialization in North Korea are its purposiveness and total control over the process. Political socialization in North Korea refers to the political indoctrination of the people by power elites. So it is more useful for analysing the process of political socialization in North Korea to introduce “teaching perspective” and “hegemonic”concept, which emphasize how political ideology is transmitted from the dominant to the dominated groups in society. In political socialization policies are included such ideological, educational, socio-cultural, and social science policies as related to the developing individual’s political values and behaviours. Political education in North Korea is started very early from preschool years. North Korean students from primary school to university are expected to take political education through regular courses together with organizational and socio-political activities. Every formal education in North Korea has political content. The Major themes of political socialization and political education in schools are designed to intensify the ideological indoctrination and to reinforce the cult of Kim Il-Sung and his son, Kim Jung Il, who has been designated for his successor.

This study compared high precision orthophoto and point cloud Digital Surface Model (DSM) and Digital Elevation Model (DEM) created by using drone digital image on small area with existing 1:1000 scale digital map and aerial photogrammetry. In doing so, the study attempted to examine quick revision and renewal method of the changed area as well as topographical change of the small target area. And, the quantitative change volume of the target area analyzes change with topographical data and qualitative change volume analyzed characteristic change of ground surface.

레슬링선수의 체중 감량시의 체력변화를 4%, 6%의 감량 후의 악력, 완력, 각력, 배근력, 사이드스텝, 윗몸일으키기, 체전굴, 500m달리기의 체력변화 측정을 한 결과 4%, 6%감량까지의 체력변화는 각 요소별로 다소의 차이는 있으나 큰 변화를 나타내고 있지 않다는 결론이 나왔다. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of the degree of body weight reduction on physical Fithness in Wrestlers. The population of interest for this study was restricted to student wrestlers at Korean National College of Physical Education. Complete data were obtained 6 subjects. The subjects were randomly selected from volunteers. The results were summerized as follows : 1. In case of Arm Strength and Grip strength were increased with 4% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 6% body weight reduction. 2. In case of Leg strength were increased with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 3. In case of Back muscular strength were sustained normal condition with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased with 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 4. In case of vertical Jump an Side-steps were increased with 2% body weight reduction, but others were decreased 4%, 6% body weight reduction. 5. In case of sit-ups were increased with 2% and 4% body weight reduction but others were decreased with 6% body weight reduction. 6. In case of Forward trunk flexion were increased with body weight reduction. 7. In case of 50m dash were as good result with 2%, 4% body weight reduction but others were recorded as low result 5% body weight reduction.

The landslides by rainfalls or runoffs in soil loss factors is been treated one of the main environment problems in 20th century. Landslide effective soil loss cause various problems those are decreasing of the agricultural productivity, desolating of pasture field and disturbing of water flowing. The soil loss in landslides has a bad effect on not only pasture field or cropland but also changing of a water level by depositing process at river.
