It can be said that Sealing of air filter itself is very important to secure this air filter performance. Because structured itself is large size and engine capacity is big meantime commercial car occasion, used making air filter structure steel cap, but all internal and external import vehicles have made by Urethan filter change into trend that Europe and Japanese occasion have used Urethan recently. Kind is divided by hard urethane 2 kinds if do top and bottom soft property Urethan, top side soft property Urethan. If top and bottom soft property Urethan and top side do soft Urethan, rigid expanded urethane (rubber Type D50 ~ more than 60) has various controversial point. In this research, to heighten several problem improvements and Sealing efficiency lower part uses hard urethane and upper part to hard urethane NBR (rubber mouldings) new technical development that make filter that can be strong and gets duplex Sealing effect because is arrived safe to Mold in the advance and to promulgate rigid expanded urethane do and does so that do solidification target.

Performance test of servo control system that is used ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage is performed by simulation with Matlab. Analyzed for previous control algorithm and adapted for modem control theory, dual servo algorithm is developed by minimum order observer, and stability and priority on controller are secured. Through the simulation and experiments on ultra precision positioning, stability and priority on ultra-precision positioning system with single plane X-Y stage and control algorithm are secured by using Matlab with Simulink and ControlDesk made in dSPACE.

NAUT를 적용한 자동차용 Brake Pad의 결함검출

The NAUT(Non-contact Air coupled Ultrasonic Testing) technique allows non-contact ultrasonic testing in air. If the NAUT technique can be applied, not only ultrasonic testing in air with no couplant would be possible, but also the stable transmission and reception of ultrasonic waves, which would thus enable ultrasonic testing of hot or cold materials, or rough surfaces of specimens that could not be tested with conventional-contact ultrasonic testing techniques. By trying NAUT for Brake lining pad specimens, the applicability of NAUT in these areas was observed, and the results from the waveforms of parts of the specimens were analyzed. For the Brake lining pad specimen, the ultrasonic transmittance was highest at the part, regardless of the thickness and location of the specimen. These findings confirmed the practicality of NAUT.
참여예산이 조직구성원의 공정성과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향

[연구목적] 예산편성 과정에 하위자를 참여시키는 것은 목표를 달성하도록 조직구성원의 동기를 부여시킬 뿐만 아니라 조직구성원들로 하여금 조직의 공정성이 높다고 인식하게 하며, 이러한 공정성을 기반으로 혁신행동을 유발 하도록 할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 학군단 조직의 예산참여가 조직 공정성과 혁신행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. [연구방법] 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 대학 내 학군단 조직을 대상으로 실증연구를 수행하였으며, 실증분석에는 설문조사를 통해 1차 데이터를 수집하여 PLS 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 가설을 검증하였다. [연구결과] 가설검정 결과, 대학 내 학군단 조직에서 참여예산을 보다 적극적으로 이용할수록 조직구성원들의 공정성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 학군단 조직구성원이 인식하는 공정성은 혁신행동을 촉진하는 중요한 요소로 나타났다. 마지막으로 학군단 조직의 예산참여가 조직구성원의 혁신행동에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 이러한 연구의 결과는 학군단 조직이 조직구성원의 사기진작을 통해 혁신행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 조직구성원의 역량을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 예산 설정에 참여를 유도하여 공정성을 확보하는 것이 필요함을 보여주고 있다. [Purpose] In addition to motivating members to achieve budget objectives, participating subordinates in the budgeting process will also enable members to recognize that the organization is highly impartial and to generate innovative actions based on this fairness. In this context, the study sought to examine the impact of organizational members of school districts participating in the budget on organizational fairness and innovative behavior. [Methodology] To achieve the purpose of this study, an empirical study was conducted on the school cluster organization in the university, and the empirical analysis collected primary data through a survey and verified the hypothesis using the PLS structural equation model. [Findings] Hypothesis tests showed that the more active the participation budget is in the university’s school cluster organization, the more fairness members are in use, and the fairness recognized by the members of the school cluster is an important factor in promoting innovative behavior. Finally, the budget participation of school group organizations has been shown to have a definitive impact on the innovation behavior of organizational members. [Implications] The results of these studies show that it is necessary to encourage school districts to participate in budgeting so that they can fully demonstrate their capabilities to promote innovation through the morale of their members.
