        한국잔디 수집계통들 중에서 우수계통들의 생육특성 비교

        2001년 수집된 한국잔디 133계통들 중에서 우수한 계통들을 선발하기위하여 밀도(품질),<br/> 피복성, 녹색기간, 내병성, 출수유무(종자수) 등의 주요특성과 그 외 생육특성들이 조사되었다. 생육특성이 우수한 6계통이 선발되었으며 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.<br/> 수집된 133계통들 중에서 가장 녹색기간이긴 계통은 J01067으로 11월초까지 녹색도를 유지하였다. J01106 및 J01129 계통들은 엽폭이 각각 1.5mm 및 2mm 정도로 매우 좁으며, 밀도가 높고, 피복성도 좋은 것으로 나타났으며, 내병성도 강하였다. J01122 계통은 들잔디 계통들 중에서 유일하게 내병성이 강한 계통으로 선발되었다. J01128 계통은 엽폭이 3.2mm로 중엽에 속하였으며, 대비품종인 Sunburst 와 비슷하였다. 이 계통의 경우도J01106, J01129 계통들과 마찬가지로 밀도가 높고 내병성이 강한 것으로 나타났다.<br/> 수집된 133계통들의 형태적 분류를 위하여 5가지의 생육특성을 사용하여 크게 세가지 군집<br/> 으로 분류하였으며, 그 중에서 대비품종으로 사용된 6품종들과 선발된 우수 6계통의 분류는<br/> 다음과 같다. 제 1군집에 속하는 품종 및 계통은 Belare, Meyer, 안양중지(Anyang-jungji), J01067, J01112 등이 포함되었으며, 제 2군집으로는 S-94, J01105가 포함되었고, 제 3군집에는 Sunburst, 건희(Konhee), J01106, J01128, J01129 등이 포함되었다. Growth characteristics such as density(quality), covering speed, green period, disease resistance, heading existence(number of seeds) and other characteristics were examined for selection of superior lines among the 133 zoysiagrass lines collected in 2001. Six superior lines were selected and the results were summarized as follows.<br/> Superior line, J01067 was longest for green period among the 133 zoysiagrasses and stayed green until the beginning of November. Leaf width of J01106 and J01129 lines was very narrow as 1.5㎜ and 2㎜, respectively and superior for density(quality), covering speed and disease resistance. J01122 line was selected for strongest disease resistance among the lines of Zoysia japonica. Leaf width of J01128 was 3.2㎜ showing midium type and similar to standard cultivar, Sunburst. This line also showed higher density and strong disease resistance like J01106 and J01129.<br/> Five growth characteristics for morphological classification of 133 zoysiagrass lines<br/> was used and divided into 3 cluster groups. Of 133 lines, 6 standard cultivars and 6 superior lines were classified as follows. First cluster group contained Belare, Meyer, Anyang-jungji, J01067, J01122, and second group contained S-94 and J01105, and third group contained Sunburst, Konhee, J01106, J01128 and J01129.<br/> <br/>

      • Population structure analysis reveals the maintenance of isolated sub-populations of weedy rice

Population structure analysis reveals the maintenance of isolated sub-populations of weedy rice. <I>Weed Research</I> <B>50</B>, 606–620.</P><P>Summary</P><P>This study was conducted to assess the genetic diversity, population structure and linkage disequilibrium (LD) of weedy rice in Korea using 73 weedy rice, 24 landrace lines, 12 breeding lines and 24 international varieties. In total, 772 alleles were detected in 63 microsatellite loci. The number of alleles per marker locus ranged from two to 40, with an average of 12.3. The gene diversity and polymorphism information content value averaged 0.694 and 0.668, with a range of 0.016–0.941 and 0.016–0.946 respectively. In a model-based analysis of population structure, Korean rice germplasm was classified into four subpopulations, designated ‘cultivated <I>indica</I>’, ‘cultivated <I>japonica</I>’, ‘weedy <I>indica</I>’, ‘weedy <I>japonica</I>.’ Pair-wise estimates of <I>F</I><SUB>ST</SUB> indicated different degrees of differentiation between the four model-based populations, with values ranging from 0.073 (between cultivated and weedy <I>japonica</I>) to 0.474 (between weedy <I>japonica</I> and weedy <I>indica</I>). The weedy <I>indica</I> population appeared to be highly differentiated, compared with the other populations. The cultivated <I>indica</I> lines had the highest gene diversity (0.58), followed by cultivated <I>japonica</I> (0.50), weedy <I>japonica</I> (0.42) and weedy <I>indica</I> (0.35). The total number of private alleles in weedy <I>indica</I> and <I>japonica</I> populations was 39 (23 markers) and 55 (22 markers) respectively. The average of LD (<I>r</I><SUP>2</SUP>) of weedy <I>indica</I> and <I>japonica</I> types was higher than that of the two cultivated populations, both for inter- and intrachromosome values, indicating the possible reproductive and geographical isolation of sub-populations in cultivated rice fields.</P>

The Quantity of diesel and methanol was controled precisely by micrometers that were mounted at control lack of injection pump.<br/> The real injection Quantity ratio of dual fuel was certificated by volumetric ratio at injection Quantity experiment. We could confirm the capability that soot and NOx simultaneously were reduced by diesel-methanol stratified injection from the results of combustion and exhaust characteristic.<br/>

      • Features and Properties of $YBa_2$$Cu_3$$O_{7-x}$ Films Grown on SrTi$O_3$ by High Frequency PLD

        YBCO films were deposited with various thicknesses from 100nm to 1.6$\mu\textrm{m}$ on single crystal $SrTiO_3$ substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The effects of different deposition conditions, especially different deposition rates by means of changing the pulsed laser frequency up to 200Hz, on the J$_{c}$ value were studied. For YBCO film with the thickness of 200nm, the $J_{c}$ value of $2.1MA/\textrm{cm}^2$ has been achieved under the high deposition rate of 3.2nm/s (190nm/min). The $J_{c}$ can be maintained greater than $1M/\textrm{cm}^2$ with the thickness less than 1$\mu\textrm{m}$. The X-ray analysis was used to examine the texture, crystallization and surface quality. The SEM was employed to analyze the surface of YBCO, and it was shown the surface of YBCO film became rougher with increasing the thickness. There were many large singular outgrowths and networks of outgrowths on the surface of YBCO films which lowered the density of thick YBCO film. The outgrowth network was probably the a-axis YBCO corresponding to XRD $\theta$-2$\theta$scan and $\chi$-scan which were used to characterize a-axis orientation of YBCO film. The reason for J$_{c}$ declining with increasing the thickness was studied and discussed.sed.

        체중 , 성별 및 열량제한이 돼지의 Lipoprotein Lipase(LPL)의 유전자발현과 LPL 의 활성도에 미치는 영향

        The current study was undertaken to determine the effects of increasing body weight, sex, and energy restriction on the LPL mRNA abundance and LPL activity of adipose tissue in the finishing pigs. Serum lipoprotein pattern. triglyceride concentrations and their correlation with LPL activity were also investigated. Serum total cholesterol(C). HDL-C. LDL-C and HDL-C/T-C ratio were not significantly affected by body weight. sex or energy restriction. The triglyceride concentration increased with increasing body weight, being greater in gills than in boars(p$lt;0.05). The serum triglyceride concentration of full-fed pigs tended to be higher than that of energy-restricted pigs. Heavier pigs showed higher LPL activity than lighter pigs(p$lt;0.05), gills showing higher LPL activity than boars. and full-fed pigs showing higher LPL activity than energy-restricted pigs. Gills showed higher LPL mRNA abundance than boars, full-fed pigs showing higher LPL mRNA abundance than energy-restricted pigs. However. there was no significant difference between heavier and lighter pigs in the LPL mRNA abundance. The LPI_ activity was correlated with the triglyceride concentration, but not with the HDL-C, in individual experiments except the energy-restriction experiment. These results suggest that LPL is an important indicator for lipogenesity in pigs.

        M20J 시뮬레이터 개발을 위한 시스템 통합

        This paper proposes a system intergration method for M20J flight simulator development. The simulator consists of three modules. The first module is for flight dynamics simulation, and the second module is for avionic systems and flight instrument and the last module is for interface card which connects PC and input devices using rotary encoders and switches. Two computers are equipped in the simulator for instructor and trainee. An instructor can give a mission to a trainee, and control the flight simulation options through RS-232C serial port. Also, the instructor can monitor the training results of the trainee

      • 이동 작동기형 인공심장의 모터부와 작동기부의 효율 분석

        이동 작동기형 인공 심장의 모터부와 모터부를 포함한 작동기부의 효율 측정방법과 측정 결과이다. 이동 작동기형 인공심장은 에너지 변환기로 브러시 없는 직류 모터(S/M 506-26A, Sierracin/Magnedyne, Cafsbad, CA, U.S.A.)를 사용한다. 이 브러시 없는 직류 모터가 기어 열(Gear train)을 따라 원추운동을 하며 혈액주머니에 힘을 가하게 되고, 이 힘에 의해 혈액주머니 안의 혈액이 박출하게 된다. 효율 측정을 위하여 제어기 및 모터부, 기어부 및 작동기부, 혈액주머니 밀 기타부등 크게 세 부분으로 나누었으며, 각각을 다시 소자별로 나누어 입, 출력의 효율을 측정했다. 부하의 토크, 분당 회전수, 각속도, 인가되는 전압 등을 바꾸어 가면서 시스템의 효율을 측정헌고, 이 측정을 통해서 모터 운동시의 전체적인 효율과 부분별 효율을 알 수 있다. 특히 인공심장의 모터부와 작동기부의 효율측정에 중점을 두었다. 측정 결과 4ℓ/min 박출량의 경우, 이동 작동기형 인공심장의 전체 효율은 8 %정도이며, 구체적으로는 모터부에서 50 %정도, 작동기부에서 85 %정도, 그리고 혈액주머니에서 19 %정도의 査율을 보임을 확인했다. This is a test report of motor and actuator efficiency for the moving actuator type total artificial heart. Our moving-actuator type total artificial heart, as an energy converter, utilizes a brushless DC motor(S/M 566-26A, Sierracin/Magnedyne, Carlsbad, CA, U.S.A.) generating a pendulous motion of itself by an epicyclic gear train. It is necessary to know the overall efficiency of our system. We operated the motor at a variable ranee of torque, angular speed and width of voltage pulse. Measurements of power into the drive, from the drive to the motor, and out of the motor were taken in order to derive the efficiency of the drive, efficiency of the motor and overall efficiency for the system. Throughout the test, the power input to the drive, the power output from the drive, and the power output from the motor are measured simultaneously. We focused on efficiency of the motor and actuator parts in the TAH. In case of 4 ℓ/min condition, system efficiency is about 8 %, motor part is about 50%, actuator part is about 85 %. Some experimental results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the presented approach.

        Developmental Predictors of Divergent Offending Trajectories among Poor and Non-Poor Children

        본 연구의 목적은 빈곤 아동과 비(非)빈곤 아동 비행의 상이한 발달궤적 변화에 영향을 미치는 예측요인들을 분석하는 것이다. 준모수적 집단 중심 모형(semi-parametric group- based modeling)을 통해 빈곤 아동과 비(非)빈곤 아동에게 공히 5가지 형태의 발달 궤적--만성형 비행집단(chronic offender), 점증형 비행집단(escalator), 중단형 비행집단(desister), 후발형 비행집단(late onsetter), 비(非)비행집단(noneffender)--이 존재하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 다항 로지스틱 회귀분석 모형(multinomial logistic regression)을 통해 빈곤 아동과 비(非)빈곤 아동 모두에게 위험 요인들의 장기적인 누적과 보호 요인들의 지속적인 결핍이 비(非)비행 아동을 후발형 비행 청소년으로, 비행 아동을 좀더 심각한 점증형 비행 청소년으로 발달하는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 빈곤 아동에게는 가족 관련 요인들이 중요한 반면, 비(非)빈곤 아동에게는 개인 관련 요인, 학교 관련 요인들이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 또래집단 관련요인, 지역사회 관련 요인들은 빈곤 아동과 비(非)빈곤 아동에게 동일하게 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 한국에서 빈곤 아동과 비빈곤 아동의 차이와 비행 발달궤적에서의 차이를 반영한 차별화된 비행예방 프로그램 개발에 활용될 수 있는 사회사업적 실천지침을 제공한다. Using data from a panel study of 808 youths followed since 1985, five offending trajectories were identified among poor and non-poor children: nonoffenders, late onsetters, desisters, escalators, and chronic offenders. Multinomial logistic regressions were then employed to examine what developmental factors predict divergence among trajectory groups with similar initial levels of offending at age 13. Regardless of poverty status, late onset compared with no initiation and escalation compared with desistance may be attributable to the persistence of existing risks. Family predictors in childhood were consistently significant through age 15 among poor children while school predictors in childhood were consistently significant through age 15 among non-poor children. Implications for Korean preventive interventions are discussed.

        In the part industry, pipe has required high accuracy in surface roughness and size. Especially, when producing the high frequency welding pipe, cutting process is very important as the finishing process that remove the hot welding bead. The objective of this paper is to investigate the hot machining high frequency welded pipe by simulation and experimental tests. To test the cutting process as hot machining, all cutting environment is reproduced in turning with heating system, and the test is accomplished by comparing with room temperature machining and hot machining in consideration of cutting force, tool wear and cutting temperature.
