다악의 문화콘텐츠적 확장성 연구 -역사성과 방향성을 중심으로

연구 목적: 본 연구는 우리나라 다악의 역사적 흐름을 이해하여 현재의 다악을 점검함으로써 다악의 현재와 앞으로의 방향성을 가늠해 보는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 연구 방법: 문헌, 의궤, 그림, 음반, 인터뷰자료 등을 참고해 우리나라 다악의 역사적 흐름을 5가지 단계로 나누어 분석한다. 이를 통해 다악의 특징을 규명하고, 현대 다악의 방향성을 가늠해본다. 연구 내용: 다악의 역사적 흐름을 5단계로 나누자면, 맹아기, 형성기, 융성기, 휴지기, 신맹아기로 분류할 수 있으며, 차문화와 구별되는 다악의 고유한 역사성과 특징에 대해 논의한다. 결론 및 제언: 첫째, 다악이란 찻자리에서 향유되는 풍류적 소리를 지닌 모든 소리를 의미한다. 둘째, 다악은 차문화, 음악문화를 동시에 갖는 전통예술 장르로서 풍류성과 명상성을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 오랜 휴지기를 지나 현대사회에 새로운 전통문화로 뿌리내리기 위해서는 역사적 흐름을 이해하여 향후 올바른 방향 설정이 필요하다. This study has significance in proposing the present and the future direction of Da-ak by understanding the historical flow of Da-ak in Korea and examining the current trends in this field. The historical flow of Da-ak in Korea is analyzed by dividing it into five stages by referring to literature, Uigwe, paintings, records, and interviews. Through this, the characteristics of Da-ak are identified, and the direction of modern Da-ak is proposed. The history of Da-ak can be classified into the budding period, the formative period, the flourishing period, the resting period, and the newly budding period. This discusses the unique historicity and characteristics of tea music that is distinct from tea culture. In conclusion, Da-ak means all the sounds with tasteful sounds that are enjoyed at a tea time. Da-ak is a traditional art genre that has tea culture and music culture at the same time, and is characterized by taste and meditation. Therefore, in order to take root as a new traditional culture in modern society after a long pause, it is necessary to understand the historical flow and set the right direction in the future.

The ozone depletion has caused plants to be exposed to an increased penetration of solar ultraviolet-B (UV-B) radiation. Enhanced UV-B radiation may have influence on biological functions of plant in many aspects including inhibition of photosynthesis. It is evident that UV-B can potentially impair the performance of all three main component processes of photosynthesis, the photophosphorylation reactions of the thylakoid membrane, the CO2-fixation reactions of the Calvin cycle and stomatal control of CO2 supply. Owing to these depressed reactions, the production and allocation of carbohydrates might be markedly affected, and therefore, the growth and development of plant are distinctly reduced. In this review paper, we provide basic theory and further researches in terms of photosynthesis and carbohydrate synthesis in response to elevated UV-B radiation.

Previously we have shown that human abdominal adipose derived-stem cells (ADSCs) could aggregate during the high-density culture in the presence of human serum (HS). In the present study, we observed that human cord blood serum (CBS) and follicular fluid (HFF) also induced aggregation. Similarly, porcine serum could induce aggregation whereas bovine and sheep sera induced little aggregation. qRT-PCR analyses demonstrated that, compared to FBS-cultured ADSCs, HScultured cells exhibited higher level of mRNA expression of CLDN3, -6, -7, -15, and -16 genes among the tight junction proteins. ADSCs examined at the time of aggregation by culture with HS, BSA, HFF, CBS, or porcine serum showed significantly higher level of mRNA expression of JAM2 among JAM family members. In contrast, cells cultured in FBS, bovine serum or sheep serum, showed lower level of JAM2 expression. Immunocytochemical analyses demonstrated that the aggregates of HS-cultured cells (HS-Agg) showed intense staining against the anti-JAM2 antibody whereas neither nonaggregated cells (HS-Ex) nor FBS-cultured cells exhibited weak staining. Western blot results showed that HS-Agg expressed JAM2 protein more prominently than HS-Ex and FBS-cultured cells, both of latter reveled weaker intensity. These results suggest that the aggregation property of ADSCs during high-density culture would be dependent on the specific components of serum, and that JAM2 molecule could play a role in the animal sera-induced aggregation in vitro.
