      • 병원 부유 용혈성 세균의 특성

        안동지역 종합볍원 한 개소의 병원대기질에서 분리한 100균주중 용혈성 세균 21균주의 특성을 조사였다. 21균주의 용혈성균주중 Gram 양성인 균주가 16균주, Gram 음성인 균주가 5균주로 나타났다. 용혈성 21균주 중에서 α-용혈성은 13균주, β-용혈성은 8균쥬로 나타났다. Gram 양성 α-용혈성 균주 14, 73, 97번은 Streptococcus로 22, 45, 66, 72, 85, 92번은 Streptococcus로 동정되었고, 100번은 Enterococcus로 동정되었다. Gram 양성 β-용혈성 균주 2, 4, 38번은 Streptococcus로 34, 37번은 Staphylococcus로 동정되었고, 80번은 Enterococcus로 동정되었다. Gram 음성 α-용혈성 균주 88, 98번은 Moraxella로 99번은 Serratia로 동정되었다. Gram 음성 β-용혈성 균주 27, 40번은 Moraxella로 동정되었다. Gram 양성 α-용혈성 균주 22, 66, 73, 14, 45, 92,번은 공시항생제에 대해서 O-2가지 항생제에 대해서 내성을 나타내고, 72, 85, 88, 97, 98, 99, 100번의 7균주는 3종이상의 항생제에 대해서 다중내성을 나타냈다. Gram 양성 β-용혈성 균주 중 Streptococcus, Staphlococcus, Enterococcus인 2, 4, 37, 38, 34, 80번은 O-2 항생제에 대한 내성을 가진 것으로 나타났다. Gram 음성 α-용혈성의 Moraxella, Serratia인 88, 98, 99번은 항생제에 대해서 다약제 내성을 나타냈다. Gram 음성 β-용혈성인 Moraxella인 27, 40번은 다중내성균주로 나타났다. 21 hemolytic bacteria among 100 strains were isolated from the air of a hospital in Andong. Of 21 strains, 16 strains belonged to Gram's positive, 5 strains belonged to Gram's negative. 13 strains were α-hemolysis, and 8 strains were β-hemolysis. Of 10 strains of Gram positive and α-hemolysis, No-14, 73, 97 were identified Streptococcus species, No-22, 45, 66, 72, 85, 92 were identified Streptococcus species, No-100 were identified Enterococcus species. Of 6 strains of Gram's positive and β-hemolysis, No-2, 4, 38 were identified Streptococcus species, No-34, 37 were identified Streptococcus species. No-80 were identified Enterococcus species. Of 3 strains of Gram's negative, α-hemolysis, No-88, 98 were identified Moraxella species, No-99 were identified Serratia species, Of 2 strains of Gram negative, β-hemolysis, No-27, 40 were identified Moraxella species. Of 6 Streptococcus, one strain (No-97) showed definite mutidrug resistance. Of 7 staphylococcus, two strain (No-72, 92) showed definite multidrug resistance. Enterococcus strain (No-100), Serratia sp.(No-99) and Moraxella(27, 40, 88, 98) showed definite mutidrug resistance.

      • Intermittent fasting promotes adipose thermogenesis and metabolic homeostasis via VEGF-mediated alternative activation of macrophage

        <P>Intermittent fasting (IF), a periodic energy restriction, has been shown to provide health benefits equivalent to prolonged fasting or caloric restriction. However, our understanding of the underlying mechanisms of IF-mediated metabolic benefits is limited. Here we show that isocaloric IF improves metabolic homeostasis against diet-induced obesity and metabolic dysfunction primarily through adipose thermogenesis in mice. IF-induced metabolic benefits require fasting-mediated increases of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in white adipose tissue (WAT). Furthermore, periodic adipose-VEGF overexpression could recapitulate the metabolic improvement of IF in non-fasted animals. Importantly, fasting and adipose-VEGF induce alternative activation of adipose macrophage, which is critical for thermogenesis. Human adipose gene analysis further revealed a positive correlation of adipose VEGF-M2 macrophage-WAT browning axis. The present study uncovers the molecular mechanism of IF-mediated metabolic benefit and suggests that isocaloric IF can be a preventive and therapeutic approach against obesity and metabolic disorders.</P>

      • 사회 계층적으로 본 아동의 성격 특성 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between socio­economic status and children's personality traits. Of the 435 sixth grade boys and girls who were the subjects of this study, 225 were from lower­class and 210 were from middle­class families. In­Jae Lim's Personality Adjustment Test based on the California Test of Personality was used to measure personality and the Z­test was used for the statistical analysis. The personality adjustment of the lower­class children was different from the personality adjustment of middle­class children in both female and male groups. The significant differences in socio­economic status revealed that middle­class children tended to show higher scores on the test; that is, middle­class children were found to have better­adjusted personalities than lower­class children. There were no significant differences between the sexes.

        The purpose of this study is to examine how the objectives, contents, and teaching methods of elementary mathematics have been changed with the shifts of the national curriculum. The study concentrates on the domain of measurement among others, while searching for implications for the instruction of the domain. The research problems are as follows: First, in general, what changes have been made in the elementary mathematics curriculum? Second, in particular, what changes have been made in the measurement domain regarding its objectives, contents, and teaching methods? Third, how were the changes in the national curriculum reflected in the measurement section of the elementary mathematics textbooks?

        Today, the concept of food & beverage space is rapidly changing into the complex space where various experiences can be obtained. With the increase of the food service brands, the brands have been equalized. Providing more differentiated experience and service became the element of competition. The flagship stores that express the identities of companies have lots of influence on company promotion and sales. In order for the differentiated design of such experiential space, the necessity of providing integrated service by introducing service design process is on the rise. The objective of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of flagship stores applying service design. Through the theoretical consideration of service design and flagship stores, a check list was made to evaluate space. Based on its evaluation, the spatial characteristics of flagship stores applying service design were analyzed, and then the conclusion was drawn through the survey for users. In the results of the study, it was possible not only to analyze the composition of space, but also to identify the satisfaction of service design elements applied to space through survey. Such studies on spatial characteristics have significance of showing positive effect on the space applying service design. In the future studies, it would be necessary to have detailed measures to apply service design elements to space.

        식음료 플래그십스토어 서비스디자인의 만족도 연구

        The concept of food and beverage space in modern society is changing into complex space where various experiences are provided. With the increase of food service brands, those brands are getting standardized. Providing more differentiated experience and service became an element of competition to companies. The flagship stores among stores presented by companies have much influence on promotion and sales. Thus, it would be necessary to provide integrated service by adopting service design process for the differentiated design of such experiential space. The objective of this study is to examine the satisfaction of service design of food and beverage flagship stores. By creating a checklist to evaluate the space through the theoretical consideration of flagship stores and service design, the satisfaction of service design of food and beverage flagship stores was analyzed. Through the survey with users of the case space, it was possible to check the satisfaction of the service design elements applied to the food and beverage flagship store space. The satisfaction with service design was evaluated through the 5point scale. When the average point was high, the satisfaction with service design elements was high. In the results of the analysis, regarding the spatial composition of flagship stores, the overall interior/exterior atmosphere should contain the image of the company. As flagship stores compose space that can express various event space and company itself on top of the space for sales, they should present the spatial composition differentiated from other general commercial spaces. The significance of a study on service design of flagship stores is to show positive effect on flagship store space. In the future, it would be necessary analyze the strategies in the aspect of service design.

        서울시 지하철 역사 내 문화공간의 그린인테리어 도입방안에 관한 연구

        As people are getting interested in themselves ever than before, the value of culture industry which can satisfy their emotions has been considered much more important. According to this, in terms of the ‘space’, it is better to represent ‘space’ not just as a functional space, but the human-centered and making human and nature together. In this society, the most human-centered design can be achieved by pursuing value which is friendlier to nature. And it is sure that the interior design that completes life quality as well as emotions of human will be common in near future. There already has been a try ‘Green interior’ in subway station in variety ways, and now it is needed to make indoor display in Seoul subway station different in order to satisfy human emotions. If culture space in Seoul subway station applied eco-element interacts with indoor environment, it is surely expected that people have better feeling on subway station as well as help eliminate negative elements which underground have had. In culture space, there are many advantages for displaying space into ‘nature’, that is, natural space represents the best comfortable and agreeable space, and future-oriented design when it gets interacted with environment. Application of ‘Green interior’ in Seoul subway station makes special place ness by its symbol and image, so that it derives people to have more natural and comfortable movement distance in subway station, offers more comfortable and cozy place as well. Furthermore, it makes people very moved by experiencing the most special culture space that they have ever had.

        The effects of Cheju Guava leafs extracts on the skin condition

        This study Cheju Island, guava (Psidium guajava L.)leaf extract containing emulsion after the safety and reliability assessment, 18 women from 20 to 50 patients by measuring the skin, improving the status of the efficacy of guava leaf extract was investigated. After the experiment twice wrinkles in the control group 11.50, 7.25 with the wrinkles of the experimental group showed fewer wrinkles (t=3.440, p<.01), After the experiment three times in the control group 12.38 wrinkles, folds of the experimental crease of 5.63 in the experimental group showed less (t=4.401, p<.01), After the experiment four times the wrinkles in the control group 14.88, 4.13 with the wrinkles of the experimental group were decreased wrinkles very (t=9.243, p<.001).
