This Paper investigates a high-performance strategy for speed sensorless control of a permanent magnet synchronous motor. Two speed sensorless controls using back-뜰 뭉 reactive power are analyzed in this paper, and these two speed estimations are appropriately applied according to the steady and transient states for a high-performance sensorless control. The proposed sensorless control algorithm has a better performance compared to the conventional control algorithms.

<P>Visualization of biologic processes at molecular and cellular levels has revolutionized the understanding and treatment of human diseases. However, no single biomedical imaging modality provides complete information, resulting in the emergence of multimodal approaches. Combining state-of-the-art PET and MRI technologies without loss of system performance and overall image quality can provide opportunities for new scientific and clinical innovations. Here, we present a multiparametric PET/MR imager based on a small-animal dedicated, high-performance, silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) PET system and a 7-T MR scanner. Methods: A SiPM-based PET insert that has the peak sensitivity of 3.4% and center volumetric resolution of 1.92/0.53 mm(3) (filtered backprojection/ordered-subset expectation maximization) was developed. The SiPM PET insert was placed between the mouse body transceiver coil and gradient coil of a 7-T small-animal MRI scanner for simultaneous PET/MRI. Mutual interference between the MRI and SiPM PET systems was evaluated using various MR pulse sequences. A cylindric corn oil phantom was scanned to assess the effects of the SiPM PET on the MR image acquisition. To assess the influence of MRI on the PET imaging functions, several PET performance indicators including scintillation pulse shape, flood image quality, energy spectrum, counting rate, and phantom image quality were evaluated with and without the application of MR pulse sequences. Simultaneous mouse PET/MRI studies were also performed to demonstrate the potential and usefulness of the multiparametric PET/MRI in preclinical applications. Results: Excellent performance and stability of the PET system were demonstrated, and the PET/MRI combination did not result in significant image quality degradation of either modality. Finally, simultaneous PET/MRI studies in mice demonstrated the feasibility of the developed system for evaluating the biochemical and cellular changes in a brain tumor model and facilitating the development of new multimodal imaging probes. Conclusion: We developed a multiparametric imager with high physical performance and good system stability and demonstrated its feasibility for small-animal experiments, suggesting its usefulness for investigating in vivo molecular interactions of metabolites, and cross-validation studies of both PET and MRI.</P>

센서리스 속도제어 영구자석 동기전동기의 역기전력 및 무효전력 보상방식의 비교

최근에 영구자석 동기전동기의 구동방식에서 회전자의 위치 및 속도 검출기가 없는 센서리스 방식이 많이 연구되고 있다. 대부분의 센서리스제어 방식에서 위치 및 속도추정은 전동기 전압방정식으로부터 계산된다. 따라서 파라미터 오차는 센서리스 제어성능에 큰 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 영구자석 동기전동기의 속도 추정에서 파라미터 오차에 의해 발생하는 속도 오차를 보상하기 위한 방식으로 알려진 역기전력 상수 보상방식 및 순시 무효전력을 이용한 보상방식이 분석되고 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통하여 비교된다.
어성초(Houttuynia cordata Thunb) 유산균 발효물의 항알러지 활성

This study was performed to evaluate the possibility of application of lactic acid bacteria fermentation to increase the anti-allergic activity of the extracts from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. H. cordata Thunb was fermented on 25, 30, 35 and 40℃ for 5 days by two species of lactic acid bacteria, Leuconostoc mesenteroides 4395 and Lactobacillus sakei 383. The anti-allergic activity of water extracts of H. cordata Thunb was then analyzed both before and after fermentation. Anti-allergic activity was determined in vitro assays by using 5-lipoxygenase (5-LO), cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and β -hexoseaminidase release of RBL-2H3 cells (degranulation marker). The extracts fermented at 35℃ by both bacteria had the highest inhibitory activities against 5-LO, and also higher than the control, and the one fermented at 30℃ by both bacteria had the highest inhibitory activity against COX-2. The degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells induced by IgE-antigen complex was estimated as β-hexoseaminidase release rate as reference of 100%, the release rates were inhibited in 25 μg/ml of the extracts fermented at 30, 35 and 40℃ only by L. mesenteroides 4395. These results indicate that anti-allergic activity of H. cordata Thunb is increased by lactic acid bacteria fermentation.

<P>Non-woven fabric filter- (NWFF) and microfilter-MBR modules were made using 100?μm polypropylene and 0.25?μm polyethylene materials, respectively. The performances and mechanisms of the two processes were investigated, including additional batch filtration tests to find the function of the dynamic gel layer on the membrane surface. The HRT of both MBRs was 9?h and the operating permeate flux was 13?L/m(2)/h. The two MBRs consisted of an anoxic and aerobic reactor. The NWFF or microfilter (MF) was submerged in each of the aerobic reactors. The two MBRs showed similar performances for the removal of organic matters, suspended solids and nitrogen. Cake formation on the NWFF contributed to major resistance, while the gel layer on the microfilter or internal fouling of the pores played a key role in the fouling of the membrane surface. The amount of soluble extracellular polymer substances (EPS) (13?mg/L) of the attached sludge on the NWFF surface was larger than that (11?mg/L) of that suspended sludge. Consequently, the functional gel layer for the coarse and microfilter is established based on the relationship among the EPS, transmembrane pressure and MLSS.</P>
