        지리 정보 시스템의 개발 방법과 관련하여 지도 데이터 베이스를 효율적으로 관리하고 대용량의 데이터를 가공하는데 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 위치 기반 서비스와 같이 무선 인터넷 및 모바일 지리 정보 시스템과 같은 다양한 기반 기술을 필요로 하는 분야에서는 요소 기술간의 통합이 중요한 문제로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이에 관련된 문제를 다루기 위해 Mobile IP 및 Mobile Ad hoc Network와 같은 IP 기반의 무선 네트워크 환경과 모바일 지리 정보 시스템의 통합을 위한 기반 연구에 초점을 둔다. 각 분야의 특성을 연결하기 위한 작업으로 모바일 지리 정보 시스템이 무선 네트워크에서 실현되는 것을 고려하여 네트워크 성능 측정 요소를 재해석하고 정리한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 네트워크의 평가 요소를 측정함으로써 공간 데이터의 파악하여 분석할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 지리 정보 개발 방법론을 위한 기초 자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        Torque Converter Lock Up Clutch for Auto Transmission makes Engine and Transmission connected directly. In order to reduce the fluctuational torque of engine when Lock up clutch is operated, a Long Travel Damper can be mounted to the Lock up clutch. This research is focused on the Stress of Retaining plate of Long Travel Damper clutch with using the simulation program, Algor and further, is on the purpose to decide the optimal damper specification in advance.

        Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Patient Delay and Clinical Outcomes for Patients With Acute Myocardial Infarction

        Background: It has been known that the fear of contagion during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) creates time delays with subsequent impact on mortality in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). However, difference of time delay and clinical outcome in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) or non-STEMI between the COVID-19 pandemic and pre-pandemic era has not been fully investigated yet in Korea. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on time delays and clinical outcome in patients with STEMI or non-STEMI compared to the same period years prior. Methods: A total of 598 patients with STEMI (n = 195) or non-STEMI (n = 403) who underwent coronary angiography during the COVID-19 pandemic (February 1 to April 30, 2020) and prepandemic era (February 1 to April 30, 2017, 2018, and 2019) were analyzed in this study. Main outcomes were the incidence of time delay, cardiac arrest, and in-hospital death. Results: There was 13.5% reduction in the number of patients hospitalized with AMI during the pandemic compared to pre-pandemic era. In patients with STEMI, door to balloon time tended to be longer during the pandemic compared to pre-pandemic era (55.7 ± 12.6 minutes vs. 60.8 ± 13.0 minutes, P = 0.08). There were no significant differences in cardiac arrest (15.6% vs. 10.4%, P = 0.397) and in-hospital mortality (15.6% vs. 10.4%, P = 0.397) between pre-pandemic and the pandemic era. In patients with non-STEMI, symptom to door time was significantly longer (310.0 ± 346.2 minutes vs. 511.5 ± 635.7 minutes, P = 0.038) and the incidence of cardiac arrest (0.9% vs. 3.5%, P = 0.017) and in-hospital mortality (0.3% vs. 2.3%, P = 0.045) was significantly greater during the pandemic compared to pre-pandemic era. Among medications, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors/angiotensin type 2 receptor blockers (ACE-I/ARBs) were underused in STEMI (64.6% vs. 45.8%, P = 0.021) and non-STEMI (67.8% vs. 57.0%, P = 0.061) during the pandemic. Conclusion: During the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a considerable reduction in hospital admissions for AMI, time delay, and underuse of ACE-I/ARBs for the management of AMI, and this might be closely associated with the excess death in Korea.

      • Variations of Saponin Composition and Content in Korean Soybean Cultivars

        Various saponins are present in soybean seed, and they can be divided into three groups, group A, B and E saponin, in which the aglycone are soyasapogenol A, B and E, respectively. Group A saponins are supposed to be responsible for the undesirable bitter and astringent taste, and Group B saponins including 2,3-dihydro-2,5-dihydroxy-6-methyl- 4H-pyran-4-one (DDMP)-conjugated soyasaponins have the health-contributing activities. This study was conducted to investigate the saponin composition and content of 69 Korean cultivars. Thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were used to analyze the composition and content of soyasaponins. The composition of saponins in the seed hypocotyl of 69 Korean cultivars were divided into three groups, Aa, Ab and AaAb types. The numbers of Aa, Ab and AaAb types were 10, 36 and 23, respectively. The contents of group A saponin (Aa, Ab and Ac), group B saponin (non-DDMP, Ba and Bb) and DDMP saponin (αg and βg) ranged 21.7 ~ 57.0mg/g, 1.4 ~ 5.1mg/g and 9.8 ~ 27.4mg/g, respectively. A total of saponin content of seed hypocotyl in 69 Korean cultivars ranged from 43.8mg/g to 85.3mg/g with an average of 59.1mg/g.

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to estimate the lifetime of commercial passenger vehicles shock absorber using degradation test and data. Method: The degradation factor of shock absorber was determined to be a damping force using FMEA. Degradation test was performed on damping force under real world usage condition and analysed the degradation data. Results: To estimate the lifetime of shock absorber, a degradation model was developed and a numerical example was provided. Conclusion: Evaluation of the lifetime of commercial and military vehicles shock absorber will be possible by using the proposed degradation analysis method.
