금융시스템과 경제발전 : 한국경제의 금융구조 변천을 중심으로

본 논문은 한국경제의 금융구조 변천과정을 일관되게 설명할 수 있는 분석틀을 강구해 본다. 한국의 금융발전과정은 관치금융 하에서 금융심화를 이루었으므로 Mckinnon- Shaw 학파의 금융억압이나 금융심화 개념으로 적절히 설명하기 힘들다. 오히려 관치금융이라는 하나의 독특한 금융시스템이 금융발전과 고도 경제성장을 가능케 했다고 보는 편이 더 설득력이 있다. 1997년의 금융위기와 그 이후 구조조정 과정을 겪고 있는 현 시점에서 볼 때, 경제시스템의 '전환'을 함축한 후카가와(1998)의 분석이 가장 적절해 보인다. This paper tries to find out an analytical framework that best explains the whole process of the changes in the financial structure of Korean economy. The concepts such as 'financial repression'or'financial deepening'of McKinnon-Shaw school cannot explain well the process of financial development of Korean economy. More persuasive may be the view that a particular financial system named 'government-led finance' has made possible the financial development and the high rate of economic growth. From the point of view of more than three years since 1997 financial crisis, the best framework up to now seems to be that of Hukagawa(1998) the analysis of which implies the transition of an economic system

Historians view of history plays an important role in the interpretation and reconstruction of history. The confessional church view of history is a model of Evangelical and Reformed view of history. It observes not only all aspect of human life and of Christian churches but also focus on what the Christians and faith community have confess concerning God and what they have response to what God required to them "Confession" includes all practice and expression of faith as well as doctrinal, creedal documents. The validity of the confessional church view of history stands with the validity of the Scriptures, the revealed and written Word of God.

바륨 페라이트를 함유한 알지네이트 자성 복합 입자의 제조

Magnetic polymer composite materials with high coercivity have potential applications in medical diagnostic technologies, magnetic drug delivery, and hyperthermic cancer treatment. The purpose of this study was to prepare the magnetic composite particles by encapsulating barium ferrite powders with alginate and to investigate their physical and biological properties. 0.4 g of sodium alginate was dissolved in 20 ml of distilled water and different amount (0.4~4 g) of barium ferrite powder was dispersed in alginate solution using an ultrasonication method. The resulting barium ferrite-alginate slurry was added dropwise to a CaCl2 solution to form magnetic Ca-alginate composite beads. They were separated by filtration and washed several times with water and ethanol. The final product was then completely dried at 40℃ under vacuum to obtain brownish black powders (0.1~1 mm in size) with a high magnetic response when submitted to a small magnet. Average size of magnetic composite particles was dependent on the amount of barium ferrite and the viscosity of slurry . The morphological and dimensional analyses of magnetic composite particles were performed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Magnetic polymer composite particle was found to maintain the high coercivity. The saturation magnetization value for magnetic Ca-alginate composites increased with the increase of the barium ferrite/alginate ratio. The amount of self-heating induced by hysteresis under an alternating magnetic field was measured as a function of barium ferrite/alginate ratio in distilled water. According to the results, the encapsulated magnetic composite is expected to be useful for hyperthermia and chemotherapy remarkably.

본고는 1997년 동남아 외환위기와 그에 뒤이은 한국의 금융위기의 근본 원인을 고찰한다. 통상적인 기존의 외환위기이론으로 설명하기 어려운 이번 위기의 특징은 다음 두 가지 요인의 상호작용의 결과로 파악한다. 첫째는 세계 경제질서의 재편과정에서 나타나는 범세계적인 불안정성의 증대현상이요, 둘째는 한국형 경제개발 모델의 내적 모순 심화와 장기적 효율성 상실이다. 이 두가지 요인의 상호 연관성을 강조한다. 세계 경제환경의 변화라는 문맥 속에서만 4반세기 동안 괄목할 만한 성공을 거두었던 한국형 개발모델의 급작스런 '시스템 실패'를 제대로 이해할 수 있다. 이와 같은 균형 잡힌 관점은 위기의 극복을 위한 구조조정 및 시스템 개혁의 바른 방향을 제시해 줌으로써 정책의 시행착오로 인한 자원의 낭비를 극소화할 수 있음을 보인다. This paper examines the fundamental causes of the Korean as well as the East Asian economic crisis in 1997. The dual character of the primary causes is highlighted. First, the microeconomic distortion and inappropriateness of the Korean style development system. Second, the fast-growing instability of the world capitalist system. The first point can be best understood only in the context of the second point, namely the world-wide 'systemshift'. A well-balanced viewpoint like this is shown to have an important policy implication.

Analysis of E-mail Installation Requirements

이연구는 회사의 판매 요원들과 본사간의 전자우평 서어비스를 제공하기위한 시스템 분석의 한 유용한 사례를 제공한다. 전자우편은 회사 본사와 원격지역에 근무하는 판촉 사원 또는 지방 사무소간에 편리한 통신 수단을 제공하고 있다. 이분석을 통하여 몇가지 접속 대안을 평가하고 또한 가장 비용 효과적인 인터페이스 구조를 결정하게 되었다. 비용 분석에서는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 비용이 파악되었고 서로 다른 운용 환경 시나리오와 대안 접속 방법에 따른 시스템 수행 척도가 대기 행렬 모델을 이용하여 계산되었다. 따라서 이 논문은 전자우평 서어비스 제공을 위한 시스템 분석의 유용한 방법론으로 활용될 수 있다. This paper presents as analysis of three alternative user connection modes for implementing e-mail (QuickMail) service to facilitate sales force interaction with their main office. E-mail services constitutes a convenient way of communication between remotely located field offices or sales representatives and their main headquarters office. This analysis first evaluates three alternative access modes and then determines operating scenarios and alternative connection modes are obtained using queueing models. thus. this paper provides a useful methodology for analyzing e-mail connection requirements.

In agricultural ecosystem, soils which play important roles of storage and cycling of substances become a crtitical social problem due to rapid increase of contaminants with respect to our health. Soil as productivity should be interpreted as soil quality, that is important criteria in maintaining sustainable agriculture for production of safe food. Therefore, it needs to set the criteria of soil quality by considering environmental factors including relevant parameters which are involved in soil quality soil health because soils are widely distributed and have various characteristics such as physical, chemical, and biological propevties. Therefore, it requires intensive investigation of evaluation methods and development of related parameters for environmentally sound agriculture and safe soil management.
